Beautiful hotel in quiet area of ushicar but with easy access to Göreme ten minutes in taxi. Located near to some of the red tour sites. Staff provided excellent service nothing was too much trouble for them even offering Turkish tea while we waited for our pick up for a tour. Breakfast was fantastic one of the best we have had on holiday. Rooms was great large with separate shower area and jacuzzi bath, would definitely stay again.

The staff provided truly outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. The massages at the spa were out of this world — one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to relax and fully enjoy the magic of Cappadocia. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience!

A true gem q fantastic views of the area, heated pool, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, great dining and memorable sunsets Our waiter Osman was always courteous and anticipated our needs as basic as sending us water to pool area and fresh coffee while watching ballon’s and the most amazing sunrise. A must visit.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The staff was incredibly nice and really made you feel like you’re home. No detail was spared. Everything’s was thought of. The amenities were L’Occitane. Including shave cream and razor to a loofah and cleansing towlettes. The food was one if the best from breakfast to dinner. Delicious sustainable food. The grounds were stunning with views for miles! We cannot wait to return!

Loved this hotel which is full of character for a genuine Cappadocia experience. Fabulous heated pool from which you can see the hot air balloons in the early morning. Rooms & bathrooms are very well-appointed and comfortable. Restaurants and breakfast was excellent. Very nice staff too.

Splendid and beautiful hotel. The only observation I have is that if you are claustrophobic or hate humidity the rooms are like caves. You may love that or hate it. Otherwise, the hotel is a total experience !

The Michelin-starred restaurant was mind-blowing — genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Every course was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful. The spa was also incredible, and the hotel’s overall charm and sense of history make it truly unique. However, there were a few things that left me disappointed. My cave room, while authentic, felt quite eerie and dusty, which made it harder to relax. The activities offered through the hotel are extremely overpriced — about triple what you’d pay elsewhere for a private tour, and the “full-day” option ended up lasting only three hours. The takeaway breakfast was also surprisingly poor — just a few pieces of bread in a box and bad coffee, which really didn’t align with the hotel’s otherwise high standards. One experience that stood out for the wrong reasons was an encounter at reception. A female staff member assumed I wasn’t a guest when I asked where the restaurant was and rather bluntly tol

Hotel was very clean and well run. Breakfast is amazing! Views are spectacular. Many areas to sit and enjoy the property.

İnanılmaz bir odada kaldık , odamız günde neredeyse 3 kere temizlendi ve gerekli eşyalar temin edildi. Havlularımız ve yatağımız odadan ayrılıp geldiğimiz 1 saatlik kısa aralıkta odamız şaheneydi , yemek menüsü inanılmazdı yani oğuzhan beye güvenin ancak tatlı tercihinde kesinlikle baklavalı cheesecake deneyin . Dolma tabağı ve peynir tabağı olağanüstüydü . Çalışan arkadaşlar adeta bizim en ufak bir iş için uğraşmamıza izin vermediler . Kesinlikle mükemmel bir deneyimdi.

Öncelikle resepsiyon karşılama ve tavırları hoşnutsuzdu. Otel temizlik ve odalar harikaydı. Yemekler harikaydı ama vejeteryan seçenekleri bi tık daha alternatifli olmasını isterdim. Soguk olmasına rağmen ateşlerin yakılmaması üzdü. Nargile veremiyoruz tavrını beğenmedik ve küçükün nargilelerin böyle otantik bi otele seneksizliği ve nargile yapmamak için tavrı üzdü. Terasta hizmet yetersizdi. Odamızdaki klima ısıtmıyordu.

Com palavras é difícil definir este hotel, sua localização, amabilidade, seus detalhes e requinte são insuperáveis. Luxo na medida certa, impecavelmente limpo e bem decorado. O melhor lugar para desfrutar deste lugar inesquecível que é a Capadócia.

Rooms was gorgeous

Beyond spectacular. This is an amazing property with a beautiful view, great staff, great ambience, great restaurant and a definitely great vibe. The rooms are cozy and luxurious at the same time. It was an incredible stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody traveling to Cappadocia. There are plenty of nice restaurants around as well and going into the main town is only a five minute cab ride.

The property has a fabulous location and view. The breakfast was amazing in my opinion as well as the views. The staff was helpful. We had a superior suite that had a lot of room but no windows and needs more lighting, a different shower structure, a body mirror, a better location for the safe, and sifter pillows. Our 3-night stay was over $4000. For the price we paid the room must have all of the above to make it up to par.

Amazing hotel, setting, breakfast, pool and service. From the minute we arrived at the airport it was an exceptional 5 star welcome until we left the hotel. Arezoo was our hostess at the hotel and gave us an exceptional welcome and attended to every need and request. Cappaduccia is adreamy place to visit but by far the hotel setting and staff made it even more beautiful. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Hotel de luxo na Capadócia, mas com poucos atrativos; a atração é uma piscina aquecida ao ar livre que é realmente muito boa; tem também uma bela vista para os balões, que não tive oportunidade de experienciar; o café da manhã é fraco para um hotel 5 estrelas e é no estilo de menu ( não gosto); o acesso ao hotel é ruim; os quartos são grandes e confortáveis; há no hotel um restaurante onde reservamos um jantar que também não gostei, o ambiente é lindo, mas a comida não.

It was an incredible stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody traveling to Cappadocia. Excellent location, property, amenities, staff and views

This hotel is the most magical place we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful setting, artistic details, fascinating history, many “million lira views.” The hearty breakfasts helped us have adventurous days. The location is perfect for walkable dining and explorations, as well as central for ballooning and seeing the major archeological sites. Thank you outstanding staff and also to Joe the dog! An unforgettable stay!
