Apartment was great. We used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, for tea and dinner some evenings which we picked up from nearby grocery stores. Wore ear plugs for sleeping and no issues. Lots of bars and dining options nearby. Stairs were no issue for us but I could see how others could struggle. Rooftop was beautiful and we had wine and dinner one evening while watching the sunset. The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. We would return to this same spot!

Amazing property and location right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Close to so many dining options and party clubs and walking distance to many sights in the area. Can be very loud and crowded but the sound proof windows on our first floor room with balconies did an AMAZING job of keeping the noise away from our room. Staff were very communicative and helpful with the parking but make sure you book a parking spot with them in advance if you have a car because they have limited spots.

We enjoyed our stay and hotel was in a great location. The staff was lovely and the room was comfortable. Roof top deck was a great place for a drink. Would highly recommend! Others me ruined street noise, but with the windows and shutters closed it wasn’t an ssue!

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled?? Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

The room was spacious and clean. Cute little balcony. It is loud at night but we knew that since it is the "party" district. You do have to carry luggage up a spiral staircase. No elevators. Parking is off site but I wouldn't recommend driving there anyway.

Nice two floor apartment in the center of Lisbon. Our bedroom was on the top floor and quite noisy at night. Located in the night life area of Lisbon with bars and restaurants. Car parking in parking basement near by - very narrow if you have a medium sized car. Also the streets in the area are very narrow. Check in and out worked very well.

It was good. Apt was clean and maintained by room service throughout. Hotel staff were nice and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Staff already had the pullout couch ready for my friend so that was considerate of them. I read about the noise from patrons from clubs and bars late nights, but the new windows in bedroom cancel all the noise, so no complaints overnight. Cable behind tv was broken at the end, so it was useless. Staff came to check it out & said they’d be back, but never came to fix it. Wi-Fi was also weak. Couldn’t connect with my iPad and was spotty on my iPhone. None of these really matter though, as we were able to adapt. We had a good time is what counts. We were close to many restaurants, landmarks, and scenic overlook.

The 10-day visit far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and all appliances and features of it were functional. The staff was outstanding; answering all our questions and helping out with directions and suggestions for local attractions. I definitely would book a future stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant condotel. Le logement est charmant, vraiment bien situé à proximité de marche de la plupart des choses à voir, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les fournitures incluses pour concocter notre petit déjeuner nous-mêmes, avec pain frais laissé à notre porte chaque matin… le lit était confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Le seul bémol que je noterais pour ma part serait les serviettes tachées, à réviser. Sinon le personnel est serviable, ils se sont occupés de nous réserver un transport pour l’aéroport qui était bien pile à l’heure demandée. À noter par contre que c’est un coin très festif de nuit, donc très bruyant et peut être intimidant pour certaines personnes… je crois qu’il s’agissait des 2 ruelles les plus de party de la ville, donc cris de fêtards tard la nuit. Autre point à noter c’est que ce sont des logements pour personnes en bonne forme physique (escaliers très pentus, et sur 3 niveaux… donc ce n’est pas pour tous). Pour un voyage de couple c’était parfait dans notre cas, je recommande!

Had a lovely stay. First time to lisbon and wasnt fully aware of the hills. Was close to a good bit of action but walking from central plaza back to room is a bear. Luckily it is on a bus line and uber is dirt cheap. If using bus or tram be sure to study the routes since the system can be confusing. Back to apartment, each morning fresh baked rolls are left on door handle. Housekeeping meticulous about cleaning and restocking room.

Clean newer remodel apartment. Desk staff was very friendly. Loud neighborhood but the windows were completely sound proofed, so didn't even notice at night. I liked the delivered breakfast. Not a morning person and it was nice have free breakfast in privacy even if I had to make it myself. We went to a grocery store and bought our own coffee pods so we didn't get charged for any of the mini bar.

The apartment itself was wonderful. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. However, recommend you bring heavy duty ear plugs to sleep as the location is right in front of many loud late night bars.

First off the reception and cleaning staff were amazing so my negative review is not for them. I had heard about the noise on the street being an issue but the building itself yes is old and when I was in the suite I could hear people upstairs walking all day and night as floors are not insulated. You can hear people talking through the walls and doors all day (when I was in suite)it was constant thuds on the floor/banging from people walking up the stairs or above or hearing neighbours talk or T.V. I think I maybe got 4-5 hours of sleep a night from waking up from noise. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast sandwich items handy. Would not stay here again…. Lack of rest ruined it for me.

If you plan on getting a good night sleep than this is not the place. Walls are thin, every step and conversation above you can be heard. There was a constant air freshener to cover the odor in the halls and in our room. It’s in the heart of the action so if you like the night life this is the spot. On the plus side the breakfast is really good. We had lots so it was nice to take fruit and snacks along for the day. We asked for a second key, asked everyday but they didn’t seem to want to give us one.

Great place in an amazing location. Very close to restaurants, bars, look outs and transportation. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise so you hear persons walking in other rooms easily. The WiFi also gave trouble in one of the rooms

If wasn’t for the the fact that we paid for three beds and we got a bed and an uncomfortable couch (we told them about they did nothing), if it wasn’t because you have little privacy since they come into the room to place your breakfast in the fridge (which you really do not need) and if it wasn’t because they mischarge you for the use of the mini bar, then you can start thinking to book this place. Also, I think the photos are a bit misleading. Last suggestion: before you leave the place take pictures of the minibar just in case. We were overcharged for a bottle of wine and a Pringle box that we did not take of course.

Great stay at this apartment! They were super communicative and helpful! The property was able to help us book airport transfers that took us and picked us up right from the front door of our apartment. The property was nice and in a great location close to restaurants, bars, and shopping! We had a great time and would come again!

We absolutely loved the loft at Lisboa Colours! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had many scheduling changes and they were so flexible. They arranged the transfers and ensured we had the best possible stay! We highly recommend this property!!

AmZing location, amazing staff, felt a true living in Lisbon vibes as these are apartments, meet locals, tons of great restaurants, nice that it’s on a private road so no cars, quiet, when you order an uber for example you walk 1-2 minutes or so down the road and hop in car. I will stay here every time I’m in Lisbon. Perfect place. Breakfast was great at the restaurant they partner with Nextdoor Aldeia. Clean organized, would give 10 starts if possible. Truly enjoyed my few day stay here.

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled?? Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

The property and location are fantastic, but the staff charged me for incidentals and consuming the wine in the fridge. The problem is that I didn't drink any of the wine, and I didn't even have the complimentary bottle of wine. When I pointed that out to them, they disregarded me and still charged me. As such, I would advise against staying here.

L'appart Hôtel est dans un quartier central pour découvrir Lisbonne à pied. Facile d'accès, le personnel est a l'écoute et très Professionnel. Si vous chercher un quartier sans bruit de la ville changer de quartier. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux à préparer soit même (tout ne vous conviendra pas, mais il y a du salé et du sucré) et du pain frais vous est livré à votre porte tous les jours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Amazing property and location right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Close to so many dining options and party clubs and walking distance to many sights in the area. Can be very loud and crowded but the sound proof windows on our first floor room with balconies did an AMAZING job of keeping the noise away from our room. Staff were very communicative and helpful with the parking but make sure you book a parking spot with them in advance if you have a car because they have limited spots.

Property is in the heart of the Barrio Alto where the night life is in full swing until 3 am on the weekends. We were fortunate that our accommodations were relatively quiet. The location was great for walking to central Lisbon and near a trolley so you didn’t have to climb the incline back. Good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend.

Location: If you are into clubs, loud music, dancing, etc….this apartment is for YOU! Barrio Alto is the party area and this apartment is right in the middle of it. The street is very loud until around 4 am. We LOVED the apartment but we did not love the noise! Definitely would not recommend for families with small children. The breakfast is not good either. Pre-packaged bread and lunch meat. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to center city.

Apartment was great. We used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, for tea and dinner some evenings which we picked up from nearby grocery stores. Wore ear plugs for sleeping and no issues. Lots of bars and dining options nearby. Stairs were no issue for us but I could see how others could struggle. Rooftop was beautiful and we had wine and dinner one evening while watching the sunset. The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. We would return to this same spot!

A container with ample breakfast foods is delivered each day including breads, cheese and cold cuts , yogurt, juice and spreadables (no eggs). The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful and responsive. Location is ideal and convenient!

We stayed at Lisbon colours for 5 nights in October 2026. On the 4th night there was a cockroach in the living room. The next morning we found another one in the bathroom and then a bed bug. They let us move rooms but wouldn’t help us treat the luggage and I found a second bedbug on my backpack. My partner has had many bites appear now. Attempted 4x to get a rebate for having our trip ruined and have been ignored. The room they moved us to was on a very busy part of the street and incredibly loud at night. There’s also an emergency light in the apartment that stays on at all hours, the bedroom door closes but you couldn’t have someone sleeping on the pull out couch.

Only negative thing for us was that we had an early flight in the morning, and since our flat were not located in the same building as the reception we walked through the pub street for check out. Just a heads up! Staff were very helpful and accommodating and offered to meet up in the apartment upon our arrival. Overall a great stay, would definitely book again.

Please avoid this place by any means necessary. The only good thing about this place is the location if you like to party otherwise stay. Because it’s very noisy and also construction going therefore you will not be able to get a uber or car rental there to the location because the street is closed off.If you do decide to stay there, make sure you take a picture of the mini bar because they will charge unauthorized fees

We weren’t advised until the day before check in that access to the property was not available by car due to street works (big hole in the ground) being undertaken. The wheels on the suitcases are damaged from this. We had a ground floor room which was nice. It is missing the washing machine facility though to make it a better stay. Housekeeping advised change of towels every second day, why when you pay the same rate as a one night stay it should be customer choice (we were there for close to a week). The location was good, wasn’t too noisy. We went to breakfast once and it was a tight squeeze to accommodate everyone dining. We did value the notice for our wedding anniversary. Disappointed with the access to and from the hotel. It really did put a dampener on accessing the property. Even if we had better transport of luggage to ensure it wasn’t damaged and wheels largely impacted. Staff were very friendly.
