Château Rhianfa

Fantastik miljö och byggnad, vackert beläget vid floden. Rena och fräscha rum. Tyvärr verkar det dock som att ingen underhåller den stora och vackra trädgården. Vad gäller området runt hotellet pågår reparationer lite här och där Och våra bekanta hade en byggnadsställning och passerande hantverkare istället för en vacker vy över walesiska berg och floden. Plus för den otroligt Vänliga personalen. Det verkade dock ofta som att de var underbemannade och man fick leta efter personal till barerna. Med tanke på de dyra priserna väntade man sig något högre klass. Tyvärr heller inget varmvatten, trots att vi enligt instruktioner lät vatten rinna i nästan 30 minuter, varpå min pappa nu är sjuk. Vi hoppas bara att det inte är legionärssjukan. Fantastiskt vackert och underbar personal men i relation till priset finns mer att önska

We arrived on a Thursday and where amazed at the Chateau's architecture, the staff where very welcoming and the room had a fantastic view of the Menia Strait, we looked at the sample menu the staff told us to download but it didn't really appeal to us so we ate at the Four Crowns ( recommended) later we retired to or room for a restful night, the breakfast was very nice though, unfortunately the following night wasn't so restful, there was a reception for - I'm guessing a Wedding, the live music started at 8pm and lasted until 3.20am, I didn't get any sleep until turned 4am, this has completely ruined the stay at the Chateau and won't be returning, at over £330 a night to stay here the bear minimum I would expect is sleep, I think it's just bad management as we were not warned there would be noise, I think the Chateau needs to dedicate the entire building to Weddings so the only people disrupted are the wedding guests themselves and not other paying guests

Fantastic location overlooking the water. Duchess room was superb - great view and feature bath in the window. Hotel is a castle type property. Good good too. Staff very helpful and friendly

Amazing three-course dinner with a sommelier assisting with the wine selection. On point reception staff who gave brilliant advice. Comfortable upper level of the castle to play board games and have late night drinks. Also, a convenient location for the Menai Straits with great views across to Snowdonia park. Would recommend for friends or partner meet up and only exception was breakfast that advertised as Welsh although had elements of a full English, with only mediocre taste or flavourings that was in contrast to the previous night's dinner at the Castle. This food was served up in the 1970s in the UK.

Amazing place and lovely staff! Lots of charm and great attention to detail! We had an incredible time there! Highly recommend
