Vi trivdes å komme hit. Var problemer med å komme oss dit pga stengt vei men ordnet seg. De tar heller ikke amex card. Ellers fornøyd med alt.

Dejlige værelser, smukke omgivelser og god mad

Dejligt sted i den skønneste natur. Meget venlig og service minded personale. Fint restaurant og lækker morgen buffet. Ikke fancy værelser, en lidt blød seng. Men vil 110 % bruge stedet igen. Kan klart anbefales og til en meget fornuftig pris.

This was a very good hotel near Billund, and it worked really well as a base for visiting Legoland. It’s a modern, well-equipped hotel with great infrastructure. It suited my kids well — they had access to an indoor area in one of the conference rooms with mini golf and even some kind of setup that allowed them to play badminton. It was a great way to keep them entertained between activities, especially during the very hot season. However, the room we stayed in had almost no ventilation other than two windows, which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. That was a major downside for us. We asked the reception for a fan, and the staff did their best to help us find one. It helped a little but didn’t completely solve the problem. We understand that the building isn’t ideal for heatwaves, but it was still very uncomfortable during the night. Breakfast was average. The coffee wasn’t very tasty, but they did offer a wide variety of food options, which was a definite plus. One highlight was the excellent service — both in the restaurant at breakfast and at the reception. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and that left a very positive impression.
