It was amazing, the beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly! That is a plus! We made sure we left the room in good outstanding conditions!

This place is a pet friendly budget hotel with clean rooms, nice showers, and AC that works well and is within your control. It is between east and west Flagstaff and right off the busy Route 66 but AC blocks out the road noise mostly. Generally well maintained and from what I could tell had law abiding guests.

It was snowing when we checked in & the room was freezing. We turned the heat up to 80 & left for 2 hours. When we returned it wasn't any warmer. The clerk brought another man to look at it & he turned it up to 90 to get it going. I slept in a sweater over my PJs & added a couple throws we had in the car in order to get warm. The renovations are just on the surface. The bathroom is so small you have to stand over the toilet practically to use the sink. The parking was at the door which was nice. I guess you get what you pay for.

No heat 1st nt. outdoor temp in 40s. Heat 2nd nt. and then it turned off around midnt. and room was cold like 1st nt. Had some extended stay rooms w/ questionable people. Would not go there again. Also 3 stairs w/ no handrail in front of door and last step into room was around 9 inches tall. I had trouble...bad knees. Person at desk was hard to understand...from India...and not friendly.

The room did not match the pictures online when booking. The room was small with no table or chair. The floor was filthy. No room in bathroom or shower to put anything!! Staff did move us to a larger room, but the bathroom had the same issues. Pictures online need to be updated!

My room I stayed in 104 was not very clean I brought my own bedding and disinfectant products because I just don’t trust hotels but when I came into the room the walls were dirty around the doorways the doorknobs when I wiped them down turned the Lysol wipe black the bathroom walls were not clean there were some droplet stains the bedding had strange stains so I removed the bedding sprayed disinfectant all over the bed and took off the pillows cause they were dirty and put my own bedding and pillows on the bed granted I was only staying one night so it wasn’t a big deal but had I known it was going to be this dirty I would have been discussing it with the property staff but the hotel was quite and in a convenient location so I out weighted that with the cons

The motel charged an unbeknownst $75 deposit. And i haven't gotten it back. They said to check again Wednesday. This is unacceptable. The non smoking room smelled like an ashtray.

The front desk clerk was super friendly, helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the room left a lot to be desired. Awkward bathroom with a very high step into the shower, toilet paper holder difficult to reach, and a tiny sink butted right up against the wall - hard to shave or apply makeup for right-handed people. The worst thing was the filth under the dresser - absolutely disgusting! There was a used tampon under there!! Gross! Manager said he would address the problem, but that should never have been allowed to happen in the first place.

It was nice. I just needed a room for the night. Price as good, but not the fees. The owners were pretty decent, though they upgraded m room, out of courtesy. Didn’t like the roast that climbed on me, though after I got out the shower. Otherwise I’m pretty nice place to be for a night.

Large room with miniscule bath. Room recently remodeled but they forgot to do the bath. No soap in shower receptacle. Coffee maker didn't work. Even if it did work, there was only enough coffee for one person. No ice. Almost a good buy for the price, but for a few details.

Quaint little room just big enough for two people. All amenities are here..fridge, microwave, coffee pot, mounted large flat screen tv, large closet, plenty of wall plugs. Bathroom is very small (can barely move in it) has shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion all are mounted on walls with pumps and full. Bathroom does need BIGGER THICKER towels , its like trying to dry off with a wash rag as thick as tissue. Above all..nice little room if you just want to sleep and relax from the road.

Our heater in our room kept shutting off so it got very cold. The staff member had to come fix it twice but when we returned back from being downtown, the heater had shut off and we could not get ahold of a staff member to turn it back home. Would have liked to been offered another room instead of staying in the one we had without heat.

The hotel is convenient to our favorite places (MartAnne's, Satchmo's) for an easy one night gastric stop! Clean, safe, maybe not beautiful, but works on a budget!

This is a budget stay, certainly not top shelf. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and condition of property for this price. If your expecting more than an older, conveniently located property that has been updated to some degree. You wont find it here. That said, we would definitely stay here again. Note that there was a deposit collected at check in. It was returned within 2 days of check out.

The staff on duty was the absolute worst experience I’ve had trying to check in. We drove 13 hours straight and were denied a room because we had too many pets. Attendant tries to reach the owner of the motel but at 2 am that was doubtful. Thankfully Motel 6 saved the day and understood our plight. I do not recommend this place at all. Hospitality was garbage.

All-in-all, the stay was fine although I was somewhat embarrassed about the place once we got there. I could have found a nicer place, but there wasn't anything wrong with this one. The room was clean but frighteningly compact. It probably shouldn't have had two queen beds in there. There was a big closet and a weird room that probably used to be a kitchenette. The shower stall was strikingly small for the size of the bathroom and space available. An interior remodel wouldn't be cheap but would do a lot for making the rooms nicer. There was so much wasted space. If you're a light sleeper and/or don't like trains, this is not the place for you. It is right across the street from a very active railroad with three main lines. Trains pass all nice long. I didn't find it unpleasant, in fact I rather enjoyed it, but I like trains and am a heavy sleeper. Another thing to note that will matter to some, there is no step-free access. Well, there might be some rooms but I didn't see them. Because the place is not built on level ground, there are various numbers of steps required to enter the rooms. We had only one step, but one evening I saw two people helping an elderly woman up three steps into their room. The day we left, our neighbor in a wheelchair was screaming and yelling into the phone and at the Uber lady sent to pick him up because she was physically unable to assist him. That set the tone for the visit. Nothing wrong, but I could afford a nicer place.
