Horrivel. eu e minha esposa chegamos com duas malas grandes e a pessoa da recepção nem sequer levantou para me ajudar a subir as escadas com elas (nao tem elevador). o quarto era pequeno e cheirava a cigarros. como o wifi nao funcionava, pedimos para trocar de quartos. o mesmo recepcionista, chateado fez a troca para um quarto maior. nao tinha frigobar no quarto. o ralo do banho estava entupido e seus pés ficavam inundados com agua ao tomar banho. nao limparam o quarto nem o banheiro.. nem papel-higienico colocaram.. cafe da manha horrivel . enfim.. um desastre...fujam desse hotel. nao vale a pena. pague um pouco mais por outro hotel .. nao recomendo

The room was small and spartan. Hot water was only available once it had been heated by direct sunshine. Each day the excuse was that the solar heating system needed repair but hot water would be available ‘soon’. Soon coinciding with the heat of the day. The staff were friendly but only spoke Turkish seemed to be bored and smokedmost of the time. Breakfast on a good day was adequate on a bad day supplies ran out. Not expensive but really sad that they did not do what was expected of them. Location and roof deck were really nice.

It fully meets the expectation. 5 minutes walk from the center. Right across the castle. Towel,shower gel, everything is perfect. Breakfast is quite adequate. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Hôtel mauvaise chambre trop petite sans télé et lit sans couverture. On a reçu un drap pour se couvrir pour une nuit d'octobre. Petit déjeuner mauvais immangeable sur une terrasse froide. Voir photo. Sans parking privé. Les commentaires que vous trouvez sur l'hôtel sont achetés donc faux et mensongères.

For the room that we stayed, part of the ceiling may lack of maintenance and flakes of ceiling paint were dropped onto the bed near our pillows! How come!! Moreover, as shown in the "facility" of Expedia, breakfast should be available at 8am. However, when we checked-in, a written notice was observed in the reception desk and changed the breakfast time to 8:30am. Unluckily we had to rush for train at about 9am and asked if the staff could provide flexible arrangement for us to enjoy breakfast a bit earlier / packed breakfast for us but of course he refused. Eventually the staff who should prepare breakfast still didn't show up when we checked-out at 8:45am! Our overall impression for the stay is largely degraded even though the terrace restaurant for breakfast place should be nice.

Absolutely wonderful! The room was perfect, super clean and beautiful. The service also was perfect, the guy at the reception was very nice and kind and help us with everything! Breakfast was big and delicious!

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Negativ war die ungebügelte Bettwäsche. Auch das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Es gibt Frühstück aber es wird gerichtet. So gibt man immer was zurück, da Dinge dabei sind, die man nicht mag. Besser wäre ein Buffet.

Hotel Bella is budget friendly. The staff was helpful. The room was not clean. Half opened bottle of shampoo an conditioner in the shower. A very dirty cup used for toothbrushes-I think? A used soda bottle left in the corner of the room. The bed was 2 twins pushed together and it was comfortable. The sheets and blankets were made for a twin bed and put on sideways so your feet stuck out at the bottom. The blankets were rough cotton-clean but rough on our skin and with no top sheet it was uncomfortable. This place is more like a hostel.

Lovely stay for 1 night. Nice welcome and perfect location for visiting Ephesus, Basilica St John and the town of Selçuk. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel is on the hill looking at the Castle so a bit of a climb. Nice breakfast on the cute terrace.

Lovely stay for 1 night. Nice welcome and perfect location for visiting Ephesus, Basilica St John and the town of Selçuk. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel is on the hill looking at the Castle so a bit of a climb. Nice breakfast on the cute terrace.

Close to visiting point and the restaurants, less than 10mins walk from bus station, easy to find, nice reception, have air condition so no worries to visit in summer 🙂 enjoy my trip ☺️

For the room that we stayed, part of the ceiling may lack of maintenance and flakes of ceiling paint were dropped onto the bed near our pillows! How come!! Moreover, as shown in the "facility" of Expedia, breakfast should be available at 8am. However, when we checked-in, a written notice was observed in the reception desk and changed the breakfast time to 8:30am. Unluckily we had to rush for train at about 9am and asked if the staff could provide flexible arrangement for us to enjoy breakfast a bit earlier / packed breakfast for us but of course he refused. Eventually the staff who should prepare breakfast still didn't show up when we checked-out at 8:45am! Our overall impression for the stay is largely degraded even though the terrace restaurant for breakfast place should be nice.

Absolutely wonderful! The room was perfect, super clean and beautiful. The service also was perfect, the guy at the reception was very nice and kind and help us with everything! Breakfast was big and delicious!

Eski bina olmasına rağmen çalışanların ilgisi alakası çok hoştu. Samimi ve yardımsever olan çalışanlar, orada konakladığımız süre zarfında son derece kibarlardı. Ulaşım ve iletişim konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Binayı saran çiçekler binaya kendini çekiyor. Kahvaltı doyurucu, temizdi. küçük balkon ve banyosu odayı iyice şirin kılmıştı. Akşam camdan baktığınızda karşınızda sizi karşılayan Leylek, gün doğumunda ise tarihi doku oluyor :) Fiyat performans açısından ortalamanın üzerinde bir otel. İyi bir deneyim yaşadık, teşekkürler

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we reserved wasn't available due to an electrical problem, so we had to switch rooms during our stay which wasn't great, but they made it as easy as possible. In order to make it up to us they offered us free drinks on the rooftop terrace the first night, which was appreciated. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and it is where breakfast is served also. The breakfast was plated vs. a buffet, so you don't pick what you want. Good food though. The hotel location is great. It's close to the train station, the local bus station where you can get on a bus to many locations, the Basilica of St. John, and restaurants and shops. No elevator.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful, not to mention a free room upgrade! Food and coffee at their rooftop restaurant were also brilliant. It’s located near the town centre and an easy 45 minute walk away from Ephesus/5 minute drive. When I first arrived, it was a little confusing to find somewhere to park, but once the staff gave me some advice it wasn’t an issue at all. One thing to note if you’re a light sleeper is that there a few stray dogs in the area that are particularly noisy at night (but was not an issue for me personally). Overall, great value for money. Thanks so much to the team, I had a very comfortable stay !

There are better hotels. Bella is simple but could use a deep cleaning. The staff are somewhere between miserable and detached. There are signs of minor disrepair everywhere. Beds are fine but dont have top sheets, just a strange, thin almost towel-like blanket. Keep looking.
