Booked through Expedia. Cannot believe they chose to list this property. I do not trust this platform anymore, cos it feels like any timbuk property of any quality can list themselves on Expedia for money. Am appalled to say the least. The least comfortable stay ever, you are paying premium prices for a motel like stay.

They checked me in to a room without even make sure it was functional . Bathroom flush handle was broken , no towels , extremely dirty door and sheets . They were dusty and brown No hot water . They later switched my room but again it was equally dirty , I was told to run 2 big buckets of water before you get hot water . Still no hot water in am . Staff are clueless . Not worth the money and not a good location . Grand Raya is much better than this place . No kettle or supplies for coffee or tea in the room
