I was in room number one. 1.)The room is very small. It only has one upright dresser and one night stand. 2.) The mini fridge sits on the floor and the microwave sits on top of mini fridge. They should be on a stand for sanitary reasons and ease of use. 3.) No coffee maker to be found. 4.) The wall that I assume the shower piping is behind has black mold towards the baseboard. 5.) The wall in front of the toilet ( which is very confined ) had dirty drip marks running down the wall. Yikes. 6.)The headboard banged the wall whenever moving in the bed. 7.)The heater was extremely noisy! I turned it off so I could sleep and ended up cold. 8.)The parking is cramped and I worried about my car being damaged. 9.) The hotel sign was off at night and drove past a few times. 10.)They have one wall switch that controls power everything ! what a Pain! 11.) The room didn't have a closet, the only place you could put your suitcase as on the bed. There was two (2) electrical outlets, and the shower head leaked badly. The parking lot was too small for ten (10) rooms.

Room was super clean. Front reception gentleman was kind, courteous, professional and helpful. The location was wonderful, beautiful scenery of farm land. Easily accessible to all amenities. Much nicer than any hotel downtown in Lancaster. Parking immediately in front of your room, very convenient & no hassles with valet or separate garage. If you are wanting to complain about no chair or clothes hanging area or old paint( paint was fresh) or stupidity like missing bath or shower plug( there was none missing) then go to another motel/ hotel and pay the $200-$300 extra to get the wussified pampering; our room had both, chair, clothes hangers and clean bath/ shower, toiletries, dryer clean bedding and was roomy. Very restful. Sitting areas outside your room. All in all a very nice restful clean accommodation. Very affordable. If you want more, go elsewhere and pay more for a lesser wholesome experience. I would definitely return just for the tranquil rest and lovely setting and clean affordable motel.

The floor was filthy, the sheets on one bed had dried blood on them and the other bed had dried dark spots which tells me they weren't washed, and the shower water was warm at best. Looks great, lots of potential, but not well kept.

The properrty is clean, but noisy with people hanging outside to all hours of the night. As well, bed bugs. I came home with terrible bed bugs. Hoping i did not bring them in to my home. My body is reacting to the bites and i am on 2 medications from the hundreds of bites the doctor found on my body.

There is a house attached to the hotel. People were on the porch playing loud music until after 11pm. Their voices were even louder. There was an opening in our ceiling. You could see the attic. Room was tiny. You opened the door and took 2 steps and were in the bed. Lol

The rooms have been recently updated and were nice, especially the bathroom. The room is smaller than a typical motel room but do you really need all that extra space. I appreciated the location on the edge of town and there is a very nice gas station/convenience store next door. Very safe neighborhood feel. Great value. I

The room is very small, no desk or chair. Appliances very old. The room was very clean though. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep a couple of hours, this is fine. My room was changed because of flies but then again there’s a field across this motel, so the door has to be shut quickly to avoid flies entering. The owner was pleasant.

The property is listed as “newly renovated” but the renovations were completed by a DIY person…at least I hope for the owner's sake. The shower head could not rinse the soap off, the floors had holes and made noises, and the outlet above the bed was so loose you could not plug something into it because there wasn’t anything to stop the outlet. The man at the front desk was nice. The motel sits on the main road and it is truck heavy at times which made it a bit noisy. In the end, it was sufficient enough to get a nights sleep away from home.

We had read previous reviews and expected a nicer place. Oi. No one was there to greet us at all. When they showed up they told us that check out was at 10 am. The board on the wall said 11. I asked if he was sure. He read the board and says, "ojay, fine. It's 11" I've never seen a smaller room. The bathroom door didn't open all the way, there wasn't room. 2 small full size beds took up all the room. Tiny bathroom with something running down the side of the vanity. I don't want to know what that was. We won't be returning

Overall we were very satisfied for this hotel, for the price. The room was clean and based on photos and other reviews, it was exactly what we expected. A budget hotel close to where we wanted to stay. Literally the only downside, which was mentioned in other reviews, was the air/heat unit’s noise. It is very loud for the room, so much that rather than stay warm, we turned it off for the night so we could sleep comfortably. Road noise as mentioned in other reviews, was present but not terrible. I suppose if you had the room closest to the roadway it might have been a problem at times. So if you want an inexpensive comfortable place for a night or 2 without frills… this is a good option.

Our door opened at 3 oclock in the morning! Scared the life out of us. The owner said he forgot he rented the room and he wanted to show it to some people! (3 AM) Never offered and reimbersment of any kind just a sorry! Scared ten years off our life!

I had an 8 night reservation and my room was only cleaned the first night. I placed the card for the room to be cleaned 2 other days, but the gentleman at the desk told me he was too busy to get to it. There are only 10 rooms. Its ok for one night stays, but not for extended stays. As a woman traveling alone I felt they didnt value me or my time.

I placed the card for the room to be cleaned 2 other days, but the gentleman at the desk told me he was too busy to get to it. There are only 10 rooms. My son & I were running late. We were very thankful that the manager called me at 10:45pm to ask whether or not we were still going to spend the night. We said "YES" we would be there in about 15 minutes. When we arrived we were told that our room was the only room still not occupied, and he had a drive-by come and ask for a room. The manager took the time to contact me to make sure we were still coming. Great service. Much appreciated.

Went to check in after booking room through Expedia, hand them my credit card and drivers license, they said I need a $100 security deposit, I said that’s fine you can put on my card. Well they proceeded to say I needed a $100 cash security deposit, I told them I didn’t have that much cash on me, they said go next door to the gas station to get it out of the atm, I said no and to cancel my room through them & Expedia. There is a charge on my credit card statement that I used to reserve my room, and it is next to impossible to talk to a live person at Expedia. The whole deal seemed extremely shady to me, and I am extremely frustrated with Expedia which I used all the time for work travel up to this point.

When I booked this room we were traveling with our dog and I saw that they charged a $20 fee for pets. When we got there we were told that they did not allow pets. I see that I got charged a no show fee but we did show and turned away the owner. If they don’t allow pets then they need to update their website or not charge a fee when we show up with our dog

The rooms have been recently updated and were nice, especially the bathroom. The room is smaller than a typical motel room but do you really need all that extra space. I appreciated the location on the edge of town and there is a very nice gas station/convenience store next door. Very safe neighborhood feel. Great value. I

Horrible not best condition at all The bed is held up with 2x4 wood legs both beds , pictures included. Mattress was hard on one and other I sunk in middle. Extremely loud constant travel. Tractor trailers all night. No sleep.

Room was super clean. Front reception gentleman was kind, courteous, professional and helpful. The location was wonderful, beautiful scenery of farm land. Easily accessible to all amenities. Much nicer than any hotel downtown in Lancaster. Parking immediately in front of your room, very convenient & no hassles with valet or separate garage. If you are wanting to complain about no chair or clothes hanging area or old paint( paint was fresh) or stupidity like missing bath or shower plug( there was none missing) then go to another motel/ hotel and pay the $200-$300 extra to get the wussified pampering; our room had both, chair, clothes hangers and clean bath/ shower, toiletries, dryer clean bedding and was roomy. Very restful. Sitting areas outside your room. All in all a very nice restful clean accommodation. Very affordable. If you want more, go elsewhere and pay more for a lesser wholesome experience. I would definitely return just for the tranquil rest and lovely setting and clean affordable motel.

Worst experience I've ever had. I booked two rooms; they only had one, and I had to drive around the town with two small kids at 2 AM trying to find another hotel. I called 3 times. The first time, they couldn't even find my reservation. The second time, the call quality was really poor. The third time, I was finally able to speak with someone at the hotel; the person was extremely unpleasant and didn't care about the fact that I booked two rooms. All they could answer was, "I only have one room available". I tried multiple times to tell them I booked two rooms and that I have it all registered. After reaching out via the Hotels.com app, I was told by customer service that everything was all set, but it turned out it wasn't, and they really had only one room, though I booked two. The worst part was not the issue itself, but the lack of care and empathy.

There was no maid service at all. We never got any clean towels and never took out the garbage the whole week we were there. The location was great and the parking was great.

This motel was ok for a quick overnight stay. The sliding glass shower door wouldn't stay closed. Clean and efficient look, nothing fancy or pretty, but being clean helped a lot. Reasonable cost made this a good stay too.
