Premièrement la piscine est vide. Pas de spa. Chambre pas prête, personnel inadequat. Vraiment tres déçu. On est parti et du faire 2 heurs de route pour revenir ciuchet chez moi.

Pas les commodité, promis , pas de piscine, pas de spa. Et un gérant qui ne comprenait pas notre déception. Nous ne sommes pas resté. Je m'attends a être remboursé. Accorderz vous les hotels et Expedia !!!

Balustrade dangereuse tien de peur piscine intérieure remplie de béton donc inexistante Les deux autres piscine extérieur fermé aucune animation pas de musique la portion marina qui était si festive lors de mon dernier passage était fermé et laisser à l’abandon de plus lorsque que j’ai appelé pour m’assurer que nous aurions un chambre à l’étage avec balcon et vue sur l’eau j’ai demandé au propriétaire si la l y avait un événement samedi il m’a répondu que non mais il y avait un bar et de la musique ce qui était faux mi à part que tout est l’aisser a l’abandon le seul point positif la nourriture au restaurant était excellent je vous recommande les filets de perchaude un vrai délice et la serveuse était très gentil le propriétaire est très gentil et fait sont possible pour vous accommoder mais malheureusement il est clairement dépassé depuis que la ville a acheté l terrain a côté il leur est interdit de faire des événements à la marina sous prétexte que les citoyens se plaignant du bruit mais la salle juste a côté qui appartient à la ville eux on l droit c’est vraiment injuste pour le propriétaire de la halte des 101!îles qui lui voit son gagne pain sombré a cause des interdictions de la ville donc mage pcq c’était jadis un super endroit!

The place is rundown and doesn't appear to be based on the pictures and videos online. If anything was up to date, we never would've booked there. One of the main reasons we picked this place was for the three pools (2 of them outside). None of them were usable. A beautiful area but this place needs a lot of love for it to thrive again!

Accueil un peu longue bien que sympathique. Malheureusement la piscine intérieure et le spa sont fermés l'hiver et rien ne l'indiquait. Pas de p'tit dej sur place mais cafetière dans la chambre. Femme de ménage assez intense mais bien adorable (elle tenait à vérifier si tout était correct). Restaurant - bar spectacle sur place ce qui fait qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde à l'entrée. La vue sur la marina super!

I know its not a great time of year for this facility but the room was not clean. The shower was disgusting and thecroom was cold. One lamp in the room provided very limited lighting. There was no housekeeping provided during my 5 nights there.

J’ai jamais une un endroit aussi salle. Il y avait un verre brisé dans l’entrée de notre chambre, le bain était salle et il y avait un savon usagé. Moisissure dans le frigo. La propreté des drap très douteux. On n’a pas voulus couché là. N’y aller surtout pas

Very nice area for scenery. Found the rooms dirty, shower head was spraying from the connection, patio doors were not able to lock. Fruit flies were everywhere in the room which was the biggest downfall. Had to throw out food that I had bought after one night because the flies got into it. The property manager was actually quite nice. But I left two nights earlier then I submitted and refused to adjust any refund. I probably won’t use Expedia or stay at that place again. No refund policy with Expedia and losing out on $200 because the job I was there for finished early I’m not a fan of.

Chambre pas nettoyé et sans serviette pour la douche.Air conditionné encrassé et sans bouton d’ajustement et aucun personnel à mon arrivée, j’ai du attendre 30 min que le propriétaire arrive. Vous devriez retirer cet hotel de votre liste car cela entache votre réputation.

The good: the person who manages the restaurant and lodging is very friendly and clearly overwhelmed with her responsibilities.The service and food at the restaurant were very good. The bad: when we checked in, there was no one to greet us and it took at least 15 minutes to complete the process, after which we learned that our room was not ready even after arriving over 1.5 hours after the check-in time. It then took their "cleaning lady" about 15-20 minutes to make the room ready; she then left an envelope for tips to buy herself "drinks." We were not given sufficient towels for 2 days (including NO hand towels), nor enough toilet paper or toiletries. The shower has permanent mold in the grout and the slide lock on our door was broken and unusable. We were not provided info on using the pools, where to find ice, or any other features of the property. If you are a camper or willing to essentially "rough it" at a place of lodging then you will like the hotel; otherwise, do not waste your money thinking you will be relaxing.There is a constant flow of rowdy individuals making a good night\'s sleep impossible, including music, slamming and knocking on doors, drinking and smoking outside the rooms. Very disappointed and the pictures on the website are deceiving - be forewarned.

Hôtel bien situé dans un secteur tranquille et en bordure d'eau à Sorel-Tracy. Mais les chambres sont remplies de toile d'araîgnées. La climatisation ne donne pas car les clim sont de vieux appareils. Je recommande néanmoins.

The overall condition of the premises was pretty run down. We were greeted by an elderly gentlemen wearing a dirty white housecoat. He registered us and told us what room we were in. The condition of the room was actually quite clean and it was spacious. However some electrical plugins were not secured with a cover plate. The TV did not work. The cook from the restaurant tried very hard to fix it but was not successful. I would not recommend this place.

Le personnel à la réception et au restaurant était courtois. Le divan et le lit étaient confortable et il y avait un bon choix de menu au restaurant. Par contre, il n'y avait pas de séchoir à cheveux de disponible. Le bain situé dans la salle de bain était très glissant. Il n'y avait aucun antidérapant ou tapis de bain, ce qui peut causer des blessures sérieuses en cas de chute. De plus, le siège de toilette s'est détaché tout seul pendant le séjour.

All the pictures in their website are old pictures, when we went there in August, the first thing we noticed, is that the receptionist is not there, we had to dial a number that was placed on the counter in order for him to come. Putting all that aside, the pool was all dirty, which we were expecting to use it, according to the pictures in their website. The worst is yet to come. Our room’s location was literally right in front of the parking lot which would make it impossible to sleep at night with all the cars passing by. All the pictures in their website are old pictures, when we went there in August, the first thing we noticed, is that the receptionist is not there, we had to dial a number that was placed on the counter in order for him to come. Putting all that aside, the pool was all dirty, which we were expecting to use it, according to the pictures in their website. The worst is yet to come. Our room’s location was literally right in front of the parking lot which would make it impossible to sleep at night with all the cars passing by. The good: the person who manages the restaurant and lodging is very friendly and clearly overwhelmed with her responsibilities.The service and food at the restaurant were very good. The bad: when we checked in, there was no one to greet us and it took at least 15 minutes to complete the process, after which we learned that our room was not ready even after arriving over 1.5 hours after the check-in time. It then took their "cleaning lady" about 15-20 minutes to make the room ready; she then left an envelope for tips to buy herself "drinks." We were not given sufficient towels for 2 days (including NO hand towels), nor enough toilet paper or toiletries. The shower has permanent mold in the grout and the slide lock on our door was broken and unusable. We were not provided info on using the pools, where to find ice, or any other features of the property. If you are a camper or willing to essentially "rough it" at a place of lodging then you will like the hotel; otherwise, do not waste your money thinking you will be relaxing.There is a constant flow of rowdy individuals making a good night\'s sleep impossible, including music, slamming and knocking on doors, drinking and smoking outside the rooms. Personne à la réception à l’arrivée. Le propriétaire est extrêmement désagréable. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits et à notre arrivée, il n’en restait plus. Il nous a proposé une autre chambre, beaucoup plus chère (236 $), qui ne vaut clairement pas du tout ce prix-là. La chambre était malpropre, vieille, ça sentait mauvais, et ne ressemblait en rien aux photos en ligne. Certaines chambres semblent être louées à des gens louches à long terme, ce qui nous a rendus très mal à l’aise. Aucune piscine malgré ce qui peut être insinué. L’ambiance générale est glauque. Nous avons décidé de quitter l’endroit immédiatement. Jamais je n’aurais fait dormir mon enfant là. Et comble de l’arrogance, le propriétaire a eu le culot de nous dire que « c’est une superbe chambre pour le prix »… ouf. C’est le pire hôtel où j’ai mis les pieds à Québec. À fuir à tout prix.

Celui ci s'est présenté en short et sortie de bain. Le restaurant étai fermé. il a fallut rouler 20 mn pour trouver un restaurant et prendre mon déjeuner.

Accueil fastidieux, obligation de paiement en comptant par des retraits au guichet automatique privé du commerce attenant (6 $ de frais dans mon cas). Dépôt de 20$ requis pour avoir une clé. Chambre de belle taille, mobilier désuet, ampoule manquante, propreté déficiente. Le restaurant n'est ouvert que l'été. Je ne peux honnêtement recommander.

Hôtel bien situé dans un secteur tranquille et en bordure d'eau à Sorel-Tracy. Mais les chambres sont remplies de toile d'araîgnées. La climatisation ne donne pas car les clim sont de vieux appareils. Je recommande néanmoins.

Very nice area for scenery. Found the rooms dirty, shower head was spraying from the connection, patio doors were not able to lock. Fruit flies were everywhere in the room which was the biggest downfall. Had to throw out food that I had bought after one night because the flies got into it. The property manager was actually quite nice. But I left two nights earlier then I submitted and refused to adjust any refund. I probably won’t use Expedia or stay at that place again. No refund policy with Expedia and losing out on $200 because the job I was there for finished early I’m not a fan of.

Balustrade dangereuse tien de peur piscine intérieure remplie de béton donc inexistante Les deux autres piscine extérieur fermé aucune animation pas de musique la portion marina qui était si festive lors de mon dernier passage était fermé et laisser à l’abandon de plus lorsque que j’ai appelé pour m’assurer que nous aurions un chambre à l’étage avec balcon et vue sur l’eau j’ai demandé au propriétaire si la l y avait un événement samedi il m’a répondu que non mais il y avait un bar et de la musique ce qui était faux mi à part que tout est l’aisser a l’abandon le seul point positif la nourriture au restaurant était excellent je vous recommande les filets de perchaude un vrai délice et la serveuse était très gentil le propriétaire est très gentil et fait sont possible pour vous accommoder mais malheureusement il est clairement dépassé depuis que la ville a acheté l terrain a côté il leur est interdit de faire des événements à la marina sous prétexte que les citoyens se plaignant du bruit mais la salle juste a côté qui appartient à la ville eux on l droit c’est vraiment injuste pour le propriétaire de la halte des 101!îles qui lui voit son gagne pain sombré a cause des interdictions de la ville donc mage pcq c’était jadis un super endroit!

The place is rundown and doesn't appear to be based on the pictures and videos online. If anything was up to date, we never would've booked there. One of the main reasons we picked this place was for the three pools (2 of them outside). None of them were usable. A beautiful area but this place needs a lot of love for it to thrive again!

Accueil un peu longue bien que sympathique. Malheureusement la piscine intérieure et le spa sont fermés l'hiver et rien ne l'indiquait. Pas de p'tit dej sur place mais cafetière dans la chambre. Femme de ménage assez intense mais bien adorable (elle tenait à vérifier si tout était correct). Restaurant - bar spectacle sur place ce qui fait qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde à l'entrée. La vue sur la marina super!

Chambre pas très propre. Douche horrible, avons dû nous laver à la main tellement elle était sale. Service du restaurant long, mais ce n'était pas la faute de la serveuse. Elle a fait un boulot extra, étant seule avec près d'une cinquantaine de clients et c'était très bon.

Cet établissement ne correspond pas du tout à un trois étoiles comme indiqué. À savoir avant de réserver. Nous avons été reçu par une personne en robe de chambre à notre arrivée 😳. La même personne en robe de chambre qui nous a tout de même ouvert le resto (qui était fermé) pour qu’on puisse acheter de la bière et du vin…

Le personnel à la réception et au restaurant était courtois. Le divan et le lit étaient confortable et il y avait un bon choix de menu au restaurant. Par contre, il n'y avait pas de séchoir à cheveux de disponible. Le bain situé dans la salle de bain était très glissant. Il n'y avait aucun antidérapant ou tapis de bain, ce qui peut causer des blessures sérieuses en cas de chute. De plus, le siège de toilette s'est détaché tout seul pendant le séjour.

Decent hotel for the price. A few things amiss, but we were only there for one night so it was okay. Only two sets of towels in the room, we were four, and when we asked for an extra set they only bought us a big bath towel. Pillows not very comfy so had to get two extra pillows to be comfortable. Bed was nice, large and very comfortable. We checked in late night around 11:00 p.m. so there was no one at the front desk. We had to run around in the bar to find someone. Which was okay, just a little inconvenient. Room was upstairs so there's no elevator so we have to lug everything upstairs. That was also difficult. Motel booked so could not get a room downstairs. Shower wasn't running properly. Water came out of the tap and half from the shower head. But we made do with that as well. Overall nice and comfortable stay with the kids. Staff told us that it only opened with a new owner 3 weeks ago so they were trying to fix things up since the previous owner had let lot go. They tried hard for sure. Thank you for the stay!
