We arrived late and tired after a 12 hour drive. The rooms were dirty with an odor. We were so tired we couldn't look for another place. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night and flipped her pillow over and discovered bugs under her pillow. We got up and turned on the light. Bugs were everywhere. The kitchen area waa swarming with fruit flies as well. The reception/office area had a very bad odor. The grass is in bad need of a cut. The smell from the pool smells like a sewar. The place should be shut down immediately.

It's the only hotel out of the 11 I've stayed in 2024 that did not have a cup of coffee in the morning. Although the upkeep is average, the 1950s motel is run down, literally falling apart, and the owners don't seem motivated to update any of it. One major feature they advertise is an outdoor pool, yet it was locked up the entire weekend I was there. I tried calling the front desk to ask about it, and even with an almost full vacancy, no one answers the phone. Not a place I'd ever recommend.

The check-in was smooth, without any issues. The accommodations are as expected from a lower cost motel but they do have a nice sitting area outside and pool that I did not use. My room did not have a river view but some do and may be attractive to some people.

Dommage cet hébergement aurait pu être très agréable, mais malheureusement, le service de nettoyage laisse vraiment à désirer, il n’y a pas moyen de se restaurer sur place, les poubelles n’ont été faite que deux fois pendant le séjour. Il y a vraiment beaucoup d’améliorations à apporter dans ce motel qui date un peu quand même, mais il y a des limites.

Stayed here for 1 night with our dog during our road trip, and it was just what we needed. The room was clean, the A/C strong (a must for our cold-loving pup), and the place stayed quiet through the night, giving us a great sleep. The motel backs onto the water and has a lovely grass area overlooking it — a great spot for quick walks. Would definitely recommend for a short, peaceful stop.

Well located and easy to find. The indoors have been renovated. Since I arrived late at night and left early, I did not get to see anybody from the staff. Not top notch but it is clean and everything is functional . Worth it for the price.

Property is old and looks run down but the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. It has a great setting along the river.

It's the only hotel out of the 11 I've stayed in 2024 that did not have a cup of coffee in the morning. Although the upkeep is average, the 1950s motel is run down, literally falling apart, and the owners don't seem motivated to update any of it. One major feature they advertise is an outdoor pool, yet it was locked up the entire weekend I was there. I tried calling the front desk to ask about it, and even with an almost full vacancy, no one answers the phone. Not a place I'd ever recommend.

Really nice place overall. Almost like a tiny resort spot close to Montreal. It's a bit run down both inside the rooms and outside, however, the owners seem to keep things in very good shape for the age of the place. They had a pool outside that was perfect for a late swim after a long day at the function I was there for, and it seemed to be the most updated part of the facility. The one major complaint is they did not have coffee in the rooms, which is almost unheard of in the motel industry. Really a bad move on their part. Regardless, it was convenient for why I was there, and a place I'd return to you.

I stayed here during a short trip to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and had a great experience! The motel offers affordable prices, clean rooms, and a lovely, welcoming staff. The location felt safe and convenient — right across from Tim Hortons and situated by the river, offering a beautiful view. There’s also a pool on-site, which was a nice bonus! Had a weekend planed with my 3 daughters. The pool. needed a lot of love, Algae all around and the water was well below the filter line and very cloudy. We did not go in. The view would be great had all the bushes been trimmed like in the picture on the web site. Only 1 picnic table for all clients. On the website it also shows a family room with tables and chairs, in the event of rain families could go there to play games. That does not existe. There is no ice machine. And no coffee machine in the rooms. I am happy we came all prepared with food, kitchen items and even a Hibachi to cook on. If you are well organized and not to picky and not scared of spiders for the price per night I guess it is a good value.
