Wonderful boutique inn in a fantastic location downtown. Staff were were terrific. We arrived early and they invited us to hold our luggage and enjoy breakfast. It was nice having breakfast included: coffee, tea, juice, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt and overnight oats with fruit. A nice inside seating area and Avery nice outdoor area as well. You can have a glass a wine and relax there. Fire pits which we didn’t get a chance to use. We were in Room 6. It was clean and had comfortable and attractive bedding, but it was very small. So small we didn’t have a place for our two carry-on bags so we swapped out a chair for a second luggage stand. The bathroom, shower, towels and amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again. Aside from the size of the room, everything was perfect and again, the people who worked there made it feel special. Thank you.

We loved Hotel Pippa. Wonderful, helpful staff. We especially loved the terrace between the two buildings where we enjoyed breakfast each morning and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. The only thing that could be improved: stronger coffee for the otherwise excellent continental breakfast.

This place checks all the boxes! Excellent location, spacious rooms, nice bar area with great liquor choices, outdoor seating with heat lamps. Don’t bother over thinking it, just book your stay here!

We loved our 3 night stay at Hotel Pippa! The hotel was in a great location and walkable to lots of shopping, dining options and the ferry. The room was small but updated and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, complimentary breakfast and beach towels/chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We hope to be back in the future!

The location was central to everything and the room was very upscale. Staff were amazing and don’t miss a nightcap in the bar!! Dyson hairdryer a winner 😜

Great location. Near everything in Nantucket Town. The staff was great. Very pleasant and available all the time. Parking was a problem, but that's the same for any in-town property in Nantucket. But the staff at the Pippa helped us to sort it out.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pippa! The hotel itself its so well decorated and beautiful. There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was perfect before exploring for the day. Courtney at the front desk was fabulous and so attentive to our needs. We were outfitted for all the things we needed for beach days as well. The outside patio was amazing for a quick drink before dinner or enjoying desert at the end of the night. I couldn't recommend this property enough.

My sister and I took this trip together and we had a blast. This hotel was perfectly situated in the area we wanted to stay, everyone was kind, compassionate and welcoming. We felt like we made the best of friends. Clean, quaint, centrally located. We had a blast.

Hotel Pippa was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the center of town which was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and friendly from check-in through the excellent continental breakfast. Danish were fabulous. We would definitely stay there again should we return to Nantucket.

The hotel was very clean and quaint. Rooms are small but had everything we needed. Right in downtown within walking distance from the ferry. Breakfast was excellent.

They had placed me in an attic with no personal bathroom. The door to the actual attic was left open I could see inside there were a bunch of old boxes dirty clothing items just left throw around. They tried to cover it up with a clothing hanger stand. There were many bugs throughout the room including a centipede I had to kill in the middle of the night! I can’t believe I paid so much for this. This place was a nightmare.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, hotel was clean and luxurious, staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that the walls are very thin, we could hear the room next to us moving around at 4 am and snoring! But otherwise excellent.

First the good: Hotel Pippa is very charming. The beds were really comfortable. And then the not so good: Our room had a bathroom dedicated to us but down the hall. Not great. Also the room was on the street level and there was quite a bit of street noise. And lots of clomping around by the folks upstairs. Don't think I would stay there again.

Wonderful staff. Our ferry for cancelled due to storm and the staff provided us an open room to hang around all day and made us feel at home. It has very pleasant, beachy, ambience.

Great location. Near everything in Nantucket Town. The staff was great. Very pleasant and available all the time. Parking was a problem, but that's the same for any in-town property in Nantucket. But the staff at the Pippa helped us to sort it out.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Pippa! The hotel itself its so well decorated and beautiful. There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning which was perfect before exploring for the day. Courtney at the front desk was fabulous and so attentive to our needs. We were outfitted for all the things we needed for beach days as well. The outside patio was amazing for a quick drink before dinner or enjoying desert at the end of the night. I couldn't recommend this property enough.

Wonderful boutique inn in a fantastic location downtown. Staff were were terrific. We arrived early and they invited us to hold our luggage and enjoy breakfast. It was nice having breakfast included: coffee, tea, juice, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt and overnight oats with fruit. A nice inside seating area and Avery nice outdoor area as well. You can have a glass a wine and relax there. Fire pits which we didn’t get a chance to use. We were in Room 6. It was clean and had comfortable and attractive bedding, but it was very small. So small we didn’t have a place for our two carry-on bags so we swapped out a chair for a second luggage stand. The bathroom, shower, towels and amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again. Aside from the size of the room, everything was perfect and again, the people who worked there made it feel special. Thank you.

I would recommend staying here. It is in a very good location walkable to downtown area restaurants and the ferries. The staff is super friendly and nice in general. My room was a bit too small but I knew that when I booked it. It was fine for just me but for 2 people would have been way too small. They even offer some breakfast items and coffee included in your stay. The hotel is botique with only 17 or so rooms but you will not be disappointed if you stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, hotel was clean and luxurious, staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue was that the walls are very thin, we could hear the room next to us moving around at 4 am and snoring! But otherwise excellent.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was a nice bonus. The only thing I didn’t care for was the coffee shop line outside our room in the early morning was not great to wake up to.

We loved Hotel Pippa. Wonderful, helpful staff. We especially loved the terrace between the two buildings where we enjoyed breakfast each morning and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. The only thing that could be improved: stronger coffee for the otherwise excellent continental breakfast.

My daughter & I spent five days at Hotel Pippa and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything. The continental breakfast was great for an early morning cup of coffee & quick bite and the bar was convenient for an evening nightcap.. The hotel is actually two building with a lovely court yard sitting area with cafe tables and chairs and also comfy outdoor loveseats, chairs, umbrellas & fire pits to enjoy. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. We plan on returning again next summer.

An easy walk from the ferry. The Staff was welcoming and gave suggestions for the area. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Walked everwhere or took public transportation. The property has a lot of stairs to navigate. Some rooms are on 3rd floor. They do help with luggage. Would definitely stay again.
