Air conditioning works, but very loud though. Quiet picturesque area with reasonable rates. Motel is renovating the pool.

There were renovations going on, the pool was closed, the rooms were dirty and smelt like smoke, and had no pillows.

The pool was great. The room we had was extremely dated however it was clean. The motel served its purpose for the price we paid.

We were just passing through Antigonish and stayed here for a night. We were confused by the parking situation, as we received a text saying that there was no on site parking, and that the lot would just be for loading and unloading. Turns out we actually were allowed to park in the lot. The lack of an elevator makes it difficult to get heavy luggage upstairs. Aside from those things, it was a decent place to stay.

The room wasn’t very clean and the hot tub was filthy. The jets spewed what may have been old caulking, or maybe lime scale. It was gross. The bathtub drain was slow, leading to ankle deep water by the end of each shower. The box spring on the king bed was broken and the mattress sloped to the edge of the bed. After a few nights we cut our stay short and found another hotel for the rest of our trip.

i dont even know where to begin. This place was run down 30yrs ago and nothing has been done to it since. it was homecoming weekend and the only place that had a room available. The Nuptial Suite! Disgustingly dirty and ragged carpets, dirty room floor, old coffee left in the coffee pot, old broken celing tiles, room smelled of Mark Ten no filter cigarettes amd Labatt 50. Dirty sheets ( had white ceiling tile crumbs on the sheets). Bathroom shower and bath had cigarette burn marks on the acrylic. Dube holes on the chairs. i mean like you name it, that room had it !! The 2 Ptac air conditioners were broken so the AC was 2 window shakers held in the window by ductape. My buddy was going to sleep on the pullout but when we pulled it out, there werent any sheets or blankets and the mattress looked like a crime scene. This place isnt a fixer upper, its a tearer downer!

Room 116. Mold on walls. Water damage ceiling and walls. Every wall and curtain was stained with red blotches. Tiles lifting in the bathroom. Drain plate lifted off the floor. Main door frame falling off the wall. Wall heater in the bathroom off the wall and lying on the floor. Top dresser drawer missing. TV broken. Don't try to talk to the owner unless you speak Chinese. Went to get coffee in the kitchen. Dishes were filthy and stained. Our room made us feel we were in a half way house

La chambre n’était pas propre, il y avait des petite mouche morte sur les meubles. Le plancher était sale. Nous avons ouvert le divan-lit, il y avait plein de poussière et de jouet à l’intérieur. Le sofa était vieux et sale.

Disgusting. The mildew smell went into my lungs and I chocked. I lasted 10 minutes and booked another hotel. I lost my full payment. This place is an AVOID AVOID AVOID

N'est pas propre

Ce qui m'a ULTRA déplu, c'est qu'il y ais du SANG et pas le mien, sur mes draps...après plainte, j'ai recu un GROS $23 de remboursement. Donc j'ai payé $97 pour dormir dans des draps malpropre! Dégeu!

Sheets not clean. Mouldy shower. Room smelled of strong cleaning products. Dark and dated rooms.

I have a 2-year-old boy, and he loves to play and sit on the floor with his car. The room was very dirty and dusty. I ended up cleaning the room. I tried to call the reception, and no one answered. I will never go back there anymore

La grande fenêtre ne se barrait pas, nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité. Les drap étaient sales et remplit de poils. Je déconseille grandement.

Tres ordinaire Prendrais beaucoup de rénovations Style plafond et murs craqués, fan plafonnier manquant une pale, fenetre brisé, tv inutile car non inteligente et sans service tv, robinetrie magané, lit tres bruyant, douillette troué...surprenant mettons

This was a typical outdated motel which was lacking in updates, facilities and cleanliness but all of that would have been fine if the room had actually matched the description. We booked the honeymoon suite which was supposed to sleep 7. We booked it for our family of 5. The room only comfortably slept 2!! One bed and one very old sofa bed. We had to take the mattress of the sofa bed and my sons (19 and 21) slept on the floor. Our daughter 17 shared the bed with us. It was disastrous and I would have tried to go somewhere else if the motel wasn’t in the middle of nowhere and anything else relatively close by was fully booked. About 25 min from Foresta Lumina which was why I booked it.

The tv did not work and although the nice man at the desk tried to fix it, he was not able to. There was about a 10 cm opening of the window above the air conditioner. There was no blow dryer in the room. I had to get one from the front desk.

Ne trouvant pas ma réservation, vu que je leur présentait une copie de ma confirmation reçue, ils m'ont alloué ce qu'ils appellent la "suite nuptiale". Grande chambre qui manque d'amour: vitres très sales, salle de bain délabrée, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, etc...

The location was practical for us and the price very reasonable. We did not expect luxury but it would have been nice to have cold water at the sink (robinetterie was broken) and a bath without a bump that made taking a shower a little dangerous. The wooden bed base was also squeaky so tossing and turning was noisy. There were no wash cloths but we were able to get some when we asked. We appreciated the air conditioning.

Pas d’eau chaude dans le jaccuzi, télé non fonctionnelle, plusieurs luminaires non fonctionnelles, douche bas de gamme, plafond avec des trous, murs endommagés, tout date de 50 ans sans rénovations, et devinez quoi dans la supposée suite nuptiale. Point positif, très bien insonorisé et assez propre ( pas de poussière).

Room reserved wasn't available,upgraded to the "honeymoon" suite. The windows were held open by pieces of 2×4 and no screens. AC unit broken, and no tv. When I shared this with the checkin staff I was told he wasn't the owner and could do nothing. I asked for a refund as I paid with debit card and was told he couldn't refund as it was a Expedia res and I should get a refund from Expedia.

Bonjour, Nous avons réservé deux soirs soit le 5 et 6 octobre, nous n’avons pas resté la vu l’état de la chambre qui nous ont assignée, la chambre 5 la télé ne fonctionnait pas, la porte de la chambre de bain a embarré mon conjoint, ça nous a pris un bon 3 minutes avant de réussir à l’ouvrir, la chambre de bain était deguelasse, ils nous ont changé de chambre la chambre numéro 7, 50% des lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, la serrure de la porte d’entrée était brisée et la porte était craquée, nous sommes assis au bout lit et le lit était brisé également, nous avons décider de quitter les lieux le même soir, nous avons réserver un autre hôtel en utilisant vos services à Quality Hotel & Suites le 6 ochobre. Nous avons également resté à cet Hôtel le 5 octobre également. Je leur ai demandé un remboursement sans succès au début , quand je leur ai appelé ils m’ont dit qu’il allait remplir un rapport et vous le transmettre d’attendre jeudi pour le remboursement et vu que je n’ai pas eu de remboursement je leur ai contacté de nouveau aujourd’hui le 10 et maintenant leur histoire a changé maintenant c’est nous qui sommes obligés de vous contacter, donc voilà je vous contacte pour recevoir mon remboursement pour ces deux nuits payées, Merci de faire un suivi et émettre mon remboursement Cl

Overbooking. Son-in-law booked at the same Motel but got an email cancellation at 4:15pm, on the reservation date. I ended up cancelling on site and went elsewhere.

lieux propre et chambre confortable

Not 5 star hotel or anything, but good enough for us. We needed someplace very inexpensive, but that wasn't gross or anything. This place was just fine, and also very close to the downtown area.

Satisfactory for the price. Don't be fooled, there is no breakfast, but there is complimentary coffee. There is a microwave oven and refrigerator in every room.
