Diamond Apartments Skegness

Location excellent. Check in excellent. Near shops and popular public houses. Train station/bus station also very close as was the Beach. No noise issues although we were in the front facing apartment. The entrance hall was clean . No lifts. We were on 1st floor. Room needed some decorating to the wall/ceiling in the bay. Bathroom also needs some attention from a possible flood at sometime from upstairs. Plaster work needs attention All crockery etc was OK and clean.

The property was perfect for my short stay

The only downfall to the room.we had was the size of the shower area. It is so cramped as it is only a little square smaller than the shower you would get in a caravan. I did try to ring the host regarding a problem with our shower and had to go OYO as I couldnt get hold of the host and also again on the day of departure I couldnt get hold of them by text or calling them. Fridge was nice and cold, there was no toaster either. Didn't make a difference to our stay. I think it could do with a paint touch up in the main areas it is peeling off but I pay 150 for a 2 bedroom.apartment, the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again as it was great value for money in a great location.

Good size rooms cheap place for a weekend
