Great room. Easy check in and check out. Super helpful staff. Kitchen well stocked. Helped to make my stay easy and fun.

The rooms are well equipped and spacious. It’s close to transport

空調不能自選，由中央直接控制，所以有過熱情況出現，我一共住四個晚上，正好第三天，沒有岀去，見到職員，是這樣整理床舖及枕頭，他把枕頭及被全放在地上，鋪好床單再把被及枕頭放回床上，只是整理，並沒有換枕頭套及床單被鋪，所以第四天，我選擇keep privacy, 不用打掃，避免枕頭被鋪再丢到地上，再污染多一次

The room was very comfortable, modern and convenient. It was a great location for visiting someone at UBC and felt like my own apartment on campus. The staff was very helpful when we lost an item. They really went above and beyond in helping us locate it. I look forward to staying there again next time I’m in Vancouver.

What a great place to stay! Especially having a hotel on a college campus, made it convenient for us.
