The property is a convenient location and good for the price, and we appreciated the kitchen and having access to laundry facilities. We were overlooking the car park, but it was not noisy. Reception staff were lovely and helpful.

Stay was as good as usual except having to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs . Next time we stay we will book a room in the other building, which has a lift .

Wonderful accommodation with a perfect location within walking distance to many amenities. Room even had a washing machine and clothes dryer which was very handy as my partner and i had our 4 month old son with us. Very clean with lovely staff. Upon leaving visited a few of Dunedins attractions for some photos when my partner discovered that she had lost one of her small ruby earrings which she was quite upset about as they were part of a christmas gift, contacted reception and they actually managed to find it! Overall i couldn't fault Euro 315 at all. Well done!

Good apartment. However, there is no lift so a bit difficult to handle big luggage when we are assigned to 2nd floor. Fortunately, the guy at the reception help us to move the luggage.

Friendly and quick check-in. Bright, spacious, clean studio in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. The icing on the cake was the 10 dollar laundry service - wash, dry and iron! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful. The hotel was basically a 1 bedroom apartment, and I loved it. Easy check in. Ample parking. Massive walk in shower with a heated bathroom floor. Wow! My only negative. No lift access, so if you have lots of luggage, you will have to carry them up a flight of stairs - about 15-20 steps. But don’t let that put you off staying here!

I really like this place and have stayed many times over the years. Excellent location and the apartments are very warm and comfy my and super quiet so a good nights sleep can be had. Beds are comfy and heated bathroom floors!

Very well located with free on-site parking, calm (although it may be due to timing near 1st of January). Spacious and clean. The only downs are the limited number of cutleries, plates and mugs. Sets of at least 6 instead of 4 would be better. Also the shower head is fixed to the wall, but pressure and temp are great.

The only reason I gave 3 stars was the bed. It was terrible - 2 singles pushed together so it had a ridge in the middle of the bed. Then both singles were far too soft to sleep on, they are at the end of their life. Other than that the room was 5 star - it was big, and roomy, the floors were heated, the kitchenette was great. Great location, comfortable accommodation. Really appreciated the little extras - robes, umbrella supplied, two TVs, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Everything was clean and tidy. A grwat find and somewhere we will return to!

Nice, clean spacious room. Pro's: Comfortable room, Excellent location, quiet yet, central. Satellite TV and fast internet. Con's: Front desk staff offered bare minimum in service. No view from apartment (carpark). No lift to the second floor, but could walk around and use alternative entry point to that level.

Helpful staff, nice room, reasonable price, very good location in central Dunedin. Not a complaint, but hotel was a bit difficult to find (while driving) as it’s located down a narrow laneway off a one way major street.

I would never stay here again. And i would recommend who ever read this. As this property never communicate with you regarding your room will be accessible room with broken door, also when you try to communicate for solution, the guy on reception asking me aren’t you all family? Asking us to adjust with broken bathroom door lock and accessible bathroom. The guy said why would i fix this is not my job. No form of apology and really disrespectful behaviour asking us to leave the room . After listening to him i had to tell him i work for hotel in front office team. He started becoming racist given us upgarde asking for money I refuse to pay extra than he said you people want everything free . People what you are you are . If he has shown apology and willingness to work for solutions i would have paid extra but he was rude, And still no apology. I don’t want to make too much fuss . Still came to door on the dot 10.00 Am while we are leaving asking us rudely why you guys haven’t left what time is checkout.? I don’t know management check this feedback or not but i can tolerate anything but not the attitude and racist behaviour specially when i am travelling with my parents. And of the day give room was spacious with half used toilet papers .

Location is fantastic. Had a report to complete and could walk down the road, grab something to eat and back to work. Dean in reception was fantastic. I was a late arrival and rang to check if I was okay. Great service.

Room was clean & tidy had balcony to drink you're morning coffee. Shower had great pressure, unfortunately we didnt have tea Towel or dish cloth first night to wash things. Motel is close to the main shopping mall and café and restaurants the public hospital is literally a 5 minute walk. Gentlemen on front desk is friendly and helpful Only thing we would probably say is we felt it was bit pricey

The staff at 315 Euro were amazing - they were friendly, kind and very accommodating. They did everything to make check-in and check out as smooth as possible, and my stay relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunedin.

There are major road upgrades happening on George St Dunedin until Feb 2024. These made it a bit more difficult/confusing to get in and out of the property. But they did send me a message the day before our stay, warning about this.

Enregistrement rapide avc 1 personnel agréable. Hôtel très très bien situé, près de ttes commoditées = restos, snacks, malls. PS : il y a eu 1 mauvaise interprétation sur Expédia de notre avis sommaire initial (négatif pr 3 smileys) ALORS que ns avions très apprécié cette hôtel. Juste qu'il manquait qques tiroirs de rangement pr nos vêtements & accesoires en dehors du dressing. En conclusion : Avons passé 1 très très bon séjour malgré la pluie.

A lot of construction noise starting very early in the morning that the hotel owner did not disclose in the listing. They also refused to provide any compensation for this dishonest behavior. Great property, but the owner needs to be transparent about issues like this!

We had a lovely stay at Euro 315. Our room was very clean and the king size bed was super comfortable. The apartment is right in the centre of town, with off street parking, which was a bonus, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. It is close to cafés, bars, lovely shops and the hospital. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.
