We asked whether we could have an early check-in as we were attending a wedding locally and were told it wasnt a problem as the room hadnt been used the day before. The room itself was nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of extra room for us to walk around and get changed etc. As we were on the ground floor, we had a double door which opened straight into our room. Meaning we didnt have to go through the main entrance. Breakfast was amazing. Sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, egg and toast. Follwed by Val's homemade blueberry drop scones and Chris's homemade jams. Would highly recommend!!!

Having turned from a 3 night trip to visit family, i am looking to book this delightful b & b again closer to Christmas. The property was spotless, easy to find, detached & absolutely no noise at night which enabled 3 nights of good quality sleep that i do not get at home. The owners Chris & Val are extremely lovely, joyful helpful & accommodating (and their gorgeous dog Bailey) and the bed was very comfortable! Thank you! 🙏

The Bryn is really the nicest and cleanest B&B we have ever stayed in. The hosts are very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious, all in all a very pleasant stay.

Very well-presented accommodation, clean throughout. The room was attractive but very small and cramped for two people, especially the shower en suite room. As relatively slim guests, we could cope - but wonder how larger guests would move about in the rooms without discomfort. The bed itself was comfortable and the shower was fine. The breakfast was just lovely, and the owners are very sociable and interesting to talk to.

Val and Chris are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Had a five star breakfast and ate far too much. The room was very comfortable, spotless and had everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend.

Run by a friendly couple who are very attentive to your needs ensuring your stay is a pleasant one. Although the room allocated was snug it had all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which is included and a rarity these days, was plentiful and very satisfying setting us up for the day ahead. The room was clean and there was plenty of literature available for the local area giving plenty of what to do ideas.

Chris and Val provided a great breakfast and conversation in the mornings and were very good to suggest routes and pathways to access the centre of town. The room was very nice. I would definitely stay with them again.

Excellent choice to stay at The Bryn. Everything relevant explained at check-in and nothing disappointed. I have eating difficulties and these were fully understood and accommodated for a great breakfast. Val and Chris were excellent entertaining hosts, we felt fully welcomed as friends and wish them every success. Our only gripe was having to leave Bailey (their adorable dog) behind when we left. Very handy for walking into Oswestry.

Excellent stay at the Bryn, wanted to explore Oswestry and this was an ideal place to stay. Real home from home, genuine family run guest house and Chris and Val are perfect hosts, one of those places where you turn up as strangers and leave as friends!

The Bryn is just a perfect place to stay David and Val look after you so well and the breakfast is fab the produce used is top class and home made tatie scones and jam were delicious. A great place to stay and gets my 5star seal of approval.

A beautifully kept little gem of a place. Breakfast was delicious with home made jam and bread. Sorry i was here for 1 night only. The owners are lovely people and very keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A beautifully kept little gem of a place. Breakfast was delicious with home made jam and bread. Sorry i was here for 1 night only. The owners are lovely people and very keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The hosts Chris and Val couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was definitely a positive experience-blueberry drop scones are amazing.

Exceptional hosts and breakfast. A true BnB. Good location to walk to laundry and town center. The room was quite comfortable. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Val and Chris are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Had a five star breakfast and ate far too much. The room was very comfortable, spotless and had everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend.

Run by a friendly couple who are very attentive to your needs ensuring your stay is a pleasant one. Although the room allocated was snug it had all the requirements needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, which is included and a rarity these days, was plentiful and very satisfying setting us up for the day ahead. The room was clean and there was plenty of literature available for the local area giving plenty of what to do ideas.

Very well-presented accommodation, clean throughout. The room was attractive but very small and cramped for two people, especially the shower en suite room. As relatively slim guests, we could cope - but wonder how larger guests would move about in the rooms without discomfort. The bed itself was comfortable and the shower was fine. The breakfast was just lovely, and the owners are very sociable and interesting to talk to.

Excellent choice to stay at The Bryn. Everything relevant explained at check-in and nothing disappointed. I have eating difficulties and these were fully understood and accommodated for a great breakfast. Val and Chris were excellent entertaining hosts, we felt fully welcomed as friends and wish them every success. Our only gripe was having to leave Bailey (their adorable dog) behind when we left. Very handy for walking into Oswestry.
