What a great find this hotel is! Chose as it was close to a event ae were attending but will definitely use again. V close to Putney tube station, nice location close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was simple, guy on reception was lovely. As we drove on this occasion, the on site parking was a real bonus! Room was very clean, had everything needed for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was ample, lots of choice- plus an actual toaster, rather than one of those useless things that takes forever to 'cook' toast! For London, the price was excellent. Will book again.

Staff all very friendly, particularly my namesake who organised so excellent parking. Comfy bed but slightly tired decor - needs a spruce up! Otherwise just right for my needs.

Staff member was nice, room was clean but very basic, hotel was comfortable and quiet. Annoyances - check-in service didn't work properly - made me go all the way through a lengthy entering of private data - standing out in the middle of the street on a huge screen - and then would not produce a door key. Not sure this is fully GDPR compliant? When I did get a key - only used it once and it stopped working. MK need to get their systems sorted out if they want to automate so much. Breakfast "buffet" was poor - the only hot options were beans, tiny hash-browns and sausages - pretty rubbish for the amount they charge. No parking at the hotel. The decor of the place is sterile and soul destroying. Really, the only thing this hotel had going for it - was the fact that the one member of staff I saw and interacted with was quite nice, cheerful and helpful (but I fear the poor man was swimming against the tide) and the fact that it happened to be near where I needed to be.

Stayed 3 nights in June. Location good near the High Street and river. Rooms were a reasonable size, cleaned daily and the price was ok. Air-conditioning was great while breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

The hotel was unmanned when we came to check in & it took a while hard to either gain entry or contact somebody to check us in. Breakfast room was inadequately manned. Tables were uncleared/unwiped.

This is a fantastic little hotel, ticks all rhe boxes for me, super clean, functional but comfy and a great breakfast. Only snag is road noise...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Or make sure you get a back room. Triple glazing would fix this issue.

No wash cloth, towels not changed even requested, breakfast recycled, Alex the receptionist was rude the first night that we came around 10:00 due to delayed flights from California. Martin is okay and very professional

The room was clean and well-kept. The mattresses weren't particulary comfortable but I've had worse. The sound-proofing did not cut out the late night noise from the street. Venue was ideal, near Putney High Street and tube stations. Guests should be aware that staff are minimal - you check in and out online. The main gripe was around communication. Emails from the property were sent in German. We queried the arrangement of beds by email via Expedia, but got no acknowledgement or reply. The English instructions for check in arrived as we were departing the next morning.

The room was ideal, very clean and tidy. My wife found the bed hard I didn't but she discovered if you put one duvet on the mattress and ask for an extra one for you it makes the bed softer and you have a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very good a wide ranch on offer. The only things that let the hotel down slightly is that you have to check in outside the hotel where everyone can see your details would be better to move it inside plus also staff were not always at reception

Perfect reasonably priced stay and breakfast just what you need. Not sure I like the very big check in display station outside the hotel where our personal info is on show to everyone around us. take an eye mask as they have the green security lights in the room which illuminates everything. If your light sensitive this will disturb your sleep

Great location. Buses are steps away. Tube station (Putney Bridge) is a 10-minute walk away. Various shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk either direction. Room was clean and minimalist. Had a quiet room overlooking residential backyards. Great! Checking in was ultra-modern -- no one at front desk. We checked in outside at a terminal mounted on the exterior wall where you entered your info on a screen then either got a digital key or a printed, plastic key created right there, on the spot! Easy for those wanting to take the tube to Heathrow -- bus to Hammersmith. Then tube on Piccadilly line to LHR. Great!

There is a bus stop right outside the doors and the underground is a ten minute walk away. Room was clean. We did have to be careful with the showerhead so we didn't flood the bathroom, but it was a good room for the price.

This a no frills, functional hotel that has all you need. A comfortable bed, big shower and air conditioning. Breakfast had typical choices of cold and hot buffet. Location was good not far from Putney and Putney Bridge stations and plenty of buses to take you into central London. A couple of negatives were that it was a bit bashed and could do with a paint. Other issue was the positioning of the only mirror was beside the door nowhere near a plug point making hair drying a bit tricky.

Although the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, our overall experience wasn't great. Checking in while standing out on the street in the London drizzle using a large touch screen, entering personal information in full view of anyone passing by was not cool. Turns out there was a desk right inside and a real person, who finally buzzed us in to complete the checkin process. These rooms are minimalist in the way that means they'll supply the bare minimum to get you through your stay. There was nothing glaringly terrible, but I wouldn't stay here again.

If no frills hotel stays is your thing, then this would be ideal for you. In order to gain entry into the building you must first fill out an electronic form on the pavement before your passkey is issued and you’re able to access the building. Once inside there’s no one manning reception.

Decent enough place to stay. Room was clean and tidy. Just feels like no one is there. One member of staff on reception and only during the day. As a lone female traveller it made me feel quite vunerable. I’d expect hotels to have night security as a minimum.

The hotel was clean enough and I liked that it did not have the dirty carpets and outworn beds and bedsheets I have experienced in several London hotels before. It is not a luxury stay, but it is also not a luxury price. Exactly what we needed. Breakfast was also ok. The worst part was that I needed to check in after front desk closing hour at 22:00, and wrote that in my order, wich I did not get a reply to. I sent unanswered emails and also called 11 times on the day of arrival while travelling, because I needed assurance that I could in fact check in after the reception had closed. I left at least 3 messages on the phone but no answer. This stressed me out big time while travelling alone with a child. When we came to the hotel there was a check in machine in front, and it all worked out. But the information that the machine yould be used for check in at all hours should be offered up front. It would have saved me a lot of stress, and it was also worrying to NEVER get ahold of the hotel before our stay. I never saw anyone working at the front desk during our stay, so I did not forward my complain while I was there.

The large digital checkin screen outside the Property is not safe, particularly for solo female, late arriving or vulnerable travelers. The screen is mega bright, way too high up on the wall and requires personal information to be entered in full view. I realise you offer a digital entry system for smart phone users but for those without battery or being tech savvy, it’s a real worry.

I realise you offer a digital entry system for smart phone users but for those without battery or being tech savvy, it’s a real worry.

Used this hotel many times but the communication was off this time. Staff ignored me checking in with poor weather, comms from the hotel were in german rather than english.

Stayed 3 nights in June. Location good near the High Street and river. Rooms were a reasonable size, cleaned daily and the price was ok. Air-conditioning was great while breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

Great budget hotel. Located just by the river with loads of Bars and restaurants close by. 5 minutes walk from Putney Bridge tube station. Only complaint was the duvet not being for a double bed. Which I assume is because I booked for one person. It would not have been good if two stayed

What a great find this hotel is! Chose as it was close to a event ae were attending but will definitely use again. V close to Putney tube station, nice location close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was simple, guy on reception was lovely. As we drove on this occasion, the on site parking was a real bonus! Room was very clean, had everything needed for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was ample, lots of choice- plus an actual toaster, rather than one of those useless things that takes forever to 'cook' toast! For London, the price was excellent. Will book again.

Great location. Buses are steps away. Tube station (Putney Bridge) is a 10-minute walk away. Various shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk either direction. Room was clean and minimalist. Had a quiet room overlooking residential backyards. Great! Checking in was ultra-modern -- no one at front desk. We checked in outside at a terminal mounted on the exterior wall where you entered your info on a screen then either got a digital key or a printed, plastic key created right there, on the spot! Easy for those wanting to take the tube to Heathrow -- bus to Hammersmith. Then tube on Piccadilly line to LHR. Great!

This a no frills, functional hotel that has all you need. A comfortable bed, big shower and air conditioning. Breakfast had typical choices of cold and hot buffet. Location was good not far from Putney and Putney Bridge stations and plenty of buses to take you into central London. A couple of negatives were that it was a bit bashed and could do with a paint. Other issue was the positioning of the only mirror was beside the door nowhere near a plug point making hair drying a bit tricky.

Staff were not on the desk at the advertised time. Messages from the hotel were all in German BUT, when I got there you can check in on a screen so it all worked out. Very clean but nobody around. I guessed the tapwater in the room was ok to drink but had no choice really! I seem ok! Breakfast really limited if you’re a vegan but somehow I really liked the place and Putney itself is walkable and good fun.

This is a fantastic little hotel, ticks all rhe boxes for me, super clean, functional but comfy and a great breakfast. Only snag is road noise...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Or make sure you get a back room. Triple glazing would fix this issue.

A quick 1 night stay while watching the Football at Stamford Bridge. The ground is walkable in about 35 minutes. The room was basic but comfortable & the breakfast was very nice.

Staff member was nice, room was clean but very basic, hotel was comfortable and quiet. Annoyances - check-in service didn't work properly - made me go all the way through a lengthy entering of private data - standing out in the middle of the street on a huge screen - and then would not produce a door key. Not sure this is fully GDPR compliant? When I did get a key - only used it once and it stopped working. MK need to get their systems sorted out if they want to automate so much. Breakfast "buffet" was poor - the only hot options were beans, tiny hash-browns and sausages - pretty rubbish for the amount they charge. No parking at the hotel. The decor of the place is sterile and soul destroying. Really, the only thing this hotel had going for it - was the fact that the one member of staff I saw and interacted with was quite nice, cheerful and helpful (but I fear the poor man was swimming against the tide) and the fact that it happened to be near where I needed to be.

Check in process awful. No WhatsApp invite as advised. The check in email arrived after I'd checked out. Tried to check in through the website which didn't recognise the booking. Used the outside terminal which is very exposed and so high up - good luck if you're in a wheelchair or just short! The desk wasn't manned and it was before 10pm - really unsafe.

The hotel is very No Frills, but it was clean, room was large, bed was comfy, had everything we needed. It is almost impossible finding a reasonably priced hotel in London. It's not super central but very close and the area is very nice in it's on right. Felt safe and has plenty of food options nearby. Self check in is efficient but a bit odd if you're used to talking to a person. Breakfast is ok. Nothing amazing, but it was included in the price.
