It's need some renovation to be clear, the towels or the sheet need to be changed even if they are washed

Second time here and really enjoyed our stay again

Was good as a backpacker style hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, plenty of different spots to explore. We had a premium room for 3 of us. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was average, buffet style..got bored after 2 days of the same food choices. We ate out for lunch and dinner. You have to ask for your room.to be cleaned. Staff were very friendly at reception, answered queries. Late check out at 3pm at a cost of extra 100 rn..(£20) otherwise checkout is at 11.30am. Taxi boats/excursions available right outside tge hotel..snorkeling/diving We took a private taxi to Rednag Island for a day at the Island for a massage and bath..bliss Beach at Laguna Beach at Redang Island was out of this world better than Kecil.

Everything was perfect. We would stay again.
