Zimmer im 3. Stock, der Aufzug war die gesamte Zeit defekt. In meinem Zimmer (306) war die Balkontür kaputt. Egal in welcher Griffstellung, die Tür ließ sich immer kippen, dementsprechend konnte man sie, weil einfach das obere Scharnier fehlte 1. Nicht öffnen 2. Nicht komplett schließen was natürlich super ist in Autobahnnähe. Außerdem Betten sehr hart ubd Treppenhaus schmutzig.

Beautiful hotel and easily accessible from the motorway... Services are very close by... along with McDonald's.. The hotel has a beautiful reception and restaurant area as you walk in.. Staff are friendly and welcoming.. The room was spacious with two single beds.. TV.. and ensuite bathroom.. great shower with instant hot water Unfortunately my room overlooked the motorway but if you are fortunate enough to have a rear facing room you can see over the nearby reservoir.. Ideal place to stretch the legs after a long drive.. stunning views Personally didn't opt for the breakfast so can't comment.. personally thought it a little expensive at €11.. On site parking is free and have ample spaces available... Highly recommend...

Achtung: Check-In ist in der Tankstelle der Raststation Remscheid Ost. Hotel ist gepflegt, alles sauber. Personal war beim Frühstück überfordert. Für 10 wartende Gäste wurden 4 Brötchen aufgebacken. Das Schreiben einer Rechnung war nicht möglich. Bis jetzt keine Rechnung erhalten. Bitte in Personal investieren.

Fin placering i forhold til motorvejen, enkel tjek in på tankstationen ved siden af. Værelse og hotel er pænt og rent, der var bare meget koldt på både værelse og bad, selvom varmen var fuld skruet op.

It was a nice stay and easy acces to the freeway. But unfortunately they were down with staff, so the waiting for food, payment and check inn was long. The room was big and great beds. But the cleaning could have been better. There where dust and spiderweb in the corner, the curtain was brooken and the stairway was also full of spiderweb and dust. The breakfast buffet was very poor with options.

Ich war leider gar nicht zufrieden und kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Mir wurde ein Zimmer gegeben in dem ich Urinflecken und andere Abdrücke überall auf der Toilette gefunden habe. Ich habe versucht ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Da wurde mir erst gesagt es gibt kein anderes Zimmer und sie würden das Klo desinfizieren. 5 Minuten später gab es dann doch ein anderes Zimmer. Dort waren dann Haare im Waschbecken und auf der Toilette... Ich fand das Ganze so ekelig, dass ich wieder ausgecheckt und mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht habe.

I stated 5 nightds at the hotel. You can walk behind the hotel in the forest. Fresh air. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free parking area is available. At lobby, you can drink something hot or cold. Facilities ara ok. But free Wi-Fi is a problem at the hotel. Reception gives you a paper written username and password on which changes daily. On my last day morning, when I was leaving hotel, I asked Wi-Fi password as I needed emergency internet. The young lady working at reception was cooking told me that there was no internet at that moment and didn’t help me! She told me that the computer was default! That behaviour shows the attitude towards customer. I left the hotel with a big disappointment. Sorry but never visit that hotel again. Good luck!

Dejligt overnatningshotel tæt på motorvejsafkørsel. Fin søudsigt fra altanen. Mulighed for vandretur rundt om den opdæmmede sø. Meget flinkt personale med stor hjælpsomhed. Det ville have været rart med mulighed for glutenfrit brød til morgenmaden.

Das allerschlimmste ist, dass es kein funktionstüchtiges WLAN gibt. Es wird zwar suggeriert, dass es das gibt und man kriegt auch ein Passwort usw. Aber die Verbindung bricht jede 2min von alleine ab. Das ist sehr lästig. Zudem werden an manchen Tagen die Zimmer einfach nicht sauber gemacht. Betten sind extrem ungemütlich Für mich nie wieder

Nie wieder diese Unterkunft! Die Zimmerkarte meiner alten Eltern war jeden Tag defekt, das Personal unfähig und patzig. Spätabends mussten sie sogar runter zur Tankstelle (zwischen den vielen LKWs, wo man gar nicht mit dem Auto fahren darf). Dort sagte man ihnen mit Ungewissheit, ob sie mit einer anderen Karte ins Zimmer und zu ihren Sachen können. Alternative sei dann ein anderes Zimmer und sie sollten mal testen gehen. Das bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 90€! Man lässt die Gäste auf sich allein gestellt. Selbst tagsüber hat es das Personal nicht interessiert, dass man nicht ins Zimmer kam und man bediente lieber die Café-Gäste. Jetzt habe ich auch noch festgestellt, dass meine Eltern vor Einlass aufgefordert wurden, das Zimmer zu zahlen - ca. 250€. Ich hatte es aber bereits vorab über Expedia gezahlt. Eine Rechnung gab man ihnen nicht dazu und vertröstete sie auf den nächsten Tag. Am nächsten Tag hieß es dann, die Rechnung gäbe es über Expedia. Zum Glück wurde nicht bar, sondern mit Karte gezahlt, sodass wir einen Beweis haben. Ich wusste von der erneuten Zahlung im Hotel leider nichts und meine Eltern waren überrumpelt von der so bestimmten Aufforderung. Nun haben wir also 500€ für einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten gezahlt. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass uns das Gelt schnellstmöglich erstattet wird!!!

Selbst tagsüber hat es das Personal nicht interessiert, dass man nicht ins Zimmer kam und man bediente lieber die Café-Gäste. Jetzt habe ich auch noch festgestellt, dass meine Eltern vor Einlass aufgefordert wurden, das Zimmer zu zahlen - ca. 250€. Ich hatte es aber bereits vorab über Expedia gezahlt. Eine Rechnung gab man ihnen nicht dazu und vertröstete sie auf den nächsten Tag. Am nächsten Tag hieß es dann, die Rechnung gäbe es über Expedia. Zum Glück wurde nicht bar, sondern mit Karte gezahlt, sodass wir einen Beweis haben. Ich wusste von der erneuten Zahlung im Hotel leider nichts und meine Eltern waren überrumpelt von der so bestimmten Aufforderung. Nun haben wir also 500€ für einen schrecklichen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten gezahlt. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass uns das Gelt schnellstmöglich erstattet wird!!!

Beautiful hotel and easily accessible from the motorway... Services are very close by... along with McDonald's.. The hotel has a beautiful reception and restaurant area as you walk in.. Staff are friendly and welcoming.. The room was spacious with two single beds.. TV.. and ensuite bathroom.. great shower with instant hot water Unfortunately my room overlooked the motorway but if you are fortunate enough to have a rear facing room you can see over the nearby reservoir.. Ideal place to stretch the legs after a long drive.. stunning views Personally didn't opt for the breakfast so can't comment.. personally thought it a little expensive at €11.. On site parking is free and have ample spaces available... Highly recommend...

It was a nice stay and easy acces to the freeway. But unfortunately they were down with staff, so the waiting for food, payment and check inn was long. The room was big and great beds. But the cleaning could have been better. There where dust and spiderweb in the corner, the curtain was brooken and the stairway was also full of spiderweb and dust. The breakfast buffet was very poor with options.

Despite telling us reception was open to 11pm, there never was anyone there. We had to drive down to the service station multiple times after being given a dirty room and being locked out of our room on the second night. Staff were less than helpful and just dismissed the issues.
