We had an absolutely fantastic few days at Rosapetra. Staff outstanding (small hotel with personal service - nothing was too much trouble for them); beautiful location; awesome spa and massage; shuttle service was very prompt; concierge set us up with a legendary local guide (Mario) who has climbed every major mountain in the world (as well as the Dolomites) but was super modest; hikes were sublime and climate perfect. Only regret was that we did not stay long enough - can’t wait to return next summer.

The highlight of the property is the valet. He also provided transportation to and from Cortina which is a little over a mile away. We didn’t eat at the hotel but rather went into town for our meals. The spa is only average but the service and staff are very attentive. Room 30 or the “romantic suite” is not worth the extra money because the romance tub is a waste of water and space and the room is not well designed.

The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. The Spa was quite beautiful and had various saunas but the most beautiful sauna was off limits and we were scolded by the spa staff when we used it but not one staff member said it was closed. It was annoying but I have to say the spolier was the American couple who made a scene in the spa was they saw someone naked. To all Americans- its Europe-if you go to a spa be prepared to see nakedness. I have to say what really impressed me the most was the restaurant. It was fantastic. Everything we ate was amazing and the service was impeccable.

A quick tour of the hotel and spa area was provided before taking us to our room. All of the facilities were in great condition and everyone who worked there made us feel right at home. One surprising thing was that almost anyone we encountered that worked at the hotel called us by name, a nice personalized touch. The staff are exceptional. The facility is immaculate. However, for a 5 star property the room was quite small with only a queen bed of just average comfort. The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us). The only point for improvement is the room cleanliness; we found some small items (makeup) from previous guests in places that would be easy to spot, but nothing that ruined the experience. I recommend bringing swimwear to enjoy the spa, even in cold weather. I highly recommend it and we will be back!

We stayed at Rosapetra Spa Resort in August and were disappointed. The hotel has no air conditioning, and their solution was to suggest leaving the balcony door open at night—right onto a busy, noisy road. It also didn’t feel safe since anyone could easily walk up to our room. Breakfast was very basic: just yogurts, cereals, and a few egg options. The best part of our stay was the staff—they were truly wonderful and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, the hotel itself just doesn’t match their level of service. Federico was amazing!!! No matter how hard they tried, the property felt more like a basic 3-star hotel. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel com potencial mas mal aproveitado. O Restaurante é fraco e o serviço do restaurante é muito mau. Nota-se que não há liderança do chefe de sala que não sabe receber clientes e os empregados passam o tempo na copa sem terem qualquer preocupação com o serviço ao clientes. A sala de jantar tinha somente 4 mesas postas o que dá um ambiente de abandono. Não se justifica o preço para o serviço oferecido. Não recomendo pois não correspondeu às expectativas.

We really enjoyed the property however the restaurant service was below average. Very slow and non attentive-the wrong order was placed in the kitchen and it took forever to to get our food, there was no one checking on us at all and the restaurant only had 3-4 tables. Staff seemed to be just standing around talking.

A really lovely stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast had a variety of choice but no hot food sadly, which would have been a nice touch, although i believe you could pay extra for this but would be nice to see it included. The staff were always very friendly and welcoming and gave us a very detailed tour on arrival along with a welcome drink. A couple of improvements i could recommend are providing the room with a room service menu, the staff seemed to be a little confused when we asked for a menu. And it would have been nice to have access to more information on how the lockers in the spa area worked as well as the sauna. however these are minor things that could just make a really great stay even better.
