Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night room wasnt fully clean and it has mildew

Room was dirty, it look like they had not swept under the beds in months... Water pressure was poor, we could not even wash our hands correctly, we had to use the shower.

I have been renting at this location for 2 years, clean property inside and out, quiet, the staff has always been more than helpful until we checked out. I clearly had asked about the pet policy and was told 2 minimum to a room and needs to be on leash this was Saturday afternoon when I went to update the key. Sunday when we checked out the same women who I talked to the previous day gave me a "warning" that next time I needed to inform them about me having my pet. I understand and respect any policy for any businesses or properties I visit, thats why

You get what you pay for. It was cheap, but I will not be staying here again. When I booked this place, I knew not to expect much but I decided it was fine because my dog travels with me and not all places accept dogs. Unfortunately, from the moment I stepped in the room the floor was grainy and unswept. The beds were sloppily made. Generally I don't knit pick but it was one thing after another. One of the pillow cases had foundation makeup smeared all over. The sheets were stained. The TV stand was filthy. I couldn't even allow my dog to touch the ground or beds. The room in its entirety was very shabby and falling apart. Then I went into restroom and found the bathroom even filthier. The toilet smelled of pee and there were blood stains in the bowl. I did not report to the office for several reasons..... it was prepaid and to get a refund was going to be a hassle. I was very tired. Upon check-in to the motel, the man at the front desk informed me there was no maid service through my stay, 2 nights, making me feel like they weren't very willing to help. I assume it is because of my dog. So I made the best of it and visited the Dollar Tree and swept, mopped, and cleaned the room. I also washed and disinfected the toilet and shower, and sprayed down the beds. I also used my own bed sheets, pillows, and blanket. Only after all this did I allow myself and my dog to somewhat relax in the room......until the checkout time when a roach ran down the bed.

The staff at the motel was very rude. Would not recommend the hotel for the sole purpose of how rude the ladies are that work there. The property was NOT in the best condition. The shower was in very poor condition as well. You could see mold within the shower and the shower curtain itself was broke. The towels were very small and they did not allow us to get any extra. The ac unit had black and green mold on the bottom growing onto the wall as well. The ac itself inside the hotel did not get cold, it was very dirty and not cleaned. The door had a deadlock but there is an opening of the door that just lets all the air out.
