The room was great. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time! The front desk was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good. You have options for breakfast. Also, they bring it to you in the morning. The room had cold air, blackout curtains, a hair dryer, tv, kettle and tea bags, desk/chair, safe for valuables, everything you would expect in a hotel room. The private bathroom had hot water and excellent pressure. Madrid and its neighborhoods is in a city that lives and breathes with its people and doesn't sleep early. Do not expect silent from the outside because that just isn't realistic. However, the hotel does request quiet hours, particularly after eleven inside, which was nice! I would recommend it and go back.

Room was renovated and very clean. Check-in was very easy (they sent the info via WhatsApp). The location is great, near a metro station and with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room got blasted music from a nearby club on Sat night. Minor thing: they installed the soap holder incorrectly, so you have to lift the whole bottle in order to get soap... Main downsides: reception hours are 8am-3pm, and they charge for luggage storage (done in lockers). This is crazy considering the cost of the room... all the other places I've been were happy to store luggage for me... but then again they had 24h reception. Overall a great place.

Great location and overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff in the morning were very helpful, especially with storing our luggage in the lockers after checkout. One important thing for future guests: make sure to look for the check-in email ahead of time and complete the passport information before arriving. We missed the email and assumed we could check in at the front desk, but when we arrived the desk was unmanned. After submitting the information, the reply with the room access codes was not automatic, so we were temporarily stuck outside. Luckily, we found someone with a phone to call the emergency number, and they quickly helped us get access. Once we got in, everything was fine, but doing the online check-in ahead of time will make the arrival process much smoother.
