On the hotel website, it shows pictures of the bar that they have and they also say they have a restaurant so I booked it online when I got there I found out that the restaurant and the bar had been closed down for a couple months and they still show on their website. These things are available. I feel that I was ripped off and I feel like I should be refunded for the room. We went out to a concert and we came back and thought we were gonna have a cocktail nightcap, but that didn’t happen when I mentioned to the woman who worked there in the morning she told me that the restaurant and bar had been closed down two months ago, I wonder how many other people got burned by this hotel I would never recommend it. Also they have hand sanitizers throughout the hotel. I tried three of them and they were empty.

Beware! This property is unsafe to park a vehicle in the parking lot. There is theft occurring weekly in front of the cameras. They didn’t care that we had everything stolen.

Not enough signs to get to room (they need maps); kept getting lost as the multiple elevators were confusing and I had to walk a lot around the large hotel to find my room/car. No restroom in lobby near swimming pool so swimmers have to go to their rooms to use restroom...very inconvenient. Sloppy updates to room (i.e., paint on mirror, bathroom countertop not fitting properly). Had to use room pass to enter buildings which contributed to feeling secure.

Beware of frequent theft that happens on property! If you value your vehicle and belongings they are not safe even in front of security cameras. Police do not even bother to come when called.

The elevator was not up to date on their inspections, expired in 2021! The room we were in had a horrible paint job with tons of cracks in the paint. The bathroom light switch and surrounding wall was dirty. The carpets were pretty dirty too. Paid extra to be “upgraded” to a room near the pool and I really doubt it was an upgrade. Easily the worst quality hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was nice, so that was probably the only plus side.

The staff was very accommodating and willing to help. However your restaurant or bar on sight is not open. Which was a bummer cause I wanted to go down and have a drink one night. The laundry room needs to be updated. Only one washer and dryer. It took me 3 hours to do laundry cause someone else left clothes on the dryer. With more machines and updated machines it would faster. Plus with updated machines clothes wouldn’t take an hour and half to dry

The hotel restaurant I was counting on for meals was closed and I was told would not be open for several weeks. In spite of it being 80 degrees outside, the hotel pool I was counting on to do PT was so cold, I could not feel my hands or legs after 30 seconds in the water. The in-room coffee was the worst I have ever tasted.

Even though this is a low priced hotel and the room was clean, it was in a rough shape. Room carpet with a terribly looking patch, carpet foot moldings falling off the wall, just generally dingy. Pool water was so cold it was almost unusable at 90F weather. We paid and checked out within 2.5 hours and left.

Every time I visit my family in Concord this is my go to hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Parking is easy. Never had an issue at this hotel.

Booked three rooms. Carpets desperately need cleaning. Grandson was playing and rubbed his face on the carpet, then had a rash on his cheek and ear. Used and antibacterial cream and Benadryl and it finally went away a few days later. Toilet didn’t work in one room so had to be moved to another. Water has brown color to it. Staff was wonderful and worked with us.

Breakfast was decent. Not many options but the quality of the food was better than some places I’ve been to. The area is very quiet, tons of dealerships, stores, and restaurants. All within walking distance. The room was very clean with the exception of the shower. There was some dirt on the edges, the tub had stains and the overfill drain was gnarly and it looked broken. Besides that, everything was really nice for the price. I enjoyed my stay! 😁 also, the pool has tons of shade so it’s nice and cold for those hot days. Don’t recommend going any other time.

Disgusting! Stains of blood on the bed sheets, shower/bathtub peeling and stained, it's the most gross place I ever stayed at. I couldn't even take a shower or sleep in the bed like a normal person. And to top it all of, they don't even clean the rooms. STAY AWAY!

I felt a little mislead by the nice photos and online description of this property. This definitely feels like more of a motel rather than a hotel. The property is located between car dealerships and when I parked there was a sign saying the hotel wasn’t responsible for car theft on the property, which immediately made me feel unsafe. Then the room itself was outside street-facing off the parking lot and the curtains in my room were hard to close so I was afraid anyone off the street could look in on me. In terms of cleanliness of the room, the surfaces were technically clean, but the bathtub was full of rust, and the shower tiles needed a good scrubbing. I was nervous to take my shoes off. Also, the A/C unit was noisy and didn’t work effectively against the heat. I would have turned around and left the same night I arrived had it not been already late at night by that point. I checked out early the next morning even though I’d booked two nights since I was too uncomfortable in the room and was concerned about my car getting robbed. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again and I would not recommend it to others.

Great location for the price! Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Parking is plentiful. My suite was clean and free of any undesirable odours or visible stains. Bed was very soft but not uncomfortably so. The building is a bit dated by seems to be well taken care of. Walls are quite thin, I had some noisy neighbours my first night and it made for a bad sleep as I could hear everything they were saying. The rest of the stay was nice and quiet. Breakfast options are fine; limited options and variety but the food was well made and tasty. Good enough to start the day. The AC unit was quite loud but typical of this type of hotel. My room faced the exterior so was quite cold - not an issue for me but may be for some. The plumbing in my room was quite slow to drain, not a huge deal but the sink would fill up to the overflow before I could finish brushing my teeth. Overall I do recommend this hotel, it is affordable, clean, and in a good location.

Location for this property is ideal and what made it stand out to us; close to the freeway, shopping, and dining. Our room was a 2 queen bed in the tower which was spacious for our family of four! It was clean and bright although it could use a facelift with new carpeting, drapes, walls & paint but otherwise, beds were comfortable/clean and we had everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast is a nice added benefit as many hotels and resorts don't offer this, though meal options were basic but enough to get you through the morning (coffee,tea, juice, frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, apples). If location, convenience and cleanliness are your priority and other amenities are less important, this place checks those boxes!

Average 3 star property. Room felt unsafe to my wife because of the wall of glass between you and outside. Very thin walls. Curtains don’t close properly, leaving gaps for people to look right in.

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel and rooms are outdated and the coffee maker is not a Keurig. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was good but there was no toast and coffee creamer needed options. I would stay again for the convenience and comfort.

The room was clean and quiet, with great wifi and a view of the hills from some rooms. It’s a quick walk to a shopping center with food and shopping options. The staff is awesome and they were even able to save something from the room when I forgot it at check out. No smell of smoking anywhere. Breakfast included hot food and grab-and-go items.

We ended up leaving after an hour because the elevator was so loud. We called the front desk and asked to switch rooms but they said they only had availability on the fire floor facing the parking lot. We tried to ignore the sound, but it sounded like a blowhorn going off every few minutes. We then decided to get another room at a different hotel. The person who checked us out was nice. He said they could hear the elevator from the front desk. My concern is that he mentioned the elevators were going to be serviced in 2 weeks. That to me is ridiculous, they should have closed that elevator and only used the one that didn't make noise and called for an emergency service to be done. When the woman who I spoke with wo said there were only rooms on the first floor heard us checking out, she said she could move us to another building. If she had offered us this at the time I inquired about switching rooms we would have stayed. We ended up transferring to The Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill at 10pm. It was much quieter, cleaner, safer, better amenities, upgrades, and it had an awesome breakfast. I don't think I've ever written a review on here, but the extremely short experience at this particular Clarion was disappointing.

He said they could hear the elevator from the front desk. My concern is that he mentioned the elevators were going to be serviced in 2 weeks. That to me is ridiculous, they should have closed that elevator and only used the one that didn't make noise and called for an emergency service to be done. When the woman who I spoke with wo said there were only rooms on the first floor heard us checking out, she said she could move us to another building. If she had offered us this at the time I inquired about switching rooms we would have stayed. We ended up transferring to The Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill at 10pm. It was much quieter, cleaner, safer, better amenities, upgrades, and it had an awesome breakfast. I don't think I've ever written a review on here, but the extremely short experience at this particular Clarion was disappointing.

I arrived at the front desk only to be informed that my reservation was canceled because the credit card used to hold the room was declined. My mistake was that my card had expired between making the reservation and showing up for my trip. Okay, that’s on me but to cancel my whole reservation? Why not just ask me for a different card? This also happened to the guests in front of me. Anyway, I was able to get and pay for another room but at a higher rate. But my check in was stressful and irritating. The room was okay. Clean and quiet (at least after the pool closed and the kids left). So although we had a decent stay I have decided I will not be back.

Staff was rude, beds were uncomfortable, walls were thin, and I didnt appreciate being charged a deposit larger than the actual price of the room. Not to mention I was told I wouldnt get my deposit back for 3-5 business days. Motel 6 would have been a better choice than here. Will not staying here ever agian and I recommend no one else should either.

I was not actually able to stay here although I did pay for it. The hotel wouldn't take tap pay or online pay for the cleaning deposit, and I left my debit card at home, so although I wanted to give them my money, the very rude staff refused. This should be mentioned on their site. Tap pay is standard anywhere that cards are accepted these days. And I also know from working with POS systems that the staff COULD have manually input my card number, but didn't want to. I can't help but think there may have been some discrimination at play as I was coming from my job as a server technician and my clothes looked dirty, so maybe they thought I looked homeless. There was no reason for the rudeness and hostility. Then they refused to refund my room.

Great location for the price! Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Parking is plentiful. My suite was clean and free of any undesirable odours or visible stains. Bed was very soft but not uncomfortably so. The building is a bit dated by seems to be well taken care of. Walls are quite thin, I had some noisy neighbours my first night and it made for a bad sleep as I could hear everything they were saying. The rest of the stay was nice and quiet. Breakfast options are fine; limited options and variety but the food was well made and tasty. Good enough to start the day. The AC unit was quite loud but typical of this type of hotel. My room faced the exterior so was quite cold - not an issue for me but may be for some. The plumbing in my room was quite slow to drain, not a huge deal but the sink would fill up to the overflow before I could finish brushing my teeth. Overall I do recommend this hotel, it is affordable, clean, and in a good location.

I stay here once a week as it is a convenient location to where I am taking care of a family member, the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is always accommodating! On the hotel website, it shows pictures of the bar that they have and they also say they have a restaurant so I booked it online when I got there I found out that the restaurant and the bar had been closed down for a couple months and they still show on their website. These things are available. I feel that I was ripped off and I feel like I should be refunded for the room. We went out to a concert and we came back and thought we were gonna have a cocktail nightcap, but that didn’t happen when I mentioned to the woman who worked there in the morning she told me that the restaurant and bar had been closed down two months ago, I wonder how many other people got burned by this hotel I would never recommend it. Also they have hand sanitizers throughout the hotel. I tried three of them and they were empty.

Decent low cost hotel. The rooms won't win awards but they're clean and comfortable enough. It is sandwiched between the freeway a Mazda dealership and Ford dealership, but a 5 min walk away is a new shopping center called the Veranda that has plenty of decent restaurants and Whole Foods 360. Breakfast is free though pretty bare bones, eggs, sausage and diced potatoes or a microwavable breakfast burrio. My only bad experience was that a milk carton I picked off the buffet was old enough that it started to curdle.

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel and rooms are outdated and the coffee maker is not a Keurig. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was good but there was no toast and coffee creamer needed options. I would stay again for the convenience and comfort.

I got there only to realize no ost of the hotel was under construction. So, of course there was no use of the pool. The room was okay, but what really upset me is that they charged my card for $44 for parking 4 ays after I checked out. Like I wasn't gonna notice? No mention of any parking fee when I checked in OR when I checked out. Then they said it was for secure parking. What? It was not gated, I never saw any security guards and I was there 4 days. All I saw was all of the construction equipment and construction material stock in the parking lot.
