The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb up those narrow steps were a challenge.

Fabulous property, spotlessly clean, comfortable . Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

Lovely room, liked my view and it felt spacious depsite low-ish ceiling. The bed was comfy and staff were lovely. Really glad i chose this place to stay.

Great place to stay; wonderful location close to the Royal crescent and circus

Easy check in. Very nice hotel. I would definitely return
