Staff were helpful. Cost to pay in person was less than my invoice. Teabags should be individually packaged and the tea bag holder needs to be washed. More toilet paper needs to be added to the washroom by the kitchen.

What really stood out to me was the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere. The room and shared spaces were well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax after busy days in the city. Highly recommend it to anyone. Best,

I didn’t drive. The rooms were clean staff was polite. I loved the images of New York in the hostel especially the painting of Biggie Smalle.
