This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been in. A lot of the room doors are literally bent or broken. The office clerk only talks to you through a small bullet proof window after 8 pm and there is an armed security guard inside the clerk's office. It took 30 minutes to check in, while I was checking in, the couple that had been checked in just before me came back saying their room was occupied by a man. When I saw the room with the extremely dirty carpet and the awful smell along with noises from neighboring rooms, I walked back to the office, turned in my key card to office and asked for reimbursement which was denied. I am filing a dispute with my bank if Orbitz does not remove the charge. The pictures on Orbitz are not at all representative of the state of the hotel. There were all kinds of weirdoes/druggies ambling around the outside hallways too.

The worst motel I’ve stayed in. The pool was closed with no explanation. The motel check in employee was rude and emotionless and should not work in the service profession. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled smoke and there was a sigarett in the nightstand drawing. Really dirty and gross place!

The staff is very nice they will help you as much as they can. It's safe they have security guards at night rooms are very clean

check in was fast ,no deposit ,quiet , they have security walking the area , rooms are a little dingy cosmetic wise but for the most part room was clean.

Please is very run down. Room is not well stocked. But at least it was clean. Its a little off the main road and sketchy. Lobby is closed so you check in while standing in the parking lot through a teller window.

Dead bugs in the shower. Luckily don't have children with me because our keys fell behind dresser and while getting them came across a broken crack pipe. Thankfully we weren't cut by it. Aside from that it was fairly clean. Pool and the 1 ice machine were down the whole time.

Upon check in I was forced to wait at the night window at 8 pm. I get that they use it because the area is crime ridden with homeless beggars everywhere. It was raining. I stood in the rain with a lightning storm for 30 minutes and was soaking wet and I could have been hit by lightning. I complained to the man behind the desk and he didn’t care as he was dry. The next day they made a key for my room and gave it to some thief on the property. My stuff was gone through. The front desk made me go up and down the stairs with my luggage 8 times while he pretended to re key my lock. On the 8th time my food bag ripped open dumping my food on the floor. I asked him why he couldn’t make my key and he yelled out don’t threaten me. I told him I don’t threaten anyone which I don’t. He was a really crazy fool. At night at 1:00 am a guy was smoking pot by my door. And a beggar approached me one morning. This place is unsafe the door wouldn’t lock properly. And there was a roach in my room. I won’t be back. All I can say is beware. They made a key every day for thier buddies to steal from my room. Crack hotel

Room is not clean bed had a stain shower has obvious signs of spit on the walls. Front desk was no help ended up leaving shortly after checking in

It was a nice motel, at 1 point but has gone down hill. I don’t know how you can call a room clean and livable if there are holes in the walls, baseboards missing, floorboards coming up, mold on the wall and blood stains on the floor

Terrible condition and cleanliness. Just using the shower foot towel to walk around on, the bottom came up nasty black color. They definitely don’t give their floor cleaning the attention it requires. Room condition was in the need of a remodel. Mirror that was meant to be hanging on wall was sitting on the floor with the wall anchors for mounting the mirror sitting in a plastic box on top of the mirror. Window curtains had holes in it. My room and other rooms the key card reader wouldn’t read our key cards so we had to contact the office every time I needed to get back into my room. Night security guard wearing a flak vest and a lot of homeless in area. Felt like a rent by the hour kinda place. I will never stay at a two star hotel again. This place doesn’t deserve that high of a rating. You really do get what you pay for! …But I must say the staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Mildew in shower, missing flooring - overall a fleabag motel.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. It was gross and disgusting! Floor was so dirty my feet were dirtier after shower than before. The room stunk and they tried to spray it with air freshener, it wore off after 60 minutes. AC shroud falling off inside and out. Plenty of drug addicts wandering the property if you are looking to score. Staff was more concerned about doing nothing than helping. I’m amazed they are in operation. I was scheduled for 3 nights, I made it one night. The towel in the pix is dirty from wiping my feet off after showering. The light switch looked to have a booger on it, my finger stuck to it when I turned on lights. GROSS AND DISGUSTING!

There was black mold in the shower where the tub meets the walls and around the sink area. The paint on the wall where the sink is and the wall adjacent to the bed was peeling off and in some places was bare to the drywall. The laminate floor tiles were ripped up in places and had mold where the missing parts were. There were stains on the bed sheets, the blankets and the pillowcases. Overall, worst hotel stay i think I've ever had.

The employee that checked us in was great. Very friendly and communication skills were great. We get to the room and we walk in.. the floors were dirty, smelled like smoke and marijuana. There was cockroachs on the TV stand, table, walls of bathroom. The trim was falling off bathroom walls. Floors were tore up through the whole room. The bathroom shower head was held up by tape. Very disappointed and sadly wasted money

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in--and I've seen some bad hotels. Not kidding--roaches scurrying by the door, bedbugs inside, flooring (faux-wood tile) was badly broken, door jamb literally ripped off the wall and missing. I did not even stay--spent about 5 min in the room, walked out and didn't look back. My flight had gotten in at 1am and I wound up driving around for 2 hours until I found a decent hotel with a vacancy, as Spring Training had just started. If you value...anything...don't stay here.

i never leave reviews but this place was BRUTAL. room was totally shot out. Everything was worn out and stained. TV was at least 30 years old. door knob to get in was dangling but surprisingly I was able to get in my room.I cant imagine why this place is even on Hotels.com as an option. it makes Motel 6 look like the ritz

This place was horrible. Partly because desk assigned me(as one of the first to register that afternoon) the absolute worse location in the facility - facing a super highway. This was aggravated by the fact that the door had ZERO weathetstripping, so not only did the highway noise get in, i could hear the footsteps of everyone walking (not talking) by. Add to that -7/d wifi. Claimed 247mps (millions per sec). Speedtest dot net clocked download at 6.2mps - 1/3 speed necessary for bufferlrss streaming). And, even that was variable. Other tests (within 15min) returned rates from 1.2mps to 9.7 : definitely not 247. - even if streaming was possible, it had to be in my device. TV dad no streaming ability - TV; Privided 1 channel. A non-brand movie channel just showing 1 movie after another. Seroousle pissed by this point (added to noise, wtc). TV not usable (for my need) the entire 4 day stay. Conclusion. This experience is partly my fault; i filtered on cost and this was one of the 5 lowest. Hasnt stung me b4 this. However, what i learned this time is DO NOT check in until they PHYSICALLY SHOW YOU THE EXACT ROOM YOUR TENTING. Refused to reassign or cancel res because I'd checked in.

I liked the rice untill the room had no tv and no microwave. For a long day hard work i got neither a way to wind down nor to make food.

No refrigerator in room I'm

Memorable stay. Won’t go back. We arrived to find a guy slamming on the sidewalk near our room. We couldn’t open the room door because the door had been pried or forced open so many times it wouldn’t work properly. We could see into the room through the edge of the door where the door had been chipped away by people trying to get in or break in. We had to go back to the office to tell the clerk the door wouldn’t open. She said to “turn the handle down then up.” We tried four or five more times while leaning heavily on the door before it finally opened. Once inside we had a hard time getting the door to close in order to “lock” it from the inside because the door was so damaged. We didn’t dare close the door again when we had to go back out to our car for fear we wouldn’t get it open again. When we locked the door from the inside, we could still see outside along the edge of the door. (I don’t mean we saw light coming through, I mean we could SEE outside the room through the edge of the door.) When we unfolded the single thin blanket laying across the bottom of the bed, we found a giant cigarette hole and some obnoxious stains that showed the blanket clearly had not been washed. There were sheets in the mattress but the box spring was bare.At 4:30am the smoke alarm battery started chirping every 20 seconds. It didn’t stop so we got up at 4:45am and left. I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and it was a good place to stay. A lot has happened in 20 years. Won’t stay here again.

Bare room, no microwave, fridge and the beds were blown out.

This is a true one-star hotel. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot (no bathtub). But, it's in a dicey area, which explains why they lock the lobby in the evening, and we had to check in from an outside window like talking to a bank teller, there are people wandering around the area in an apparent haze every morning. The bed was compressed to one side, the floors were so dirty your feet were filthy after walking ten steps from the shower to get dressed, our door lock was falling out when you open the door and barely locked. It looks like they're starting to remodel (and it needs it badly) but the pictures online are not what our room was like at all.

Well pictures on sites definitely do NOT depict room. Missing the flat screened TV so old dinasaur tv. Remote for it dosnt work. Buttons in tv to change channel no present so had to find something to stick in tv to change channel. Bed was comfy, only 2 standard pillows for king size bed and light blanket. Room only had one lamp for light aside from bathroom lights. Didnt really hear the highway which was nice. Good enough to sleep and shower.

They now charge for internet access. At the same time the TV didn't work. Interestingly, it was the same on my last stay. Before that the internet was free AND the TVs worked. Imagine that. Also, the carpet was disgusting.

Rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves

The worker who was supposed to check me in when I got there refused to help me because “she was supposed to leave already”. Then she said another lady was supposed to be here soon. I waited almost an hour and a half until said lady finally showed up for her shift, and then she went inside and disappeared for another 15 mins. Then the the audacity to be extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Extremely unsatisfying experience, and I will not be coming back anytime soon.

The whole thing started badly with an extremely rude front desk person who we then found out was the manager, then we walk into a room that doesn't have the microwave that's promised in the booking, has dirty sheets on the bed little bits of crumbs all over the floor, and an unflushed toilet. The Wi-Fi that is said to be free in the booking info, you actually have to pay for daily, and most of the TV channels freeze every 15 minutes or so. Then I had a guest arrive and I was going to take him up to the office to provide them his ID as policy requires but I forgot mine in my room, and when I went to get it, security rushed up and stated because we didn't go straight to the office that we were being evicted. We were at the room less than 5 minutes. We called the hotels.com support and were told that there was nothing they could do, after they called the hotel and was told that this was the only issue. They escalated, for the next rep to call the hotel and have the staff lie and say that they saw us doing drugs on the property, which was not at all in any of the incident reports, and wasn't a thing 10 minutes before when the last rep called. Hotels.com support did nothing to help us through this, no way of refund, no help finding another stay, no potentially discounted stay for having to deal with this, and zero support for the customer. They wouldn't even look into the fact that drug use was never reported, and it was only later added when hotels.com escalated the issue.

Just the staff the night blond lady was the nicest the lady in the world i swear she needs a promotion.

The staff is great! They just need to touch up their rooms with some paint and make sure each room has the standard amount of towels, garbage cans and to make sure all of the lights work as well as making sure the tv remote works and has batteries in it! Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Kristin is awesome! Her and her staff were always such a delight to work with!

The front. Desk girl was not helpful at all.Delayed my checkin by over an hour did not know how to check me in off of hotels dot com. Wasn't until I asked for the manager and he took care of me right away.Thank you.

Hotel cancelled my reservations. Arrived at 10 AM the staff had a shift change, no one was available for 30 minutes and then was told that they tried to get a hold of me (which they did not) that there was a problem with my credit card (which there was not) and that the reservations were cancelled. I sat int my car in the hotel parking lot in the dark, on my phone trying to find a hotel. Found one for twice the price of this reservation and did not get checked in until after 11. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL AND THIS WAS A BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is amazing all of them. They all are amazing at there jobs and do more than there expected to do. The rooms are always clean, the property is always up to keep and well maintained. The safety of the guest is always kept up to point, security is a first and must for guest. You follow the rules you'll have no problems and will leave happy an pleased with everything. Usually the ones who break the rules are the only ones who are mad and write bad reviews. But with the new management now you will be happy with your stay. Management/owners, housekeeping/cleaners, front desk, maintenance and security staff are all exceptional at there jobs and make sure our needs are met and that we feel welcomed and comfortable in a clean safe room/property. If there happens to be an issue they will always be quick to fix it or make it right if possible. This is by far one of the best hotel I've stayed at, even the 5 star hotels that are supposed to be the best of the best don't come close to the stay I had at the Premier Inn metro center hotel location. ☺️

Very affordable room in convenient location.

Very old and worn facility but rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and soaps. However, it is a very unsafe area. My Uber driver told me not to go out at night because of crack heads in the area. Lots of unsavory characters in area, even in the mirning. A security guy walked me to my room which was both comforting and concerning.

To many homeless

This hotel was very filthy. It wasn’t clean at all. There was roaches everywhere. The area was very insafe I was harassed by homeless people. I do not recommend this hotel.

While the location is good for restaurants, it's fentanylville, USA.. The staff knows but they can't do anything about it. The staff is awesome! But there's a reason the hotel is this cheap. Just not for the faint of heart or Karen's...

Sorry. I don't usually do negative reviews, but I just didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. Lots of street people in and around the parking lot and that lot was a long way from our room.

Not pricy but very sketchy

Liked the area, the place, entrance was clean, no smell unlike other hotel have a musty smell. That I remember there was Olive Garden, Buffalo Wings, other good restaurants around the area. I give it a 10. Other than the other people staying there were sitting outside their rooms smoking. They should walk away further if they want to smoke! House keepers should have said something to them.

Check in took nearly 30 minutes. Clerks never made eye contact. Room keys didnt work. Mattress has broken springs. Flimsy towels. "Hot" water was only warm. No free wifi. No breakfast. Noisy guests.

The room we had 2043 was in terrible condition. Heat sensor on the heater did not work. No matter what temperature was set, it produced heat and never turned off by itself. Not sure if the smoke detector worked at all. It was laying on the window sill and not installed in the ceiling. No bed cover for the bed. The mattress on the King size bed was not comfortable, seem like it was worn down. No decor in the room at all. No night table on the left side of the bed. No alarm or any clock. The telephone in the room did not work. Had to use my own cell phone to call the front desk. Although it was designated a non-smoking room. The room itself smelled heavily of smoke. The room did not look like the picture that they used on the website, not even close. No breakfast The service person at the front desk said that they gave us an upgraded room because our room was not available. Not sure why this happened at all as we booked a few weeks in advance. When we asked to change rooms, they said that all the rooms were booked. It didn't seem that way. We just decided to stay in the room and make the best of it. The good, the shower worked reasonable well, as did the refrigerator and the TV. We asked for a night table and have the room cleaned of the smoke smell. The staff they sent was very good. A gentlemen brought up the additional table and the service woman did clean up the room and tried to remove the smoke smell. Kudos to the staff. The staff was very good,
