Superb location to stay after visiting the NEC. Definitely worth visiting for anyone with more than a passing interest in football. Grand entrance hall and communal areas. Good health club and 17 meter pool. Sauna and steam room could be used by children aged 7 years and over with adults. Ice scrub and ice cold shower is also fun. Good quality and variety of food both at breakfast, and dinner.

Booked as a treat for a friend very disappointed. This is not a spa the oool was full ..as its ooen to the public both sauna and Steam roo.s were also full so diudnt see the benefit of me booking overnight as ..we didnt use facilities..far to many people in pool area .

Lovely, relaxing stay, very peaceful hotel with good service. Pool slots needed to be booked which meant that it was not over crowded, would just recommend booking any slots when you check in.

A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar. Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots.

Great place for football lovers. Beautiful building, Spacious and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There is history, memorabilia and pictures of English football history and current achievements. The spa facilities are awesome and the staff too. No regrets and will definitely return. Just one negative was that our room had a shower but not a bath. I love to have a long hot bath when away but they tried to move us but the alternative rooms weren't suitable for us. Shout out to Finlay, Sarah and Ben who went above and beyond in assistng us with our stay.

We had a great time at Hilton. Swimming pool was nice and clean compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also good and the staff are extra nice to little ones (they even have a play area in the restaurant in the morning). We will definitely be back soon.

Location is amazing, the hotel is fantastic, the service was lovely especially the gentleman at breakfast and the breakfast staff. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pull out bed for our daughter was ever worse. Hotels.com communication with the hotel was poor we booked breakfast but it wasn’t on the booking on their system so I had to prove it with our booking confirmation. There was some rubbish from previous guest in our bathroom. Pillows and sheets were lovely. I would say moderately overpriced for the room, breakfast was worth every penny!!

For the extortionate price it wasn’t worth the visit. We were aware of the football tournament taking place and expected it to be busy but we were not informed of the decorating being done in the hotel. We were not informed the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner and had to ‘do’ with a below average buffet in the convention room. Breakfast, when we eventually got a table in all the chaos was the best part of the stay. Hot, delicious and plenty of it. Small rooms for the price, comfy beds. Overall not a relaxing experience.

The checkin staff were very helpful but this was not a four star hotel experience. The drinks and food were expensive for the quality of food provided. The rooms were adequate but the room TV packed in completely on Saturday and the whole hotel TV system was having TV freezing issues. The room bathroom basin plug needed adjusting to retain water and the plastic bath showerhead was replaced as the head was cracked. The shower door has no bottom seal and can flood the bathroom floor making it potentially slippy (serious injury issue). On finding the glasses in the drawer, water was found in one of the glasses. After ordering a hot BLT at the Cross Over Bar it arrived cold.

A wonderful family stay over night ahead of a visit to Alton Towers. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly with the children. As a football fan it was great to walk the grounds and see the amazing facilities 1st hand. It added an extra layer to the stay for me. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, really nice room, very clean, friendly staff. Fascinating to see the facilities that England team use and the memorabilia around the place. The man working in the spa was really helpful and gave us some good advice.

We could not find fault with our overnight stay. Set in beautiful location which made it peaceful place to stay. Everything was clean, well looked after and in a safe environment. Food and staff were excellent. Would go again.

This was my 2nd time to St George’s park and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and I love looking at the football history and present. The swimming facilities were good and the pool was quiet. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The room was nice, I booked a king room and it was nice and spacious. No fridge though just a cupboard where there once was one. The bed was quite hard too, I ached a bit through night but I still slept ok. The staff at breakfast and check out were very friendly. The staff when we checked in were a bit preoccupied and I felt a bit rushed. Room Service food was delicious and quick. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of options. I would return to St George’s park as it’s a great hotel.

Lovely hotel, amazing location for us to access St Georges Park, good facilities, nice breakfast only complaint is the mattress- extremely squeaky and noisy, not comfortable at all didnt really sleep well unfortunately.

The hotel itself is beautiful and in stunning landscape. Perfect for those who are football enthusiasts, we see. a few football players.The staff are very helpful and rooms are a decent size.. my only down side was the bed was possibly the worst bed I have ever slept in. I had to take pain killers when I woke up every morning.

I was allocated (without being informed at check in) an accessible room. Would have been fine but was woken at 2am with an orange flashing light outside my bathroom. Not sure what made it turn on but runined my sleep and was unable to get back to sleep. I had the Riggatoni for dinner - was obviously pre-cooked and totally bland. Chicken burger at lunch was nice.

Stayed here several times. Convenient for football. Comfortable hotel. We stayed on the other side of the hotel this time and the bathrooms felt a little tired and the rooms Smaller, but it was one night and good. Breakfast has a good choice, we asked for some food to be replenished and they did.

Very disappointed with mine and my sons stay at the Hilton. The beds both kept moving and moving noises as they weren’t secure. Could hear other guests while we were trying to get to sleep. Sound proofing not great. I called 4 times just to get a glass of milk. Wouldn’t stay here again

No water in room. Milk in room didn’t get replenished on the second day. Incorrect advice given by staff regarding pool access times for kids. Service in bar poor, had to clean my own plates and was given knifes with no forks! Also, Alarm clock in room was set for 6am so woke myself and my son up when we had arrived late the evening before.

Beautiful grounds, a fantastic check in and we were given the option to upgrade, which we did. Well worth it. Terrific value, great room, excellent breakfast. All staff members brilliant.

A wonderful family stay over night ahead of a visit to Alton Towers. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly with the children. As a football fan it was great to walk the grounds and see the amazing facilities 1st hand. It added an extra layer to the stay for me. Would definitely recommend

I stayed on my own with my 2 children. At check in the hotel room key card did not work 3 times so I had to go up and down the stairs with 2 children and all the bags and hotel staff did not apologise. On entering the room we did not have enough beds. No one would answer the phone so we all had to go back to reception again. For our evening meal, I had emailed beforehand to say my Son is coeliac and requires gluten free. The waiter did not know what was gluten free and said to pick what he wanted and he would check, this meant going backwards and forwards to see what was suitable. All drinks had run out so there was no alcohol including beer, wine, cider. The service was so slow that I had to leave the meal early with guests as my child was so tired. The next day we went for breakfast and the only hot food optio for my child was sausage, bacon and toast. They said he could have pancakes and brought them out but then said sorry he can’t actually have these as they are vegan, put them on the table but he wasn’t allowed to eat them. My son had a football tournament all day and feel the gluten free options should also cater for children. We returned to the hotel after the tournament and ordered food from the bar , the meal took over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Again they had brought out the wrong food for my Son, he then had to wait for it to be cooked. It took over 40 minutes by this time we just left without him eating as we needed to set off home. Terrible service.

This was my 2nd time to St George’s park and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and I love looking at the football history and present. The swimming facilities were good and the pool was quiet. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The room was nice, I booked a king room and it was nice and spacious. No fridge though just a cupboard where there once was one. The bed was quite hard too, I ached a bit through night but I still slept ok. The staff at breakfast and check out were very friendly. Stayed here before and again, we were not disappointed. Even though there was a party, a wedding and a lot of football training, the hotel didn’t feel too busy. Food was lovely albeit the restaurant was a little slow in service.

We've been to this property many times and every time, we come away enjoying it more and more! The staff are super friendly, great with kids and the breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is fantastic! Rooms are at great Hilton standard and the area around the hotel is so so quiet and calm where you get to walk around to enjoy. Overall, recommend this hotel every time if you are going to be around that area for any holiday.

Great place for football lovers. Beautiful building, Spacious and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There is history, memorabilia and pictures of English football history and current achievements. The spa facilities are awesome and the staff too. No regrets and will definitely return. Just one negative was that our room had a shower but not a bath. I love to have a long hot bath when away but they tried to move us but the alternative rooms weren't suitable for us. Shout out to Finlay, Sarah and Ben who went above and beyond in assistng us with our stay.

We had a great time at Hilton. Swimming pool was nice and clean compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also good and the staff are extra nice to little ones (they even have a play area in the restaurant in the morning). We will definitely be back soon.

Generally a good place to stay , used it for overnight stay at Alton Towers. Breakfast was great , good size bedroom. Hotel showing signs of wear and tear such as peeling wallpaper, marks on the wall, dirty hair dryer and broken mirror in bathroom.

Superb location to stay after visiting the NEC. Definitely worth visiting for anyone with more than a passing interest in football. Grand entrance hall and communal areas. Good health club and 17 meter pool. Sauna and steam room could be used by children aged 7 years and over with adults. Ice scrub and ice cold shower is also fun. Good quality and variety of food both at breakfast, and dinner.

We could not find fault with our overnight stay. Set in beautiful location which made it peaceful place to stay. Everything was clean, well looked after and in a safe environment. Food and staff were excellent. Would go again.

Set in vast grounds, this is the England FA Centre so expect lots of football pitches and football teams around. Hotel is impressive with large comfortable rooms. Restaurant was a little chaotic for breakfast with long queues for tea & coffee & some of the food (buffet) was not refilled promptly. Overall I'd stay again

Restaurant chef as extremely knowledgeable when being asked questioned about dairy free products. No coffee pods in the suite on arrival so couldn’t use the coffee machine. Fridge didn’t seem to be working.

The checkin staff were very helpful but this was not a four star hotel experience. The drinks and food were expensive for the quality of food provided. The rooms were adequate but the room TV packed in completely on Saturday and the whole hotel TV system was having TV freezing issues. The room bathroom basin plug needed adjusting to retain water and the plastic bath showerhead was replaced as the head was cracked. The shower door has no bottom seal and can flood the bathroom floor making it potentially slippy (serious injury issue). On finding the glasses in the drawer, water was found in one of the glasses. After ordering a hot BLT at the Cross Over Bar it arrived cold.

Firstly, staff absolutely fabulous , restaurant not ! After ordering a bottle of Sauvignon blanc we were advised staff gone to cellars, 50 minites later advised out of stock , pick another , we did, 15 minutes after that advised no Sauvignon blanc of any description, waitress very apologetic , alternative offered with £3 discount !! Too compound this , starter took 40 minutes to arrive with main course a further 40 minutes later, not the greatest quality when food arrived , for £200 we certainly expected so much more,definetely a let down , again though staff excellent 👍

An excellent hotel. Visited with my five year old son as a stop off hotel on route to Alton Towers and he was impressed with the room, the facilities and the restaurant as was I. The grounds, the hotel and the room itself was immaculate and the staff very friendly which all helped us have a lovely and memorable stay. 100% recommend. Wish we had booked the hotel on the way home too.

We stayed at the Hilton on Saturday night and the whole experience was fantastic\. The room was great, really clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself clearly has very high standards\. What stood out most though was the staff\. Every single member of staff we came across was excellent – from reception to the bar and restaurant, and even the team at Starbucks\. We stayed at the Hilton on Saturday night and the whole experience was fantastic\. The room was great, really clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself clearly has very high standards\. What stood out most though was the staff\. Every single member of staff we came across was excellent – from reception to the bar and restaurant, and even the team at Starbucks\. The staff and facilities were second to none and catered for all our needs. With a family with a 2 year old and 7 year old, staff were attentive and accommodating throughout and mindful of our needs. The food at breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with everything from English breakfast to continental with many fruits and yogurt choices available. There was even a vast array of breads on offer too. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
