Our stay at the NASWA was fantastic. 3 nights/4 days in a beachfront room with a balcony in the Aquavista. Great location on Lake Winni. We took a complimentary boat ride with Captain David, offered to guests of the NASWA. We had a great breakfast at the Blue Bistro, then dinner and drinks right on the beach. The staff and all the servers were super friendly. The room was cute and clean with plenty of closet/dresser drawer space, but you sink right into the beds (a bit too soft). The parking spaces are tight, best for smaller vehicles or compact cars. Definitely planning to return next year.

From arrival to departure, the staff made us feel like VIP. Super accommodating for families with kids. The private beach was the best part. Not having to lug in chairs and umbrellas was a big plus. The complimentary kayaks and paddle boards were also a big plus even though I wish we were not limited and could have explored a bit. Probably a liability, I get it. The roped off swimming area in the water could use a bit of cleaning up, but to be fair I’m not sure how much control they have of lake debris and trash floating in. Drinks are pricey but one of the best martinis I’ve ever had. Breakfast was fantastic, reasonable prices. Close enough to Weir’s beach area with family friendly fun. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The property is on the water with a private beach, close to Weir’s Beach, has a restaurant onsite serving fantastic food, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our 2-night stay was too short to enjoy the waterfront amenities, but chairs and tables under umbrellas as well as lounges are available.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this resort. We stayed three days. The beach bar was fun and the food was good there. It was great having live entertainment. When we went back to our room and sat on the balcony we could still hear the music which was great, not too loud. We hung out on the beach chairs with a drink in hand and just watched all the activity on the water with all the boats and jet skis. The free kayaks to use were great and corn hole on the beach was fun. The room was clean, it was nothing fancy but certainly served its purpose. My husband and I both agreed that this is the place to stay when we return.

Love love love the NASWA! This was our second time there this summer! Awesome food and drinks, love that everything is right there, including entertainment, and that we can dock our boat during our stay - AMAZING!!!❤️❤️❤️ Can't wait until next year ... who knows, maybe one last weekend stay this season!!!

The service at the resort was very good and friendly. Beach was clean, kayak and paddleboard were accessible easily, the complimentary boat tour of the lake is very interesting. You can walk easily to Wiers beach and the boardwalk. However, mattress were too soft (you will roll in the middle of it). The restaurant inside was nice but the hostess was arrogant and told us that we didn't deserved to be served in a reasonnable time since we didn't have a réservation (took 2h before we got served). We also wittnessed her being mean to an old lady. To sum up, you either get a good service or a very bad one. Roll the dice. The restaurant by the beach is perfect.

We stayed in an Inn View Rooms – Classic Comfort with Scenic Lake Views. The view was near impossible to see as the windows were filthy. The room was located right on the highway, and it was VERY noisy. The carpets were very worn, but the linens and towels were clean. Perhaps some of the other rooms are better.

I’ve driven by this place 100 times and always wanted to stay - the colorful cottages seemed so fun. Overall, location and views are great. Our room wasn’t very clean and is incredibly dated. Without AC running the room had an awful smell. Review the room details very thorough on before booking- we were disappointed with the lake view room thinking we were on the waterfront when really we were in the building across the street. The bar & grill is the main draw to this place - great waterfront party spot! Personally I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, nor would I stay again. For $400 a night, there are much better options.

I booked a room on the other side of the street months ago but was given this one instead. The walk up was so steep that we had to rest along the way. Getting our suitcase up all the stairs was a challenge. The carpet was stained and the ceiling dirty. Aside from the bathroom, there was only a single, 3 brightness light on each side of the bed but only the dim setting worked. It was quite dark. The balcony light didn't work at all. The window was dirty/hazy so we couldn't see out of it very well. The clock radio didn't work. In a nearby room someone took a 20 minute shower at midnight and it sounded like a fire hose was opened in our bathroom. The AC was so loud that we had to turn it off and open the balcony door. A party outside our window went on until about 1 AM. The traffic noise was also very loud. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Although the carpet was dirty and stained, it wasn't sticky. At night, crossing the street from the office to our room, my wife was almost hit by a speeding car. Because of sharp bends in the road on each side of the crosswalk, you're at the mercy of oncoming traffic. I pulled her out of the way but we both ended up with minor injuries.

We only stayed one night but were very impressed . The room we stayed in (47) was in the back building but had a cute little terrace and a nice view of the water. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was impeccably clean and the shower had great water pressure and heat. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Check in and out was wonderful! Parking was tight and rooms small but clean and comfortable. Mattresses are very soft. Wonderful view of the lake and nice relaxing beach area. Fire pits on the beach I wish had a bit more firewood available but enjoyed sitting out there at night. Wonderful stay.

The rooms and beach was great very clean and fun. The restaurant food was okay and the staff overall did not care about the customer. Could not get Wi-Fi

We stayed in an Inn View Rooms – Classic Comfort with Scenic Lake Views. The view was near impossible to see as the windows were filthy. The room was located right on the highway, and it was VERY noisy. The carpets were very worn, but the linens and towels were clean. Perhaps some of the other rooms are better.

Our stay at the NASWA was fantastic. 3 nights/4 days in a beachfront room with a balcony in the Aquavista. Great location on Lake Winni. We took a complimentary boat ride with Captain David, offered to guests of the NASWA. We had a great breakfast at the Blue Bistro, then dinner and drinks right on the beach. The staff and all the servers were super friendly. The room was cute and clean with plenty of closet/dresser drawer space, but you sink right into the beds (a bit too soft). The parking spaces are tight, best for smaller vehicles or compact cars. Definitely planning to return next year.

Our cottage was beautiful and in a wonderful location The on site restaurant served delicious food. Everything was wonderful except the tissues and tp were super rough and the beds are in need of replacing. Soft, but sagging and sinking. All said and done, I would definitely stay again.

Nice stay overall. Property is older, but well maintained. We stayed in a king suite with a kitchen. Room was clean and it felt like a safe area. Only real negative comment is the night we stayed it was very noisy with live music downstairs and neighbors blasting music over speakers. Beautiful view off the balcony.

I booked a room on the other side of the street months ago but was given this one instead. The walk up was so steep that we had to rest along the way. Getting our suitcase up all the stairs was a challenge. The carpet was stained and the ceiling dirty. Aside from the bathroom, there was only a single, 3 brightness light on each side of the bed but only the dim setting worked. It was quite dark. The balcony light didn't work at all. The window was dirty/hazy so we couldn't see out of it very well. The clock radio didn't work. In a nearby room someone took a 20 minute shower at midnight and it sounded like a fire hose was opened in our bathroom. The AC was so loud that we had to turn it off and open the balcony door. A party outside our window went on until about 1 AM. The traffic noise was also very loud. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Although the carpet was dirty and stained, it wasn't sticky. At night, crossing the street from the office to our room, my wife was almost hit by a speeding car. Because of sharp bends in the road on each side of the crosswalk, you're at the mercy of oncoming traffic. I pulled her out of the way but we both ended up with minor injuries.

Staff disrespectful to people with disabilities and even when the owner acknowledged her staff’s ignorance she was condescending to the wife of the disabled husband. If you stay in a room overlooking the beach area be prepared to hear the staff with trucks on the beach cleaning to at least midnight.

So I get there around 2:45 in the afternoon. Check in, realize and understand that the room and check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. I was told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it was. Drove around. Did a little sightseeing. Around 3:55 I heard nothing back. I had to call and they seemed annoyed to hear from me. Well did you think I was just going to drive home and forget about the room that I reserved and paid over $200 for when I went to get my keys it was like the person never saw me before and was kind of rude. Later on went downstairs to the bar that was supposed to be open till 10:00. Not one person there, not one employee. Very uninviting. I wanted to like this place but I don't think I would ever return

When we totally unloaded in our room found out slider did not open, maintenance could not help. The office found us a room next door so we had to start from scratch and move everything over, Was a major inconvenience. I asked for maybe a couple free beers at bar for trouble but they denied us not happy with that

There’s a building across the street, strongly recommend not booking rooms in it, even though I got misled into thinking it was the waterfront rooms with balcony. They were kind enough to change our rooms to the ones on the beach, which is what I had originally booked. Nice clean property. Decent parking. Breakfast is not included, but they offer 15% discount at the restaurant - Blue Bistro. It was very good. Totally worth it. Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.

The service at the resort was very good and friendly. Beach was clean, kayak and paddleboard were accessible easily, the complimentary boat tour of the lake is very interesting. You can walk easily to Wiers beach and the boardwalk. However, mattress were too soft (you will roll in the middle of it). The restaurant inside was nice but the hostess was arrogant and told us that we didn't deserved to be served in a reasonnable time since we didn't have a réservation (took 2h before we got served). We also wittnessed her being mean to an old lady. To sum up, you either get a good service or a very bad one. Roll the dice. The restaurant by the beach is perfect.

We were in the building across a very busy street from the lake and resort amenities. We didn't realize this when we booked. We had to climb 4 flights stairs from the beach/ bar to our room which i think they should warn you about. It was okay for me, but a bit difficult for my husband.

The picture is very deceiving. Weirs beach was closed during our visit. The place we stayed was across the road from the location shown. It was clean, but next to the road and very loud. Access was ground floor which was helpful. Ice machine right outside was convenient. In room fridge very loud. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant

Attention all Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion concert goers - this is the perfect place to stay! Close to the venue and clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of parking across the street if you have a vehicle that is a little large for the spaces in directly in front of the rooms. The view is beautiful and we highly recommend two nights in order to take advantage of the property and lake itself. Will definitely book again for the next concert.

The Naswa is a staple. Prime location. We’re able to dock our boat there as well. The rooms have been slightly renovated which is nice. Hopefully they have plans to finish by replacing carpet and mattresses next year. Mattress is super soft. Not back friendly. Beach bar food is less than desirable but the Blue Bistro is really good.

Stayed here after a concert at the Bank of NH pavilion. Close enough that my friend and I could figure out transportation. Dining options on site with complimentary mimosa with a purchase of breakfast, if you’re into that. Great short time stay. It would be nice to have just a coffee bar in the lobby with some breakfast goodies. Also the restaurant foid was excellent but the music was so loud you couldn’t have conversation. Check out time would be nice till 11.

The property is on the water with a private beach, close to Weir’s Beach, has a restaurant onsite serving fantastic food, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Our 2-night stay was too short to enjoy the waterfront amenities, but chairs and tables under umbrellas as well as lounges are available.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this resort. We stayed three days. The beach bar was fun and the food was good there. It was great having live entertainment. When we went back to our room and sat on the balcony we could still hear the music which was great, not too loud. We hung out on the beach chairs with a drink in hand and just watched all the activity on the water with all the boats and jet skis. The free kayaks to use were great and corn hole on the beach was fun. The room was clean, it was nothing fancy but certainly served its purpose. My husband and I both agreed that this is the place to stay when we return.

We hung out on the beach chairs with a drink in hand and just watched all the activity on the water with all the boats and jet skis. The free kayaks to use were great and corn hole on the beach was fun. The room was clean, it was nothing fancy but certainly served its purpose. My husband and I both agreed that this is the place to stay when we return.

Excellent staff. The air conditioning in my room turned on and off all night making it very hard to sleep. Great restaurant on site.

The service at the resort was very good and friendly. Beach was clean, kayak and paddleboard were accessible easily, the complimentary boat tour of the lake is very interesting. You can walk easily to Wiers beach and the boardwalk. However, mattress were too soft (you will roll in the middle of it). The restaurant inside was nice but the hostess was arrogant and told us that we didn't deserved to be served in a reasonnable time since we didn't have a réservation (took 2h before we got served). We also wittnessed her being mean to an old lady. To sum up, you either get a good service or a very bad one. Roll the dice. The restaurant by the beach is perfect.

If you thinking of staying in the Inn, don't. It's across the street from the lake and you have no access to the beach. The road is super busy so using the balcony to look at the lake is not enjoyable. Staff is unhelpful and couldn't help me find the reception- which by the way is not on the same building as the Inn. It felt unsafe not to not have any staff available for emergencies. Also, they say the staff in the reception across the street is 24hrs but it's not. I went there 4:30am to return my keys and there were not there. The parking in lot is dark and the stairs to go to the second floor are basically a trap. I will not return.

Naswa has secured that this weekend at the lake will be annual. The location is perfect, walkable to Weirs, and the amenities are so wholistic you honestly don't have to leave if you don't want to.
