Very friendly staff. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed pulls out to be 2 separate twin beds which was really nice. Storage space is very limited but the kitchenette with the microwave is good to have.

Amazing place. Plenty of space in the room for the four of us. We were in the main bed. One son in sofa bed and the other in a cot provided by the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious. The room we had was the studio accessible. Modern kitchen which was brilliant. Modern controls with the keypads to turn lights on and off etc. Looking at either booking here again or another of the Wilde Aparthotels. Many thanks to all the staff especially Fareed.

Nice and cozy hotel, service was really helpful, they have laundry room which is convenient for us traveler staying more than 5 nights.

Great amenities, location and value for independent travel. 15 min walk to Tower Bridge & Spitalfields Market. 10 min to Brick Road. 5 min walk to Algate East station. Full in-suite kitchen, onsite laundry, optional continental breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.

Very nice and clean hotel with good location. Breakfast was really Google but the breakfast area was really small. Also gym was really small but still included good equipments and good airconditioning. I will defenitiely stay here next time I visit London.

Excellent Hotel. Alex and Louis were very kind! Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they let us check in right away. The room was nicer and cleaner than the photos. The appliances in the mini kitchen were all high-end brands and were in excellent condition. Definitely recommended!

Newest accomodation. Near the Tower hill and Tower Bridge. The room was spacious and clean. but the conditon of the dishes and pans etc. need to be more clean. Except that, it was good.

Clean. Comfortable for three asults. Good location within walking distance of convenience stores, restaurants and underground stations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room had a small well supplied kitchen. Everything we needed at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again.

Good overall facilities, helpful staff, laundry and fitness room, However the room design could be so much better by applying some functional, user centric design expertise, Functionality should be as important as style, Appears the designers have never stayed in their product.

We had a very pleasant stay. Smooth check in, staff super friendly and helpful, nice apartment, good facilities. Superb location in London to move around. Close to some restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience, both our rooms hadn't had any bedding change. Crisps, and long black hair in 1 bedroom The other bedroom had blood on the sheets, stains believed to be poo. Glass on the floor, staff delt with the situation changing us rooms at 00.25 at night. Gave us free breakfast and £100 compensation. Just wont stay there again Unfortunately.

Modern but unfortunately very tight with three adults. We stayed for one week. One cleaning day was all that was done. Sheets were changed on 2 of the 3 beds. and the compost was not taken awayThe 4 coffee pods for the Nespresso machine

New towels were denied because I was only staying 6 days. This place was incredibly over priced for lack of amenities.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, there was multiple hair on the bedsheets, white stains on the couch, and the toilet had visible poop stains that never fully went away. The rug was dusty, which caused my dad to have allergy flare-ups during our stay. Not sure if we just got unlucky with the room but hotel was overbooked therefore we weren’t able to change the room nor was the hotel willing to move us to a different location. It was our first time in London and hotel experience made me never want to go back. For the price and how the hotel presents itself, I expected much better. The overall cleanliness just wasn’t up to standard, and it definitely affected the comfort of our trip.

Very clean - (I stay in a few hotels and I’d say come as one of the cleanest) Did stay on bottom floor. Wasn’t ideal as I think there may of been a car meet going on at 3am. And was fairly noisey. But didn’t ruin my stay. Would defo stay again

Although the staff was lovely it was way out of the way from everything. Had to call for towels every other day. Was told upon 4-5 day my room would be cleaned. At day 6, I asked about cleaning and they said only after day 6. You check in and you’re pretty much on your own from there.

Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as one should expect at that price

Clean, easy to get to, friendly/ helpful staff. Diego was so helpful! The only thing I’d ask is about only getting free room cleaning if you stay 7days.

Room was clean and well stocked. We did have a slight leak but reported it and was fix quickly which was great. Beds were confortable, great space and great place. Would stay again.

This was our first trip to the UK and based on reviews we chose this hotel. Overall it was a fine stay. The rooms did look larger in the advertisements and website. It was fine for sleeping and the kitchenette served us very well. The heat/air was not great for us. The room had poor airflow and would get warmer than we liked. It would take an hour or longer to cool off. No window to open and no other alternatives made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast was less than good as far as choices. I have a severe gluten allergy and there were only a few options. Also we had to pay in advance for the breakfast for each day and then when we booked an excursion and didn't use the breakfast we couldn't get a refund. The amount of food that was put out did not change so saying they added food was ridiculous.

Nice convenient place to stay with friendly , helpful staff. Some panelling missing in the room and really could do with instruction about how to use the touch screen lights and the combination oven/microwave.

For my family of 5 we booked two rooms - each with a double bed and a pull out couch. While the rooms had everything you would need, I found the rooms to be quite cramped but then again it is probably typical for hotel rooms in Europe.

My wife and I stayed there for 10 days. I’m going to start with the bad because that’s what most people look for. The worst thing is the heating/cooling controls. You absolutely need to inquire right off the bat and understand them. It is NOT intuitive. Once you understand them, they work fine. It’s an apartment type hotel with stove top, microwave and dishwasher. All work fine but you are severely limited on counter space. Cooking is difficult due to space management. Likely you will need trash pickup everyday or every other day if you do. During our stay we experienced 5 short 5-10 second smoke alarms caused by other residents. Don’t freak out. They stop. The bed has a pull out drawer for clothes and hangers on the wall for shirts. The studio is really designed for one person. Just realize the space it tight and the bed goes up against the wall. With 2 people someone has to crawl out the bottom of the bed. Now on to the good. Our room on the 8th floor away from the elevator was very quiet. The electric shade is great and helps with noise. Staff is great and responsive. Had a Nespresso machine and they supply unlimited pods and sugar. Also bottled water when you ask for it. Dishwasher pods too. Nice! Lights take a short learning curve and heated towel bar. The hotel is right on the edge of a diverse neighborhood area. Food options are quite unlimited. Always felt safe though some graffiti around. Waitrose grocer is a 20 minute walk. Great store. Close to underground.

Wish the AC unit was easier to understand how to use. The interface was not intuitive, and I had to contact the front desk to learn how to use it. Would be helpful to have a dedicated information card or easy to find FAQ about how to use it.

While there was an initial unforeseen issue with the shower head coming off and the smoke detector malfunctioning, the staff was immediately on top of fixing the issue and then promptly moving us to another room as well as sending food, drinks and a credit applied for the inconvenience. One couldn’t ask for more and very pleased. Thx again

Rooms are super tiny but functional. Great staff. Not the best neighborhood though.

Rooms are very small but comfortable. The location of the hotel was close to a metro and bus station so access to other parts of the city was great. The breakfast was wonderful and I would recommend adding it.

Excellent room with plenty of space for someone with accessibility issues. Easy controls and fabulous wet room. Everything catered for. Easy access to the room via the lift. Staff very helpful and friendly. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I couldn't have asked for more from the hotel and staff. Nothing was too much for them. We had a travel cot brought up to our room and put up. We were moved up to a higher floor as we had a young child and they said it would be better for us and my goodness it was incredible. We had the most amazing views and it was silent. We can't wait to book again and come back. We booked here on a whim because we've booked with another chain hotel regularly and thought we'd try something different and I have no regrets.

The staff were very attentive and resolved the issue I raised quickly and explaiend the process clearly.

It was my first time in London and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I don’t remember the young woman’s name who check me in and helped checked me out but she was wonderful, helpful, and very informative. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in London.

The hotel had work being done downstairs at night which set off the fire alarm 3 nights in a row. I would otherwise highly recommend the place as comfortable, clean, and quiet

unfortunately the room was in rough conditions. the safe, soap dispenser and shower needed maintenance to try to resolve. location was ok but in a rougher area then expected.

We LOvEd the hotel and the staff! Loved our place and the convenience of where it was located to where we wanted to gap in the city. Definitely would stay there again! Felt very safe in the hotel.

Nice property, but located in an area that had a lot of trash on the streets, with some sense of not feeling safe walking around the street especially after dark.

Comfy beds, great blackout curtains, useful appliances and Smeg too ! Great for one night. Some nice extra touches -real milk, water and sweet treats. Friendly staff.

The staff in the hotel were amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay. 5 minute walk to tube station and great amenities within room and also a great breakfast.

Stayed here for NYE and it was great! It gave cosy vibes. I love how the room was stocked with drinks, snacks, coffee etc. Room was so spacey and had everything we needed, it was a shame we weren’t in the actual room for that long! I do recommend
