Pool was out of order. When we complained that we wre not informed were told it wasn’t included in our room rate anyway. Hard to believe! Carpets were dirty. Beds were clean and okay. Food at the restaurant is good.

One of the reasons for us booking this motel, was the fact that it boasted a swimming pool. However, upon arrival it turned out that the swimming pool was out of order - for about 6 months! Least the motel could do, is to mention that fact on the Hotels.com booking site…

Clearly an older motel, but it has been well cared for and is clean. Took the AC all night to cool the room down, but felt cool in the morning. Microwave and fridge in the room was nice to have. After we arrived we were really upset to find the pool closed and with no explanation - the main reason we chose to stay here. Good, inexpensive pledging, but no frills.

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Quiet although near to road. Convenient Parking. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with good quality sheets. Good value in comparison to other places we stayed on our trip. Nearby restaurant had good breakfast. Shame we didn’t have time to use the pool. Free Coffee was offered in the reception - but a bit hit and miss. Reception Staff friendly.

Doesn’t look a bit like the photos. Pool and hot tub were drained. No lighted hotel sign or property so hard to find after dark. Lobby closes with no staff after 7:30 and there’s no explanation anywhere of how you’ll get your keys. We drove up and saw an envelope taped to the door with our name. No shampoo, conditioner or other niceties. In fact only one bar of soap to split between sink outside the bathroom and the tub/shower inside. 1 roll of toilet paper with no backup. Lighting/outlets were wonky. Needless to say, we didn’t complete our 3 night reservation (thank you to Expedia for getting our money back).

As you drive up the complex looks ok, but as soon as I opened the door there was a huge black stain around 2 x 2 circular with more throughout the entire room. It was also sticky. I had to put all the towels on the carpet leading into the bathroom. I didn’t report it since it was only one day. The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could fill all the bed springs. Smell like they tried to mask it over powering cleaning solution. The restaurant was good though.

Loved this property and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! The restaurant on site was very good as well and convenient. Loved how close it was to Bryce canyon and also in a very beautiful location.

We couldn’t have been given a worse unit in the whole property and it was practically empty. Staff were unfriendly and very unhelpful. The unit we stayed in was very dated, carpet was filthy, felt very unsafe, and extremely noisy. We were given the farthest unit from all the amenities along with placed next to the restaurant that staff was leaving until 11:00 pm and coming back in between 4:30-5:00 am. I never right bad reviews but this one was necessary.

Smelled overclean but visible dust was everywhere. It’s an older motel but needs serious updates. Carpet might be original. Faucets falling apart. I’m 5’7’ and had to squat to get under the shower head.

The best part of this property is the restaurant on site. Great food and service. The room itself was disappointing. Filthy carpet, run down furnishings, holes in the wall near the sink and very old fixtures. For nearly $200 for one night, it was way over priced. It was also disappointing that the pool wasn't heated.

Parking OK. Motel built in 1970s and hasn't been remodeled since then. Very noisy air conditioner and black out shade didn't black out. Was light enough in room that I could read. Good shower. Located ~4 miles from entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Bryce Canyon park which was our goal. Easy access & parking. Our room could use some TLC—outdated decor, broken tiles in bathroom, broken outlet covers. But each room is different so others likely nicer. Limited hot water for showers.

The room was updated and clean. However, it was very small, thin walls with a loud tv at 2:00 a.m. next door with no desk clerk on duty to help the situation, very noisy window a/c, and a very inconvenient and isolated 5 miles from town. Definitely not worth the price!

The best thing about this place was the bath towels....very nice, fluffy, and big. We had clean towels every day. Everything we put in the mini fridge froze. If you're tall, you will have to do a backbend when washing your hair in the shower. Other than that, it was okay for a few nights.

Paper thin walls meant I could hear the neighbor every time they got up in the night. Shower changes temp up and down then up again and down again, you get the picture. The A/C unit never managed to get the room comfortable despite being set as low as it would go. Even my wife complained it was too warm all night and that NEVER happens. Basically, whatever else, the enormous problem with this place is that they give you NO way to contact staff after reception desk closes. No phone number provided in letter and key for guest. No phone number posted at the door to reception. If you never need to contact staff after the reception desk closes, you'll be fine. But if you do need to contact them, or if there is an emergency, you will have no way to contact them. I emailed them, asking them to provide future guests with a phone number for emergencies and asked for a response. Never heard back. The room was nice enough but I would not go back to such a poorly run place if you paid me.

Great affordable option for the Bryce Canyon area. Restaurant next door was convenient. Front desk staff was very helpful, but the desk does close at 7:30. Room was comfortable, tv worked great. Love that it had a mini fridge and microwave.

I checked in early and was told the room wasn’t ready until 4- no big deal. We drove to Bryce and hiked a little, had dinner and returned at 7 pm. The office is locked- no one is around. An envelope with my full name and room number is written in bold, taped to door. Was SO glad I wasn’t traveling alone- so inappropriate. We get to our room- it’s clean and simple. TV worked so we watched some NHL hockey. Went to take a shower- NO HOT water. At All. Thought maybe the tank ran out and in the morning all would be fine. NOPE. It was well water cold. When we checked out I told the male receptionist there was no hot water and he had the audacity to ask me “ Are you sure”? *when I was picking my envelope off the door- a lady pulled up and asked how she could make reservations- we were all like you can’t! There is no one here!

Nice roadside motel just outside of Bryce Canyon. Very affordable. Great staff. They provided extra blankets to all guests during an unplanned local power outage. They were very accommodating to us when our plans changed on our reservation. Local restaurant is in the parking lot with great home cooking.

Booked here because reviews were decent and had a “Very good” hotel rating. Checking was fine but front office closed at 630, which made it impossible to get ice at 9pm or ask questions if we had them. When we got to our room which was supposed to be a Deluxe Room, it was not. Nothing like picture advertised. It was clean enough but it was like stepping into a college dorm room with tiny old bathroom and sink in room. Needs major update if advertising Deluxe Room.

Parking OK. Motel built in 1970s and hasn't been remodeled since then. Very noisy air conditioner and black out shade didn't black out. Was light enough in room that I could read. Good shower. Located ~4 miles from entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.

Three miles from Bryce Canyon, an older hotel, but clean, quiet and staff were super friendly. The field next to our room had about 10 antelope we got to watch in the eve, along with the stars. The restaurant next door was delicious..

Convenient location to Bryce Canyon NP. We wanted a quiet location and found it here! Away from the crowd and congestion just outside the park, Bryce Canyon Pines is fanily, pet, and budget friendly. We had our meals at the on site restaurant. The food was plentiful, good, and reasonably priced. There's a pool and lawns for kids to play. The staff and owners are helpful, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, the room was very clean!

The room was updated and clean. However, it was very small, thin walls with a loud tv at 2:00 a.m. next door with no desk clerk on duty to help the situation, very noisy window a/c, and a very inconvenient and isolated 5 miles from town. Definitely not worth the price!

The hotel was okay – the décor is a bit dated, but the location is beautiful, set in the middle of nowhere. Very rural, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet. Staff was very nice

My room included a fireplace, which is always nice...even if it is too warm to light it. Bed was very comfy, air conditioner efficient. The bathroom was clean, could use a little bit of an update, but everything was clean and functional. It's a great location close to the park WITH a restaurant, without all the hub-bub that surrounds Ruby's at the park entrance.

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Quiet although near to road. Convenient Parking. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with good quality sheets. Good value in comparison to other places we stayed on our trip. Nearby restaurant had good breakfast. Shame we didn’t have time to use the pool. Free Coffee was offered in the reception - but a bit hit and miss. Reception Staff friendly.

I have stayed here three times in the past few years and it is always a nice experience and good value for money. It's out of town so it is quieter and the restaurant is nice for breakfast. It's also not very far from the park or the Red Canyon area.

Short drive to Bryce Canyon NP was a plus. Expensive accommodations with few amenities. Office not staffed after 7pm. Restaurant on site, but 50 minute wait for dinner with 13 cars in parking lot. We won’t be back.

The Bryce Pines was perfect for staying at to explore Bryce Canyon. We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very close to the park which was great. Would recommend!

Our room was clean and comfortable although we did have issues with getting hot water consistently. It was disappointing to leatn the restaurant was closed when we checked in as this convenience was one of the reasons we booked this property.

Convenient to Bryce Canyon and the price was right but the room is pretty dated (it's an old hotel, I know). Everything was clean but the bed was pretty lumpy and the rooms could use a refresh. The restaurant was excellent though!

Not as advertised. We booked here because restaurant is on-site and they had laundry facilities. It's off-season so the laundry is closed. The restaurant was great the first night but closed for unknown reason on day 2. The heat was noisy, couldn't be controlled so it ran constantly. But the last straw was - NO HOT WATER. I gave it 2 stars because the beds were comfortable and the TV worked. Probably a nice place, if they get some issues fixed.

We booked this place to help a smaller business instead of a chain. Booked because site said there was a restaurant for breakfast. When we arrived we found we were on the second floor with outdoor stairs even though there were on a few guests. The room was clean but old and had a musty smell. The restaurant was not open for the season so we had to drive several miles to find breakfast.

Nice comfortable hotel. The restaurant was awesome! Their open faced turkey sandwich was excellent comfort food but their deep friend green beans are to die for! Would totally go back again for them. Service was awesome. Conveniently located to Bryce Canyon. Quiet, nice location. Would stay again.

Bryce Canyon Pines. Is the perfect home base while exploring Bryce Canyon. Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant was a walk away from our room. Great home cooked meals. I highly recommend.

The rooms are clean but dated and the beds were not overly comfortable. The walls and floors are thin, so if you have noisy neighbors or people who constantly walk above you it’s not an overly quiet sleep. But the outdoor hot tub is wonderful after a day of exploring.

Cute little rustic lobby with helpful books about the area, coffee/tea, and kind staff. Didn’t use it but the pool and hot tub looked nice and refreshing. Retro room keys! Basic motel room but with essentials covered (fridge, microwave, table & chairs). Older but clean. The on-site restaurant was very good and so convenient. Very close to Bryce but in a very quiet and peaceful place! Excellent value.

Great place! Clean, friendly staff, restaurant was very good. Stayed in a cabin, had a nice porch with a view of the mountains. Had a very nice pool. We asked if we could add an extra night and it was no problem! I would recommend this place
