Well located traditional countryside hotel with restaurant and small brewery. Very friendly staff, fantastic food and excellent fresh beer.

An old building with modern upgrades. Large bedroom and bathroom with modern fixtures. Very comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress. Lots of power outlets in the room. The only downside is that the local church, which is right next door, rang its bell every 15 minutes, then chimed the number of the hour every hour, all through the night! Also, at around 1am, the bell chimed about 50 times in a row with no respite. Shutting the windows reduced the sound somewhat but made the room too hot to sleep (no A/C). The church is obviously beyond the control of the hotel, but it's something potential guests should be aware of.

A nice hotel "in the middle of nowhere" ;-). The hotel was perfect for us between the customer and München Airport. Easy to find with the GPS. Rooms were very good. Perfect bed. The only minus was the bathroom where the sink is very close to the toilet. Also the water flow from the tap was very low. The restaurant was ok and so were the beers. Breakfast too was good. All you can wish for. Good scrambled eggs (no watery stuff) and bacon. Missed some fried german sausages and fried tomatoes. Internet on the second floor does not work! But all in all: when I am in the area again I will certainly use this hotel again.

Excellent property off the beaten path with some of the best home brewed beer and German food I’ve ever tasted. Only issue is the wireless needed some work as guests far away from the router has issues but my room was close so never had an issue. In very small town (which I liked) but close (1 hr) from Munich airport)
