The location to the various beaches is great. The check in was very thorough. The bar area by the pool was unattended but I guess it’s off season. The place is a bit dated but clean. The parking ia good and the breakfast is wonderful. I would give this a three and half star but that was not available.

lovely location and could be a perfect hotel if service improved.....pool area and pool were excellent and the location of the restaurant is gorgeous set under the trees however service was hit and miss.....one night they closed for a party without letting guests know....there was nowhere for us to grab or a drink or anything to eat, they then shut another day wthout warning as it was staff day off - its a hotel - Im sorry but service needs to exist 7 days a week....pool bar only opens 2 hours a day and often late opening or not at all...owners were more focussed on their own dining and friends rather then hotel guests.....its a shame as this hotel could be 10/10 and perfect with just a little more customer understanding and focus

Hotel muy bien situado, a 5 minutos en coche de Begur y muy cerca de calas y playas de la zona. El personal muy atento y las instalaciones excelentes, destacando la piscina.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful especially Judith on reception. The owner is also willing to help. The hotel is very clean and our room which was upgraded to a sea view and also a view of the lovely gardens was perfect . Not many restaurants in the area but Begur is not too far away.Fantastic breakfast in hotel .Also heated pool is great. This is a part of the Costa Brava that is a road less travelled for most British visitors . Just what we wanted . Only minor complaint would be a kettle in the room and a channel on tv in English just for news and but these are very minor things.

Las instalaciones son correctas y la limpieza es muy buena pero los servicios son pesimos. Nuestras estancia fue de domingo a lunes. Llegamos a las 16h y el bar de la piscina eataba cerrado por descanso del personal, algo inimaginable en un hotel de esta categoría. Por la misma razón, el restaurante del hotel tambien permanecia cerrado para la cena. A la mañana siguiente volvimos a tener la misma carencia: bar de la piscina cerrado durante el que era su horario de apertura y para rematar el lunes, a las 14h debiamos dejar la piscina porque después la estancia en la piscina tenia coste. Excelente ubicación junto a las mejores calas de la costa brava, personal muy amable y aparcamiento gratuito en el mismo hotel, y ante todo tranquilidad y relax, somos clientes fieles desde hace muchos años y nunca decepciona

We had a super stay in Hotel Eetu, the hotel was really nice and clean, the pool and pool area was lovely and staff were great, very helpful.

Personnel accueillant, Restaurant avec menu varié ou carte , Petit déjeuner / buffet très fourni Insonorisation dans les chambres non performante / cloisons et/ou plafonds, porte coulissante , revêtement du sol . Résonance+ Hôtel /Adult Only mais parfois des enfants cadrés font moins de bruit… Vue sur la mer ou jardin Belle piscine bien exposée dont nous avons profité quand la météo était au rendez vous !

The hotel is old but has been well renovated. The room overlooked timber gardens and toward the beach which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable with a firm king bed and plenty of space. The car park was easy. Included buffet breakfast was awesome and well stocked- great cheesecake!! The restaurant was also a surprise with a lovely 3 course dinner that exceeded our expectations. We had fairly poor weather which didn’t let us test the pool or outdoor amenities. The only negatives was that they played music outdoors despite no one being there till quite late which meant having to close the balcony doors to get to sleep.

Loved it here. What a relaxing and beautiful hotel. We felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. Judith at the front desk took extra time for us to tell us about the area and shared her knowledge of the area with us, which really helped us enjoy the time in the village and our beach day. We had an amazing time at EETU. We will be back.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful especially Judith on reception. The owner is also willing to help. The hotel is very clean and our room which was upgraded to a sea view and also a view of the lovely gardens was perfect . Not many restaurants in the area but Begur is not too far away.Fantastic breakfast in hotel .Also heated pool is great. This is a part of the Costa Brava that is a road less travelled for most British visitors . Just what we wanted . Only minor complaint would be a kettle in the room and a channel on tv in English just for news and but these are very minor things.

Las instalaciones son correctas y la limpieza es muy buena pero los servicios son pesimos. Nuestras estancia fue de domingo a lunes. Llegamos a las 16h y el bar de la piscina eataba cerrado por descanso del personal, algo inimaginable en un hotel de esta categoría. Por la misma razón, el restaurante del hotel tambien permanecia cerrado para la cena. A la mañana siguiente volvimos a tener la misma carencia: bar de la piscina cerrado durante el que era su horario de apertura y para rematar el lunes, a las 14h debiamos dejar la piscina porque después la estancia en la piscina tenia coste. Es absurdo. Remarcar también los altos precios de la comida y el menú: bravas 10€, menú de medio día 44€, bolsa de patatas 3,5€...

The location to the various beaches is great. The check in was very thorough. The bar area by the pool was unattended but I guess it’s off season. The place is a bit dated but clean. The parking ia good and the breakfast is wonderful. I would give this a three and half star but that was not available.

Hotel muy bien situado, a 5 minutos en coche de Begur y muy cerca de calas y playas de la zona. El personal muy atento y las instalaciones excelentes, destacando la piscina.

Ubicación excelente a pocos minutos de las mejores playas de Costa Brava, con parking gratuito. Por el contrario, el servicio de restauración no está a la altura, con discusiones ante los clientes, desorden en los pedidos... y a un precio desorbitado para lo ofrecido. En las zonas comunes, faltan detalles, decoración... con una inversión considerable que en breve vendrá, cambiará todo.

Excelente ubicación junto a las mejores calas de la costa brava, personal muy amable y aparcamiento gratuito en el mismo hotel, y ante todo tranquilidad y relax, somos clientes fieles desde hace muchos años y nunca decepciona

The hotel is old but has been well renovated. The room overlooked timber gardens and toward the beach which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable with a firm king bed and plenty of space. The car park was easy. Included buffet breakfast was awesome and well stocked- great cheesecake!! The restaurant was also a surprise with a lovely 3 course dinner that exceeded our expectations. We had fairly poor weather which didn’t let us test the pool or outdoor amenities. The only negatives was that they played music outdoors despite no one being there till quite late which meant having to close the balcony doors to get to sleep.

lovely location and could be a perfect hotel if service improved.....pool area and pool were excellent and the location of the restaurant is gorgeous set under the trees however service was hit and miss.....one night they closed for a party without letting guests know....there was nowhere for us to grab or a drink or anything to eat, they then shut another day wthout warning as it was staff day off - its a hotel - Im sorry but service needs to exist 7 days a week....pool bar only opens 2 hours a day and often late opening or not at all...owners were more focussed on their own dining and friends rather then hotel guests.....its a shame as this hotel could be 10/10 and perfect with just a little more customer understanding and focus

We were very happy with our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the region, and the hotel is quiet, which made a real difference. We booked a triple room and the accommodation exceeded our expectations: it was effectively two separate rooms sharing a bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is excellent and breakfast offers good choices, with quality above average. On the service side, one of the receptionists was outstanding — polite, helpful, and quick to sort things out with genuine goodwill. Unfortunately I didn't note down her name. Areas for improvement: Understaffed. Everyone seemed to be rushing all the time. It isn't a lack of effort from the team, but a lack of enough people for the size of the hotel. Pool bar. The man in charge was rude to us on more than one occasion. It stands completely apart from the rest of the staff and was the only genuinely negative part of our stay. Snacks by the pool. The pool area is good enough to justify a food service. We missed having one. Tight car park. Manoeuvring is difficult with a large car or if you aren't a confident driver. Overall, a great hotel. We'd come back.
