Service was good. Location is excellent

Wonderful place and very kind people

After the first night we had multiple bed bug bites, whereafter we asked to be moved to a different bungalow. First they “cleaned” the room (it took 5 minutes) whereafter we asked again to be moved. We got a new place but same problem. Ended up with 94 bites on one of us and fever on the rest. Left the island two days earlier than planned and had to buy new ferry tickets and hotel somewhere else. The first place got new guests as soon as we moved out!! Hotel is worn compared to some of its neighbors and service is so so. Not particularly clean all together. We got two good dives in though. A shame we couldn’t get more.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Roberto that works the resort restaurant is an absolute gem. Always made sure I was well taken care of. If it's a massage you need, I highly recommend Yana. She manages to strike the perfect balance between a gentle, soothing massage and a deep sports massage. Finally, you must have a chat with Simon. You will find him at the reception as he oversees operations. He can provide you with a multitude of places to visit, restaurants to eat wherever your next destination takes you!
