Otelde hala tadilat devam ediyordu. Biz havuzlu odada kaldık lakin havuz ibaresi hatalı, küvet daha doğru olur diye düşünüyorum. Wc ve banyoda kapı olmaması büyük sorun bence. Kahvaltı alanı pencesizdi buda çok iyi gelmedi bana.

Amazing views of hot air balloons from hotel with access to walk and get closer for better pictures of balloons. Highly recommend. I had an amazing stay at Millstone Cave. The room was beautiful, featuring a stunning view, a relaxing hot tub, and a cozy fireplace that made the experience even more special. The panoramic views throughout the property were breathtaking. In the mornings, you can watch the hot air balloons rise right from the main terrace, and the view of Uchisar Castle is incredible. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the on-site restaurant, Milan Italy, served excellent food. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely return!

AMAZING! It's a cave suite with ultra comfort! Room, bed, toilet, bath tub and shower areas are soooo clean!! The suite with view rooms come with great sunrise hotair balloon views too! If you want a closer look at the hotair balloons, you can take a short walk at the front of the hotel 😉👍

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. Emre was very helpful with our special request at breakfast. He made our day by getting lots of vegetarian options for our group. One of our room had private Hamam. Views of the balloon in the morning from the terrace were amazing. Not close view of the balloons but great panoramic views.

When we checked in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready, so we had to wait for about half an hour. We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them wasn’t sufficient—it was a bit warmer than we preferred. The A/C in the other room worked well. Additionally, the cobblestones in the pathways weren’t properly installed and could pose a tripping hazard. Overall, most of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, one staff member provided incorrect information about balloon rides, claiming that the premium ride was longer, went higher, and had fewer people. Later, we discovered that the only difference was the number of people in the balloons.

Although the property looks nice from the outside, the inside is in very poor condition. Our room had no AC and despite multiple complaints to the very rude staff, all they said was that can put a fan or 2 in the room. Then when we tried asking for water, they tried charging us money for the water. In addition, we had reserved the private pool with a view room and it was anything but private. Workers and staff kept coming through our private area without knocking or me or my wife’s consent multiple times. The breakfast buffet was very limited and they were very stingy with the portions. I paid over $2000 for 3 nights and the staff/property did nothing to help us with our 28 degree Celsius room I reserved for my honeymoon. Completely ruined me and my wife’s experience and time in Cappadocia

View from our room was fabulous at night, breakfast was very good, room and floor was nicely heated,room was cleaned everyday, we couldn't find any fault with our stay.Our tour guide, Ismail,spoke very good English, also very knowledgeable, thank you Elif for your very good service, hopefully we would visit again.

The hotel is beautiful, but the A/C of our room stop working the second day. since is a "cave" the room got really hot. it felt like a sauna. The guy from the front desk try to fix the A/C with no success and the solution was to provide as a fan which was not really enough. A/C is very important and if is not working they should have offer another room

This is an amazing place in a very special location in the middle of Cappadocia. The rooms are imbedded in the mountain are decorated with great taste, simple and fitting with the surroundings. One rarely finds such a beautiful place. All of Cappadocia is within 20min drive and you can even see the balloons from the rooms in the early morning.

The property was nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. If I had one complaint, since the room doesn’t have air conditioning and it is sort of built into the caves, the rooms get musty and warm since there is no circulation of air. It’s really noticeable after taking a shower. But that’s a minor complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Oda temizdi ama fotoğraflarda görülen ile bize verilen oda arasında ciddi bir fark vardı. O konuda biraz sıkıntı yaşandı. Ayrıca odanın tek ve dışarıyı hiç görmeyen bir camı vardı, o cam da arızalı ve açılmıyordu. Ayrıca perdesi olmadığı için sabah bşr hayli ışık aldı. Personel ise otelin belki de en iyi yanı. Herkes yardımsever ve nazikti. Ancak fiyata yakışan yüksek standart bir otel deneyimi sunmak için almaları gereken mesafe var.

We have made a mistake for the booking dates and they where so kind that they don't charge anything for our mistake in dates. Ahuer & Mustafa they where the best sraff ever had to deal with. and in general the place is so amazing you feel like you are in home . the fire place in the night was a dream Highly recommend and i wish that i can visit again.

Excellent 3 day stay at this hotel. Great rooms with beautiful suites, probably THE best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey (visited 5 times). Every part of the hotel has a breathtaking view. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Mustafa at the front has been our trip planner, navigator, restaurant pointer and an excellent co ordinator for all things. He even managed a thermos of fresh chai sent to our room even after the kitchen was closed. This is the kind of things you’d expect from a property like this. Also, Doosh, Boosa and Furqan were great at helping us when we arrived 5 hours prior to check in time. They took care of things firsthand. Overall…… superb location, service and beautifully appointed and decorated rooms.

Otelde 18 kişilik kalabalık bir arkadaş grubuyla 3 gece konaklama yaptık. Oda fiyatları bölgeye göre biraz yüksek gibi görünse de, inanın karşılığını sonuna kadar alıyorsunuz. Otelin konumu ve manzarası, odaların dizaynı ve temizliği mükemmel. Personel son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Özellikle değinmek istediğim konu ise otelin kahvaltısı. İddia ediyorum, bu kalitede ve çeşitlilikte bir kahvaltıyı başka bir yerde bulmanız çok zor ! Sırf böyle bir kahvaltıyı deneyimlemek için bile bu otelde kalmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
