The property is beautiful with an amazing view. Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, BBQ access, spending the day at the beach, or relaxing at the pool. There were 4 adults in our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool. The sunsets were amazing and you can walk to several restaurants. There is an Island Country Market close by, and Costco is only a few minutes away. We love the location of Ko Olina and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in Ko Olina. The lagoon and grounds are much less crowded than those of the surrounding resorts. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy for guests to park and visit. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for a vacation stay. Communication with the host prior to arrival was timely and easy via the app. The only thing that was arduous was the check in orientation. Our group was quite tired, having just traveled 12 hours, and the 1 hour orientation, while thorough and friendly, was really difficult to get through when we just needed to eat and rest. That said, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Beach Villas is a great location for all ages. From the quiet pool to the family pool and the beach and lagoon there are so many options for everyone. The unit itself is clean , well appointed with everything you need. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

We were here 7 nights. We enjoyed the quiet pool area and the lagoon most. We rented a cabana two days from royal Hawaiian beach rentals the staff was so kind and helpful with knowledge of the area. The restaurants are way over priced in the area. I suggest to just buy food and make it on the grills provided or go about 10 to 15 min way to zippy's our the more affordable places with bigger portions. My father and husdand enjoyed walking the path to the marina and watching the boats. I enjoyed the three hot tubes and sitting on the balcony and in the cabana. We would highly recommend staying here. Just make note that theese lagoons are privately owned and do not allow for use of your own umbrellas or beach tents but do have a variety of shaded places or rentals of umbrellas and cabanas.

The Beach Villas are the perfect Oahu vacation spot!! We were in search of a quieter location than Waikiki but with all the benefits and beauty and boy did we find it! Not only are the villas spacious and beautiful but they have everything you need to enjoy your vacation! No need to worry about bringing beach chairs, towels or sand toys, they have it all there and ready for you to enjoy! The pools are wonderful and big enough to enjoy even when it’s crowded and the lagoon has plenty of beach space and clear water to swim or snorkel. You may even get lucky and see a sea turtle or two! You also have the benefit of enjoying the other 2 lagoons on either side of the beach villas if you wish. You’re conveniently located to Honolulu to enjoy its sites as well as the North Shore. Cherie was the most gracious host! From splitting our payment to rebooking us in a different unit when an unexpected error occurred and the unit we initially wanted got booked. She met us there late in the evening to help with check-in and show us around and was always just a text away if we needed anything. She even gave us late checkout since the next renters wouldn’t be there for a few more days! The guide she provides with information and recommendations came in handy quite frequently! We will most definitely be back and will always recommend Cherie and Honu Homes to rent at the Beach Villas. Thank you so much for an incredible Hawaiian vacation. Mahalo!

Can’t recommend this place enough! The owners don’t brag enough with how beautiful the place is. If you are considering Aulani, stop. This place is far more peaceful, the rooms are bigger, and is on a replica of a lagoon with far fewer people. Top of the line appliances. Beautiful gardens and koi ponds. Live music for free 3 nights of the week while you watch the sunset. We literally grilled each night and at dinner with front row entertainment. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay, especially with family, this is your place.

My wife and our two boys (ages 16 and 19) stayed at this property for 7 days and it was amazing. The villa was immaculate and everything looked brand new. It was spacious enough for our entire family and had a great layout with huge sliding doors that opened onto a lanai with a view of the ocean. Everything you need is provided including beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards. The property itself is located along the beach in Ko Olina which has 4 lagoons and beaches for swimming. You also have access to the beautiful pools and hot tubs on the property. There are several great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our hosts Sherry and Neil were great and helped us check in and gave us a tour of the property. Overall, I would rate this stay a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The unit was spotless and all the finishes were very high end. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the unit. The property is very secure as well. Keith and Nulani were very proactive in their communication before prior to and during our stay. If we ever return to Oahu, we will definitely rent this unit again.

Thank you Cherie/ Honu Homes for a wonderful stay! Our family had a wonderful time. We really appreciated how well equipped the condo was with plenty of pots and pans to cook with, grilling tools and even a rice cooker. The kids enjoyed playing with the boogie boards provided and everything in the unit was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was our parking spot. It was a bit far from the elevator. Overall, we really loved the unit and would highly recommend it to others.

3 generations stayed here over new year. Condo was as beautiful as advertised. View was gorgeous! Close enough to honolulu for everything, but in a much more peaceful environment. Management of this property was impeccable. Great communication, easy check in, helpful and friendly. Overall excellent experience. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Location is amazing, right on the lagoon. Both pools are beautiful, quiet area but with plenty to do. The condo itself is also fantastic. It is clean, spacious, upgraded, and the beds are super comfortable. Keith and Nalani met us to show us around, they made us feel at home immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying here again.

Our stay began with a gracious welcome from the owners. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the pool was a great start to each day. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well appointed. Our days were divided between swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon, walking the beach walk from end to end and visiting our favorite spots around the island plus a few new ones. We’ll be back.

What a calm oasis in the midst of Brandon zoo Olina. While the other nearby resorts are overcrowded, this property is perfect for families with kids who don’t want to wait in line to reserve a lounge chair. The views are better than the photos. The beds are so comfy. The condo is spacious, and the hosts embody Aloha. The lagoon just steps from property is a perfect ocean experience for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, very well kept and the beds are very comfortable. It is about a three to four minute walk to the lagoons which are fantastic for little ones as the breaks are very small. It is, in my opinion the best lagoon of the four lagoons available there. This is a great location to rent if you have little children as there are several pools and barbecue grills and other fun activities to do around the different resorts. The owners of the property were very responsive and helpful, this is the third time we have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, but this is the first time we've heard about the ko. Olina lounge access at the airport. Nalani made sure to mention that to us before we left at the end of our stay so that we can make use of one of the benefits of renting at this Villa. We would definitely come back again as we love staying at here! Only one last thing I'd mention is that some of the furniture, particularly the coffee table and bar stools were not too kid friendly because our 5 year old was able to accidentally push the table over and it fell on my 2 year old's toe. The table is a pretty heavy glass table but sits on 2 feet only so it's not super stable. The bar stools were great for us adults to sit on but anytime the kids tried to climb up to sit, they would either fall backwards or the stool would flip when they were trying to get up. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this unit. It has great views, TONS of beach accessories you could use, and all the kitchen, bath, and bedding supplies.
The condo was very clean, very well kept and the beds are very comfortable. It is about a three to four minute walk to the lagoons which are fantastic for little ones as the breaks are very small. It is, in my opinion the best lagoon of the four lagoons available there. This is a great location to rent if you have little children as there are several pools and barbecue grills and other fun activities to do around the different resorts. The owners of the property were very responsive and helpful, this is the third time we have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, but this is the first time we've heard about the ko. This was our third visit to Ko Olina and was the best property of the three. Everything was as advertised (or better). Updates have been made in key areas including new appliances. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well. Kitchen was well-equipped and modern. Overall, a very high-end feel throughout. We will definitely return.

My wife and our two boys (ages 16 and 19) stayed at this property for 7 days and it was amazing. The villa was immaculate and everything looked brand new. It was spacious enough for our entire family and had a great layout with huge sliding doors that opened onto a lanai with a view of the ocean. Everything you need is provided including beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards. The property itself is located along the beach in Ko Olina which has 4 lagoons and beaches for swimming. You also have access to the beautiful pools and hot tubs on the property. There are several great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our hosts Sherry and Neil were great and helped us check in and gave us a tour of the property. Overall, I would rate this stay a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The unit was spotless and all the finishes were very high end. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the unit. The property is very secure as well. Keith and Nulani were very proactive in their communication before prior to and during our stay. If we ever return to Oahu, we will definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful place to stay in Ko Olina. The lagoon and grounds are much less crowded than those of the surrounding resorts. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy for guests to park and visit. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for a vacation stay. Communication with the host prior to arrival was timely and easy via the app. The only thing that was arduous was the check in orientation. Our group was quite tired, having just traveled 12 hours, and the 1 hour orientation, while thorough and friendly, was really difficult to get through when we just needed to eat and rest. This is my 5th stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. It was a great one as usual but maybe even better. Keith and Nolani were very friendly and had great communication throughout the stay. As mentioned, this was my 5th stay at this location but these owners took the time to give me a tour of their rental and make sure I had everything I needed. The Beach Villas are the perfect Oahu vacation spot!! We were in search of a quieter location than Waikiki but with all the benefits and beauty and boy did we find it! Not only are the villas spacious and beautiful but they have everything you need to enjoy your vacation! No need to worry about bringing beach chairs, towels or sand toys, they have it all there and ready for you to enjoy! The pools are wonderful and big enough to enjoy even when it’s crowded and the lagoon has plenty of beach space and clear water to swim or snorkel. You may even get lucky and see a sea turtle or two! You also have the benefit of enjoying the other 2 lagoons on either side of the beach villas if you wish. You’re conveniently located to Honolulu to enjoy its sites as well as the North Shore. Cherie was the most gracious host! From splitting our payment to rebooking us in a different unit when an unexpected error occurred and the unit we initially wanted got booked. She met us there late in the evening to help with check-in and show us around and was always just a text away if we needed anything. She even gave us late checkout since the next renters wouldn’t be there for a few more days! The guide she provides with information and recommendations came in handy quite frequently! We will most definitely be back and will always recommend Cherie and Honu Homes to rent at the Beach Villas. Thank you so much for an incredible Hawaiian vacation. Mahalo!

We had an amazing time. Lani and her husband were amazing and treated us very well. We had an unexpected issue with the kitchen sink, they responded immediately and were kind enough to give us a gift card to the bar for the inconvenience, which wasn't necessary but very kind. You can tell they care about their guests and want to make sure they are happy.

We loved staying here for our first time to Hawaii. After driving around the whole island, in our opinion, this is the best area to stay. It is away from all the hustle and bustle but still centrally located for activities. Owners were awesome to work with and warming greeted us upon arrival to help us unload and show us around the grounds, which we deeply appreciated since it was all new to us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Location is amazing, right on the lagoon. Both pools are beautiful, quiet area but with plenty to do. The condo itself is also fantastic. It is clean, spacious, upgraded, and the beds are super comfortable. Keith and Nalani met us to show us around, they made us feel at home immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying here again.

We love this property and Nalani and Keith were great hosts! If you are looking for a vacation that is away from the hustle bustle of Honolulu this is the place. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and beach lagoons. There are restaurants, shopping, and golfing within walking distance.

We were here 7 nights. We enjoyed the quiet pool area and the lagoon most. We rented a cabana two days from royal Hawaiian beach rentals the staff was so kind and helpful with knowledge of the area. The restaurants are way over priced in the area. I suggest to just buy food and make it on the grills provided or go about 10 to 15 min way to zippy's our the more affordable places with bigger portions. My father and husdand enjoyed walking the path to the marina and watching the boats. I enjoyed the three hot tubes and sitting on the balcony and in the cabana. We would highly recommend staying here. Just make note that theese lagoons are privately owned and do not allow for use of your own umbrellas or beach tents but do have a variety of shaded places or rentals of umbrellas and cabanas.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The owners don’t brag enough with how beautiful the place is. If you are considering Aulani, stop. This place is far more peaceful, the rooms are bigger, and is on a replica of a lagoon with far fewer people. Top of the line appliances. Beautiful gardens and koi ponds. Live music for free 3 nights of the week while you watch the sunset. We literally grilled each night and at dinner with front row entertainment. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay, especially with family, this is your place.

This property is beautiful! The location is in a great place, quiet and away from the busy areas. The unit had everything you needed in the kitchen for making meals, even some basic spices. The wagon, chairs and beach toys were great to have! They saved us from having to carry it all, even the tired 5 yr old when she fell asleep by the pool lol it was perfect having the small shopping area down the street with a couple restaurants, shops & market too. We didnt have any issues or need any assistance from the hosts while we were there, but they were great during the check in process, they made it very easy! We had a fantastic trip & would definitely stay there again!

3 generations stayed here over new year. Condo was as beautiful as advertised. View was gorgeous! Close enough to honolulu for everything, but in a much more peaceful environment. Management of this property was impeccable. Great communication, easy check in, helpful and friendly. Overall excellent experience. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The condo has a lovely view and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the lanai. The unit is well appointed with great appliances which we used for meals at home. The reason we booked in Ko Olina were the lagoons - and our 4 year old loved it! Staying in this area allowed us to venture up with West Coast, the North Shore and over to Kualoa Ranch without always having to contend with Honolulu traffic! We would love to come back and I'm currently working on a retirement plan for Hawaii :) Great stay and would love to stay again! Condo had everything we needed and was beautiful. First time to Hawaii and I feel so lucky we picked this part of the island. It was everything we wanted-walking distance to many different restaurants, beaches and golf. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed from cooking to exploring the island. The rental management company was also very attentive. You won’t go wrong renting this unit.

We had a great time! The owners are fantastic. They met us at check in to orient us to the resort and communicated with us throughout the stay. It is a great place for families and has two wonderful pools with hot tubs scattered throughout. It is much quieter than the neighboring resorts and I say this as a plus! The 4 ocean lagoons are steps away, all walkable and great for both kids and adults. Most everything in the resort community is walkable and the surrounding resort restaurants are great. The property is beautiful with an amazing view. Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, BBQ access, spending the day at the beach, or relaxing at the pool. There were 4 adults in our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool. The sunsets were amazing and you can walk to several restaurants. There is an Island Country Market close by, and Costco is only a few minutes away. We love the location of Ko Olina and would definitely stay again!

We were here 7 nights. We enjoyed the quiet pool area and the lagoon most. We rented a cabana two days from royal Hawaiian beach rentals the staff was so kind and helpful with knowledge of the area. The restaurants are way over priced in the area. I suggest to just buy food and make it on the grills provided or go about 10 to 15 min way to zippy's our the more affordable places with bigger portions. My father and husdand enjoyed walking the path to the marina and watching the boats. I enjoyed the three hot tubes and sitting on the balcony and in the cabana. We would highly recommend staying here. Just make note that theese lagoons are privately owned and do not allow for use of your own umbrellas or beach tents but do have a variety of shaded places or rentals of umbrellas and cabanas.

Thank you Cherie/ Honu Homes for a wonderful stay! Our family had a wonderful time. We really appreciated how well equipped the condo was with plenty of pots and pans to cook with, grilling tools and even a rice cooker. The kids enjoyed playing with the boogie boards provided and everything in the unit was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was our parking spot. It was a bit far from the elevator. Overall, we really loved the unit and would highly recommend it to others.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The owners don’t brag enough with how beautiful the place is. If you are considering Aulani, stop. This place is far more peaceful, the rooms are bigger, and is on a replica of a lagoon with far fewer people. Top of the line appliances. Beautiful gardens and koi ponds. Live music for free 3 nights of the week while you watch the sunset. We literally grilled each night and at dinner with front row entertainment. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay, especially with family, this is your place.

This property is beautiful! The location is in a great place, quiet and away from the busy areas. The unit had everything you needed in the kitchen for making meals, even some basic spices. The wagon, chairs and beach toys were great to have! They saved us from having to carry it all, even the tired 5 yr old when she fell asleep by the pool lol it was perfect having the small shopping area down the street with a couple restaurants, shops & market too. We didnt have any issues or need any assistance from the hosts while we were there, but they were great during the check in process, they made it very easy! We had a fantastic trip & would definitely stay there again!

We have two married daughters living on the island. We were all together at the Ocean View Beach Villas Resort seven years ago for one of our daughter’s wedding. It was amazing. So when my upcoming BIG birthday was being decided on, I requested to go back. This time a different unit, but it was much better with the views being private. We were met when we arrived by Cherie. She greeted us with hugs 🤗. Showed us the unit, explained what we needed. It had everything to make our stay perfect! Our kids were able to visit and we had some wonderful local dinners. Roy’s was fabulous!! The accommodations provided everything for a memorable week. We definitely will be back! Thank you! Ken and Julie G from Texas.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The condo has a lovely view and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the lanai. The unit is well appointed with great appliances which we used for meals at home. The reason we booked in Ko Olina were the lagoons - and our 4 year old loved it! Staying in this area allowed us to venture up with West Coast, the North Shore and over to Kualoa Ranch without always having to contend with Honolulu traffic! We would love to come back and I'm currently working on a retirement plan for Hawaii :) Great stay and would love to stay again! Condo had everything we needed and was beautiful. We had a great during our stay. Villa was amazing! Big and beautifully decorated. Great view of ocean from balcony. Great location in Ko Olina; close to awesome beach and great food options. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Oahu.
