Un hôtel magnifique, avec piscine, accès direct à une superbe plage de sable fin et une vue incroyable sur la mer. Accueil chaleureux, parking sécurisé, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande !

This hotel was so nice, just a few steps away from the beach. First, the check-in process was good, lobby is clean next to the dining area. A nice boutique shop is available for unique items. The room was so nice next to the pool with jacuzzy tub, shower, dining table, large sofa and 2 TVs. The bed was comfortable, I loved the patio with sliding glass door that leads to the pool. The ambiance is party-family. The pool had nice party music for all to enjoy. Lots of dining options. The food at all 3 establishments were excellent. I will be visiting again next opportunity I get to be in tunisia.

The staff could have been friendlier at the check in. Room very clean Swimming pool really cool and nice atmosphere around the hotel especially in the evening. Not enough chairs on the beach and they don’t bring them early and they get collected very early. Breakfast staff friendly , but not attentif at all. Too many staff around but they don’t engage with customers. Not even asking how is the breakfast , anything special we would like or trying to built the relationships with the guests. The made have left my room 315 tap open once we came back to hotel we found the room full of water, we called the reception but it took them more then 30min to come.

This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again.

Hôtel correct mais sans âme. Du hall aux chambres en passant par le jardin, déco minimum ! Accueil dans le ton. Globalement propre et en bon état. Très grande piscine. Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Un hôtel ok pour y passer la nuit, mais pas pour avoir envie d'y revenir...

We loved this hotel. Perfectly right on the beach. The staff was super, very helpful and spoke many languages. Also the food terrific! All was up to quality standards. The only thing that needs to improve is the internet connections. It did not work well in the rooms. Only in the lobby. But this did not bother us too much…we would definitely come again.

Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal – in etwa 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Medina, ideal für Erkundungstouren. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Selbst für Essen und Trinken im Hotel gibt es nichts zu beanstanden – qualitativ top und preislich absolut fair. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Hôtel très bien entretenu et très calme. Belle chambre, spacieuse avec des lits confortables et une grande salle de bain. Personnel très sympathique. Le buffet, tant du petit déjeuner que du dîner, est très bien présenté, de qualité et varié. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. La piscine est très grande et agréable. Situé à 1,4 km de la médina. Donc tout à fait accessible à pied. Objectivement, un hôtel qui mérite une très bonne appréciation.

Das Nour überrascht in jeder Hinsicht, wenn man das Hotel mit seinen Nachbar-Hotels vergleicht. Wir haben alle schon ausprobiert. Nour hebt sich in jeder Hinsicht deutlich hervor. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant (Qualität auf europäischem Niveau, aber auch der Preis), gepflegter Pool und Strandzugang. Für tunesische Maßstäbe einfach klasse. Im Zimmer funktioniert alles, keine klebrigen Teppichböden sondern glatte Fliesen, keine verkalkten Bad-Armaturen, kaum Schimmel in der Dusche. Verdunkelungsvorhänge vorhanden, leise Klimaanlage. Die Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar, im Restaurant, Pförtner, sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolutes Highlight ist das Team beim Frühstücksbuffet, das die Eierspeisen und Crêpes wirklich perfekt zubereitet. Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir kommen wieder.

4 Sterne sind eben tunesische 4 Sterne. Tolle Außenanlagen inklusive Pool. Badezimmer im duschbereich mit Schimmel und konnte/wollte auch nicht gereinigt werden.

I booked two rooms, but at check-in the reception said there was only a reservation for one room. I had to wait almost an entire hour with my children to get the wrong room. I had booked two triple rooms but received two double rooms instead, which are smaller than what I booked. The staff at the reception were very rude, except for a girl named Ghada who was friendly. The lifeguards were nice, they deserve praise. The rooms were dirty, and the fridge didn’t work. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I am very disappointed and definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel is 20' walk from the center of Bizerte. It is located in front of the beach. Very beautiful swimming pool and room very spacious. We had some problems with the magnet key of the room and I had to go back to the reception 2 times to have it functioning.

La chambre et la salle de bains ne sont pas fonctionnelles (beaucoup de place mais peu d'endroits pour placer ses affaires personnelles, pas de coffre qui marche, les lumières ne fonctionnent pas toutes, le système d'entrée dans la chambre fonctionne 1 fois sur 2)

No kettle in the room. Booked a king bed but it was two singles pushed together. Internet in room not strong enough to use, only one bar.Hotel provides you with one very small bottle of water, no shops near to buy more. Booked half board, breakfast is mainly breads, and dinner mainly salad.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut, morgens und Abends war ein extrem lauter Abzug aus der Küche permanent zu hören. Auch der extra bezahlte Meerblick von Zimmer war so weit entfernt, dass man sich diesen Aufpreis sparen kann. Die Flure im Hotel haben einenen recht schlechten Zustsnd der sehr uneinlade d wirkt. Die Zimmer selbst wirken jedoch sehr geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Umgebung vor dem Hotel ist absolut unansehnlich, hier liegt viel Schutt und Müll. Positiv kann man jedoch sagen, dass das Essens Buffet zwar nicht das größte ist, jedoch qualitativ sehr gut ist. Insgesamt muß man aber sagen, dass das Hotel den recht hohen Zimmerpreisen nicht gerecht wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

2 days nice stay in a nice hotel, so close to beach and ocean. They did though give us a room without balcony or terrace, even though it was stated in the reservation/booking 😔

We loved this hotel. Perfectly right on the beach. The staff was super, very helpful and spoke many languages. Also the food terrific! All was up to quality standards. The only thing that needs to improve is the internet connections. It did not work well in the rooms. Only in the lobby. But this did not bother us too much…we would definitely come again.

When I checked in you don’t have a room sea view for me and you upgraded to me to a suite garden view with only one bed. Next morning I asked to move to a room with two beds, travel with my son, and give me samples garden view room. I asked to keep the suite that you upgraded to me and front desk said no that I will need to pay 350 EUR , even it was available and it was your fault don’t have my room that I reserved and paid and it is was your decision give me the upgraded. lucky I have a copy of what I reserve/ paid sea view room and I need to ask for a new room. I need to move our luagges three times. Personal at front desk were no very profesional no nice. They really didn’t care. I will not come back to your hotel and I will not recomend it.

Peut être une petite remarque pour le bar où le service est particulièrement lent et où il faut compter une bonne demi heure pour que quelqu’un vienne prendre les commandes et au minimun une autre demi heure pour recevoir ses burger… Sinon l’ambiance à l’hôtel est super. Il est plutôt fréquenté par des familles de tunisiens et quelques européens pour le business. L’accueil est chaleureux et il y an aura toujours quelqu’un pour assister. C’est mon deuxième séjour à l’hôtel Nour avec les enfants et nous y retournerons certainement.

Das Nour überrascht in jeder Hinsicht, wenn man das Hotel mit seinen Nachbar-Hotels vergleicht. Wir haben alle schon ausprobiert. Nour hebt sich in jeder Hinsicht deutlich hervor. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant (Qualität auf europäischem Niveau, aber auch der Preis), gepflegter Pool und Strandzugang. Für tunesische Maßstäbe einfach klasse. Im Zimmer funktioniert alles, keine klebrigen Teppichböden sondern glatte Fliesen, keine verkalkten Bad-Armaturen, kaum Schimmel in der Dusche. Verdunkelungsvorhänge vorhanden, leise Klimaanlage. Die Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar, im Restaurant, Pförtner, sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolutes Highlight ist das Team beim Frühstücksbuffet, das die Eierspeisen und Crêpes wirklich perfekt zubereitet. je dirai décevant surtout avec les réceptionnistes hajer et kaiss qui ont essaye de nous arnaques vu qu'ils m'ont oblige de resserve deux chambres triples alors que je voulais juste deux chambres doubles prétextant l’indisponibilité des chambres doubles et une fois a l’hôtel j'ai su la disponibilité des chambres doubles puisque l’hôtel étais pratiquement vide et quand ils m'ont remis les clés des chambres ils m'ont donne une chambre triple et une chambre double.chose qui m'a vraiment dégoûter pour ne plus remettre les pieds dans cette hôtel a cause de ces deux personnes.

I booked a sea view room and the attendant, Amina, told me that they don't have any seaview rooms available. I was pretty upset about this. She just shrugged it off and then called her manager (worked on the evening of May 5th). Her manager was even more rude and showed me an alternative room with a backyard view and had a gall to call it a "seaview" room. He blamed it on Expedia to mark the room as "seaview" during my booking. His unprofessionalism was pretty upsetting. Refused to give me his name. Worst staff ever!

I booked two rooms, but at check-in the reception said there was only a reservation for one room. I had to wait almost an entire hour with my children to get the wrong room. I had booked two triple rooms but received two double rooms instead, which are smaller than what I booked. The staff at the reception were very rude, except for a girl named Ghada who was friendly. The lifeguards were nice, they deserve praise. The rooms were dirty, and the fridge didn’t work. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I am very disappointed and definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel is 20' walk from the center of Bizerte. It is located in front of the beach. Very beautiful swimming pool and room very spacious. We had some problems with the magnet key of the room and I had to go back to the reception 2 times to have it functioning.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut, morgens und Abends war ein extrem lauter Abzug aus der Küche permanent zu hören. Auch der extra bezahlte Meerblick von Zimmer war so weit entfernt, dass man sich diesen Aufpreis sparen kann. Die Flure im Hotel haben einenen recht schlechten Zustsnd der sehr uneinlade d wirkt. Die Zimmer selbst wirken jedoch sehr geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Umgebung vor dem Hotel ist absolut unansehnlich, hier liegt viel Schutt und Müll. Positiv kann man jedoch sagen, dass das Essens Buffet zwar nicht das größte ist, jedoch qualitativ sehr gut ist. Insgesamt muß man aber sagen, dass das Hotel den recht hohen Zimmerpreisen nicht gerecht wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

Hotel très confortable. Luxueux. Personnel très accueillant. Par contre , environnement fumeur, pollué. Aucune pancarte pour interdire la cigarette. Autochtones très bruyants avec leurs téléphones , dans les couloirs, la cafétéria , les bords de piscine. Routes aux abords très dangereuses au niveau voiture et circulation.

This hotel was so nice, just a few steps away from the beach. First, the check-in process was good, lobby is clean next to the dining area. A nice boutique shop is available for unique items. The room was so nice next to the pool with jacuzzy tub, shower, dining table, large sofa and 2 TVs. The bed was comfortable, I loved the patio with sliding glass door that leads to the pool. The ambiance is party-family. The pool had nice party music for all to enjoy. Lots of dining options. The food at all 3 establishments were excellent. I will be visiting again next opportunity I get to be in tunisia.

No kettle in the room. Booked a king bed but it was two singles pushed together. Internet in room not strong enough to use, only one bar.Hotel provides you with one very small bottle of water, no shops near to buy more. Booked half board, breakfast is mainly breads, and dinner mainly salad.

J'ai adoré le séjour. Tout était excellent: le personnel, la chambre au premier étage qui donnait sur la piscine et la mer, le petit-déjeuner riche, la piscine magnifique et la possibilité de se baigner aussi dans la mer. Le dîner bouffet très riche aussi avec dessert offert.

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal in diesem Hotel und ehrlicherweise muss man sagen das es wohl das beste Hotel in Bizerte ist. Allerdings ist uns aufgefallen dass seitdem das hochpreisige Restaurant Le Pilau auf dem Hotelgelände aufgemacht hat, das hoteleigene Restaurant nur noch eine reduzierte Auswahl an Speisen angeboten hat. Einen Tag kamen wir um ca. 21:15 von einem Meeting zurück und mussten feststellen dass das Hotelrestaurant keine Speisen mehr anbot, bzw. Das Buffet abgeräumt war. Wir waren gezwungen in das “Le Pilau” zu gehen. Beim bestellen mussten wir feststellen dass die Hälfte der auf der Karte angebotenen Speisen und Getränke nicht vorrätig war. Das fand dann unser arroganter Kellner auch noch super lustig…..Wir haben dann italienische Nudelgerichte bestellt, fast so teuer wie in Italien aber schlecht gemacht. Also Le Pilau nie wieder.

Das Hotel Nour ist für tunesische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es ist nicht einfach ausserhalb der typischen Touristengebiete in Tunesien ein Hotel zu finden das annähernd westlichen Standarts genügt. Das Nour kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Auch das angebotene Essen wie Frühstück oder Abendessen ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Kaffee den es beim Frühstück gibt, der ist schrecklich.

We loved this hotel. Perfectly right on the beach. The staff was super, very helpful and spoke many languages. Also the food terrific! All was up to quality standards. The only thing that needs to improve is the internet connections. It did not work well in the rooms. Only in the lobby. But this did not bother us too much…we would definitely come again.

When I checked in you don’t have a room sea view for me and you upgraded to me to a suite garden view with only one bed. Next morning I asked to move to a room with two beds, travel with my son, and give me samples garden view room. I asked to keep the suite that you upgraded to me and front desk said no that I will need to pay 350 EUR , even it was available and it was your fault don’t have my room that I reserved and paid and it is was your decision give me the upgraded. lucky I have a copy of what I reserve/ paid sea view room and I need to ask for a new room. I need to move our luagges three times. Personal at front desk were no very profesional no nice. They really didn’t care. I will not come back to your hotel and I will not recomend it.

This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again.
