The property was small and very intimate. Close to downtown Hyannis, Barnstable, and Dennis.........I, definitely, got a great experience with seeing alot in such a small community. Piers are a hop, skip, and a jump away! The room was nice, upgraded, and super clean! The only thing missing from the kitchenette was a stove. Other than that, I would stay here again!

Room was clean. Sofa bed could use some attention as it was at a major angle upon pulling it out. No noise from rooms on either side but could hear every step the people upstairs made. Check-in & checkout were very easy, employees were super nice. Sad the pool closed when the office did, at 9, especially considering it was already unmanned and in a separate builsing from the rest of the property.

This place lived up to all the good reviews! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean, and beds were comfy - it was above expectations (had 2 bathrooms!). It was hard to tell from the photos online but the kitchenette did include a sink, dishes, cabinets, full size frig, coffee maker (bring your own coffee), and microwave. We were gone each day with family so didn't get to use any of the ammenities but looked like a great place to bring the family! We will stay here again.
