We loved our stay at Pierluigi and Mariacristinas home. The views upon arrival were breathtaking and we were met at the front gates by the warm, and beautiful Cristina who introduced us to all the amenities and gave a thorough explanation of all the area had to offer. We also hired Cristina to cook our meal for our first night which I highly recommend as she is an amazing chef) this was so relaxing because we didn’t have to worry about groceries the first night. The meal was so amazing and every bite delicious. The beach is down several flights of stairs and was a welcome end to a hot day taking a dip in the refreshing ocean. The town is up a longer set of stairs but it only took us five minutes to climb them. It’s a good cardio workout and might take you longer if you have mobility issues. The town was lovely and quaint. Groceries were about a 15 minute walk from the house. Coffee shops, gelato and clothing stores were all within close range. The kitchen is beautifully stocked. Full set of stainless steel pots and dishes etc which is lovely to have as we cooked often. The air conditioning worked beautifully and we only needed to turn it on for a short time and our rooms were lovely and cool.Cristina who manages the property was immensely helpful and available for all our queries. Pierluigi was very helpful with car services and info. Only small set back is we found the mattresses to firm, otherwise loved our stay.

My family of seven stayed here in mid-October. The host, Cristina, was very proactive and communicative and eager to help us define our plans while in the area. The size of the villa is great with an expansive patio overlooking the water and nearby small towns. Everything is gated and felt safe. It was an easy walk down steps to the Seiano harbor/ferry, which we took directly to Capri one day. Getting to and from the town of Vico Equense was a bit more challenging with a lot of steep stairs that some in our party had to take slowly. However, the town was charming. Cristina arranged for a private transfer from Napoli train station, as well as a private transfer to Pompeii with a guided tour just for our family, and then continuing all the way to Rome. This is the way to go for a group traveling with luggage, and made the experience of getting to and from the villa very relaxing. Both drivers, Marco and Pasquale, were friendly, professional, and fun. We also booked an all-day trip to the Amalfi coast--Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello--with Marco. We had a large van and enjoyed being able to see the coast this way. The restaurant for lunch outside of Amalfi had good views, but was overpriced and the sever was not friendly, so if you go this route, you may want to identify a restaurant of your choosing to stop at. That said, the experience with everyone associated with the villa, and the villa itself, was excellent.

Our stay in Vico was better than we could have dreamed. Prior to our trip, Pierluigi and MariaCristina provided so much information on things to do in the area and responded extremely quickly to all of our questions! We travelled with three couples plus one teenager and this home was perfect for our needs. The patio overlooking the water was our favorite spot in the evenings and in the mornings. Every experience recommended by our hosts were top notch -- private boat trip to Capri, in-villa dinner prepared by Cristina (chef's kiss delicious), driver arranged for tour of Amalfi Coast, driver to Pompei, in-villa lemincello lesson and tasting and on our final night a pasta class at the beautiful Monticelli Mansion! Checking in and out was easy...home was very clean. We stayed during very hot weather and air con unit located in every bedroom. Location is so beautiful - be prepared for walking to the town of Vico (lots of great shops and restaurants!) or otherwise highly recommend the driver pre-arranged by Pierluigi...we hope to visit again! Thank you again for memories of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Front Villa. The views were great. The Villa was clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the patio area in the afternoons. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in coordinating transportation. She even helped us with a pizza dinner delivered to the Villa. The town of Vico Equense and Beach are about a five-minute walk with grocery stores and many restaurants but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in this area.

I’ve been trying to decide how to put into words how great this property is. It is a beautiful and roomy villa with a lemon-filled terrace that faces sunset over Mount Vesuvius every night; had ample room for our family of six, which included teenagers and senior citizens; and was clean and comfortable, perhaps providing the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, but it is so much more than that. The owner Pierluigi helped us plan our entire vacation. He organized dinners for us, drivers who picked us up each morning, and recommended sights and restaurants. The pasta-making experience that he organized was perhaps our favorite day of the trip. Not an informal tour with 20 strangers, but an intimate and unique private afternoon in his parents’ home eating and drinking delicious food and wine, and touring their beautiful gardens filled with every food and spice imaginable. Every suggestion he made was a great one, and he and his contacts went out of their way to assist in things through the 8 days we spent there. Christina checked us in and out, as well as cooked a delicious dinner in the villa for us one night. She made the check out easy with very little work to be done on our part. She also provided great recommendations to restaurants in Vico Equense. We easily walked up to Vico or down to the beach every day (yes, it was a climb-my parents used the longer road, which was still uphill but less rocky than the stairs). And the town was perfectly not touristy and charming.

Photos do not do this home justice! What an amazing surprise when we arrived. Room enough for 8 adults, the view was just amazing, location was awesome. The drive way was a bit tricky but manageable at a slow speed. Pirluigi was an absolutely amazing host & the private boat trip he arranged was an absolute highlight for everyone.

Highly recommend this property! It was clean, bright, and the AC worked *very* well. We were a group of 8 women and had plenty of space, and we felt very safe at this home, as well as in Vico Equense. Our host, Pierluigi, was very helpful and had good communication - he helped us arrange car transportation to/from Rome and Naples airport, so it was easy to get to the villa. The views from the home are gorgeous - view of the sea from the patio, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the lovely beach - you go down several dozen stone stairs, and it's a stone beach, so bring your walking sandals / water shoes. The beach is free, but you can rent chairs / umbrellas and it has a small cafe. Near the beach are several oceanside restaurants and the port - highly recommend the boat tour to nearby Positano and Amalfi (ask host!). Vico Equense is a very nice (not touristy) town - it is another 7-10 minute walk *up* several dozen stone stairs, with restaurants, shops, and gelato. You must do the private chef's dinner - Maria Cristina is a wonderful cook! We had a fantastic time eating on the patio at sunset.

We spent a week here in August ( we should have been a party of 8 but we were only 3 !) The house is lovely, spacious, cool , and well equipped with a beautiful terrace .We enjoyed an amazing boat trip to Positano & Capri captained by Giuseppe who was very nice & helpful and we did a trip to Pompeii by train from Vico station ( very easy)The house is positioned well, up the steps to Vico restaurants and shops ( a very good bakery just at the top of the steps for fresh bread & pastries) and down the steps to the beach and harbour area. ( A good work out !)The lovely Cristina checked us in & out and cooked us a delicious dinner one night, which we had on the terrace. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you !

There was plenty of space for 3 couples to spread out in the home, and in the outside sitting areas. We took advantage of the spacious kitchen, and it had all we needed to put together easy meals. We enjoyed being able to walk down the steps to the beach, and up the steps to the town. Cristina was a very helpful and accommodating host. She helped us with rides from the train station and we enjoyed the meal she prepared for us - there was so much delicious food! The van driver and tour of the Amalfi coast was excellent and we hightly recommend hiring a driver rather than driving as a tourist. Vico Equense is a few train stops from Sorrento, and we decided that we preferred Vico to Sorrento. The town was just the right size with enough restaurants and food places, and small enough that we could easily walk wherever we wanted to go. We thouroughly enjoyed our 6 days at Vico Equense.

This villa had beautiful terraces and plenty of space for our group of 6 friends. The views were gorgeous, the propery was clean and the location was great with about a 15 min walk to the train station and a short commute into Sorrento. The stairs up from the property, as beautiful as they are, were a beast... especially in the rain. So, if you aren't up for the challenge, take the driveway up to the main road, it's much easier. I recommend that you take advantage of the added experiencees the host offers. They ended up being some of our biggest highlights of our 2 weeks in Italy. Marica's chef dinner experience our first night was so delicious, and made my husbands birthday celebration extra special. Be sure to add on the day trip to Pompeii and Napoli. Our driver, "Super Mario" was all that! He had a fantastic itinerary ready for us, and even took us to a very special and unexpected spot for lunch which made our tour next level! Our hosts, Pierluigi and Marica were fantastic with excellent communication and top notch hospitality. Marica even handled ordering in food for our group one night. They made our stay easy, comfotable and feel very exclusive! We will definitely be back for another visit and stay at this amazing villa again!

The house is beautiful and meticulously clean. The location is a short walk to the town center or the beach via stairs. Town has great food and smaller shops which we liked vs the touristy souvenir shops you will find in larger areas. Do not pass up the opportunity to have Christina cook you a meal at home! It was the best food we had on our entire journey. Christina was incredibly attentive for our entire stay. She responded immediately to any questions. I’ve never seen hosts of this caliber. It was like we had a personal concierge during our stay. We rented a boat/captain for a day trip around the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast which was a great experience and highly recommend. We would stay here again - hopefully we will have another opportunity! Highly recommended!

The property is spacious, clean and offers gorgeous views of the sea! The owner and property manager were incredibly attentive and helpful in arranging excursions. We had an incredible time using this home as our base for 5 days. One thing that wasn’t clear to me on the listing was that the fourth bedroom was detached from the rest of the house- it worked for our group, but a couple of years ago when my kids were younger it would have been an issue. You will not be disappointed by this home!

The town of Vico Equense and Beach are about a five-minute walk with grocery stores and many restaurants but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in this area.
We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Front Villa. The views were great. The Villa was clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the patio area in the afternoons. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in coordinating transportation. She even helped us with a pizza dinner delivered to the Villa. The town of Vico Equense and Beach are about a five-minute walk with grocery stores and many restaurants but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in this area.

The villa is lovely with an incredible view over the bay of Naples. The villa was spotless and Christina was so helpful and kind. To be honest she made the stay incredible, helping with check in, providing lots of recommendations and advice during the stay and also being totally flexible at check out so we could spend the last day by the beach before a late flight.

I’ve been trying to decide how to put into words how great this property is. It is a beautiful and roomy villa with a lemon-filled terrace that faces sunset over Mount Vesuvius every night; had ample room for our family of six, which included teenagers and senior citizens; and was clean and comfortable, perhaps providing the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, but it is so much more than that. The owner Pierluigi helped us plan our entire vacation. He organized dinners for us, drivers who picked us up each morning, and recommended sights and restaurants. The pasta-making experience that he organized was perhaps our favorite day of the trip. Not an informal tour with 20 strangers, but an intimate and unique private afternoon in his parents’ home eating and drinking delicious food and wine, and touring their beautiful gardens filled with every food and spice imaginable. Every suggestion he made was a great one, and he and his contacts went out of their way to assist in things through the 8 days we spent there. Christina checked us in and out, as well as cooked a delicious dinner in the villa for us one night. She made the check out easy with very little work to be done on our part. She also provided great recommendations to restaurants in Vico Equense. We easily walked up to Vico or down to the beach every day (yes, it was a climb-my parents used the longer road, which was still uphill but less rocky than the stairs). And the town was perfectly not touristy and charming.

Highly recommend this property! It was clean, bright, and the AC worked *very* well. We were a group of 8 women and had plenty of space, and we felt very safe at this home, as well as in Vico Equense. Our host, Pierluigi, was very helpful and had good communication - he helped us arrange car transportation to/from Rome and Naples airport, so it was easy to get to the villa. The views from the home are gorgeous - view of the sea from the patio, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the lovely beach - you go down several dozen stone stairs, and it's a stone beach, so bring your walking sandals / water shoes. The beach is free, but you can rent chairs / umbrellas and it has a small cafe. Near the beach are several oceanside restaurants and the port - highly recommend the boat tour to nearby Positano and Amalfi (ask host!). Vico Equense is a very nice (not touristy) town - it is another 7-10 minute walk *up* several dozen stone stairs, with restaurants, shops, and gelato. You must do the private chef's dinner - Maria Cristina is a wonderful cook! We had a fantastic time eating on the patio at sunset.

This villa had beautiful terraces and plenty of space for our group of 6 friends. The views were gorgeous, the propery was clean and the location was great with about a 15 min walk to the train station and a short commute into Sorrento. The stairs up from the property, as beautiful as they are, were a beast... especially in the rain. So, if you aren't up for the challenge, take the driveway up to the main road, it's much easier. I recommend that you take advantage of the added experiencees the host offers. They ended up being some of our biggest highlights of our 2 weeks in Italy. Marica's chef dinner experience our first night was so delicious, and made my husbands birthday celebration extra special. Be sure to add on the day trip to Pompeii and Napoli. Our driver, "Super Mario" was all that! He had a fantastic itinerary ready for us, and even took us to a very special and unexpected spot for lunch which made our tour next level! Our hosts, Pierluigi and Marica were fantastic with excellent communication and top notch hospitality. Marica even handled ordering in food for our group one night. They made our stay easy, comfotable and feel very exclusive! We will definitely be back for another visit and stay at this amazing villa again!

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful spot exactly as described. The villa was immaculate. There are a lot of steps to get to the beach or the town. Worth knowing if you have more frail members of the party. Cristina could not have been more helpful and her cooking is fantastic. Would definitely recommend her cooking for you!

We loved our stay at Pierluigi and Mariacristinas home. The views upon arrival were breathtaking and we were met at the front gates by the warm, and beautiful Cristina who introduced us to all the amenities and gave a thorough explanation of all the area had to offer. We also hired Cristina to cook our meal for our first night which I highly recommend as she is an amazing chef) this was so relaxing because we didn’t have to worry about groceries the first night. The meal was so amazing and every bite delicious. The beach is down several flights of stairs and was a welcome end to a hot day taking a dip in the refreshing ocean. The town is up a longer set of stairs but it only took us five minutes to climb them. It’s a good cardio workout and might take you longer if you have mobility issues. The town was lovely and quaint. Groceries were about a 15 minute walk from the house. Coffee shops, gelato and clothing stores were all within close range. The kitchen is beautifully stocked. Full set of stainless steel pots and dishes etc which is lovely to have as we cooked often. The air conditioning worked beautifully and we only needed to turn it on for a short time and our rooms were lovely and cool.Cristina who manages the property was immensely helpful and available for all our queries. Pierluigi was very helpful with car services and info. Only small set back is we found the mattresses to firm, otherwise loved our stay.

My family of seven stayed here in mid-October. The host, Cristina, was very proactive and communicative and eager to help us define our plans while in the area. The size of the villa is great with an expansive patio overlooking the water and nearby small towns. Everything is gated and felt safe. It was an easy walk down steps to the Seiano harbor/ferry, which we took directly to Capri one day. Getting to and from the town of Vico Equense was a bit more challenging with a lot of steep stairs that some in our party had to take slowly. However, the town was charming. Cristina arranged for a private transfer from Napoli train station, as well as a private transfer to Pompeii with a guided tour just for our family, and then continuing all the way to Rome. This is the way to go for a group traveling with luggage, and made the experience of getting to and from the villa very relaxing. Both drivers, Marco and Pasquale, were friendly, professional, and fun. We also booked an all-day trip to the Amalfi coast--Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello--with Marco. We had a large van and enjoyed being able to see the coast this way. The restaurant for lunch outside of Amalfi had good views, but was overpriced and the sever was not friendly, so if you go this route, you may want to identify a restaurant of your choosing to stop at. That said, the experience with everyone associated with the villa, and the villa itself, was excellent.

The property is spacious, clean and offers gorgeous views of the sea! The owner and property manager were incredibly attentive and helpful in arranging excursions. We had an incredible time using this home as our base for 5 days. One thing that wasn’t clear to me on the listing was that the fourth bedroom was detached from the rest of the house- it worked for our group, but a couple of years ago when my kids were younger it would have been an issue. You will not be disappointed by this home!

From the beauty of the house, the perfect location and the wonderful and caring attention of our hostess, Christina, every minute of our stay was exceptional. We spent a week here in August ( we should have been a party of 8 but we were only 3 !) The house is lovely, spacious, cool , and well equipped with a beautiful terrace .We enjoyed an amazing boat trip to Positano & Capri captained by Giuseppe who was very nice & helpful and we did a trip to Pompeii by train from Vico station ( very easy)The house is positioned well, up the steps to Vico restaurants and shops ( a very good bakery just at the top of the steps for fresh bread & pastries) and down the steps to the beach and harbour area. ( A good work out !)The lovely Cristina checked us in & out and cooked us a delicious dinner one night, which we had on the terrace. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you !

This place is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria Christina and Peruluigi villa. We booked this place a year ago and the hosts were so helpful, planning our tours and arranging transportation to the airport. From the moment we arrive, Christina was attentive to all of our needs and was very responsive. She made us a lovely dinner at the villa after a day in Capri. This place is a ten minute walk to town. Lots of stairs to climb, but we knew this before booking. During our visit, there was a pizza festival. So much fun with live music. Love Vico Equense!

The house is beautiful and meticulously clean. The location is a short walk to the town center or the beach via stairs. Town has great food and smaller shops which we liked vs the touristy souvenir shops you will find in larger areas. Do not pass up the opportunity to have Christina cook you a meal at home! It was the best food we had on our entire journey. Christina was incredibly attentive for our entire stay. She responded immediately to any questions. I’ve never seen hosts of this caliber. It was like we had a personal concierge during our stay. We rented a boat/captain for a day trip around the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast which was a great experience and highly recommend. We would stay here again - hopefully we will have another opportunity! Highly recommended!

Town has great food and smaller shops which we liked vs the touristy souvenir shops you will find in larger areas. Do not pass up the opportunity to have Christina cook you a meal at home! It was the best food we had on our entire journey. Christina was incredibly attentive for our entire stay. She responded immediately to any questions. I’ve never seen hosts of this caliber. It was like we had a personal concierge during our stay. We rented a boat/captain for a day trip around the Sorrento and Amalfi Coast which was a great experience and highly recommend. We would stay here again - hopefully we will have another opportunity! Highly recommended!

My family of seven stayed here in mid-October. The host, Cristina, was very proactive and communicative and eager to help us define our plans while in the area. The size of the villa is great with an expansive patio overlooking the water and nearby small towns. Everything is gated and felt safe. It was an easy walk down steps to the Seiano harbor/ferry, which we took directly to Capri one day. Getting to and from the town of Vico Equense was a bit more challenging with a lot of steep stairs that some in our party had to take slowly. However, the town was charming. Cristina arranged for a private transfer from Napoli train station, as well as a private transfer to Pompeii with a guided tour just for our family, and then continuing all the way to Rome. This is the way to go for a group traveling with luggage, and made the experience of getting to and from the villa very relaxing. Both drivers, Marco and Pasquale, were friendly, professional, and fun. We also booked an all-day trip to the Amalfi coast--Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello--with Marco. We had a large van and enjoyed being able to see the coast this way. The restaurant for lunch outside of Amalfi had good views, but was overpriced and the sever was not friendly, so if you go this route, you may want to identify a restaurant of your choosing to stop at. That said, the experience with everyone associated with the villa, and the villa itself, was excellent.

The villa is lovely with an incredible view over the bay of Naples. The villa was spotless and Christina was so helpful and kind. To be honest she made the stay incredible, helping with check in, providing lots of recommendations and advice during the stay and also being totally flexible at check out so we could spend the last day by the beach before a late flight.

We loved our stay at this property in Vico Equense. There were seven of us, and the layout was perfect! Pierluigi and Cristina were incredibly helpful and responsive. Pierluigi arranged a fantastic boat tour of the coast for us, as well as transportation to and from Naples and Sorrento. Cristina was wonderful too—she prepared our first meal in Vico, which turned out to be our favorite meal in Italy. Don’t miss out on this—she is an amazing cook, and it was so welcoming to have a home-cooked, authentic Italian meal after a long day of travel. Highly recommend this property! It was clean, bright, and the AC worked *very* well. We were a group of 8 women and had plenty of space, and we felt very safe at this home, as well as in Vico Equense. Our host, Pierluigi, was very helpful and had good communication - he helped us arrange car transportation to/from Rome and Naples airport, so it was easy to get to the villa. The views from the home are gorgeous - view of the sea from the patio, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the lovely beach - you go down several dozen stone stairs, and it's a stone beach, so bring your walking sandals / water shoes. The beach is free, but you can rent chairs / umbrellas and it has a small cafe. Near the beach are several oceanside restaurants and the port - highly recommend the boat tour to nearby Positano and Amalfi (ask host!). Vico Equense is a very nice (not touristy) town - it is another 7-10 minute walk *up* several dozen stone stairs, with restaurants, shops, and gelato. You must do the private chef's dinner - Maria Cristina is a wonderful cook! We had a fantastic time eating on the patio at sunset.

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful spot exactly as described. The villa was immaculate. There are a lot of steps to get to the beach or the town. Worth knowing if you have more frail members of the party. Cristina could not have been more helpful and her cooking is fantastic. Would definitely recommend her cooking for you!

This place is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria Christina and Peruluigi villa. We booked this place a year ago and the hosts were so helpful, planning our tours and arranging transportation to the airport. From the moment we arrive, Christina was attentive to all of our needs and was very responsive. She made us a lovely dinner at the villa after a day in Capri. This place is a ten minute walk to town. Lots of stairs to climb, but we knew this before booking. During our visit, there was a pizza festival. So much fun with live music. Love Vico Equense!

Cristina greeted us and helped us get acquainted with the property. The view and property is exactly as depicted in listing. We loved the patio. The home is well stocked except for beach towels and washcloths. Be aware all villas on Vico Equense and Amalfi Coast with beautiful views require walking on cobblestone stairs several flights to reach the villa. We didn’t have any challenges. Cristina is very responsive and helpful. We loved our boat tour to Capri and because we rented a vehicle we drove all around the Amalfi Coast. The wine tasting and limoncello experience with Limone tour was fun! Shopping, beach, marina, restaurants, churches, are all close by the villa. We enjoyed our trip!

This house has an amazing location. You can walk to the beach or the town via the stairs. It is also a great jumping off point for visiting Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, etc. We used the host to book a dinner, transportation to Rome/Pompeii, and a van tour of the Amalfi Coast. It was amazing. Cristina and Pierluigi were very responsive. We were two familes of four with teenage kids. The house was great for everyone! The views are spectacular and we all really appreciated air conditioning at night. I highly recommend the house.

From the beauty of the house, the perfect location and the wonderful and caring attention of our hostess, Christina, every minute of our stay was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Front Villa. The views were great. The Villa was clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the patio area in the afternoons. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in coordinating transportation. She even helped us with a pizza dinner delivered to the Villa. The town of Vico Equense and Beach are about a five-minute walk with grocery stores and many restaurants but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in this area.

We spent a week here in August ( we should have been a party of 8 but we were only 3 !) The house is lovely, spacious, cool , and well equipped with a beautiful terrace .We enjoyed an amazing boat trip to Positano & Capri captained by Giuseppe who was very nice & helpful and we did a trip to Pompeii by train from Vico station ( very easy)The house is positioned well, up the steps to Vico restaurants and shops ( a very good bakery just at the top of the steps for fresh bread & pastries) and down the steps to the beach and harbour area. ( A good work out !)The lovely Cristina checked us in & out and cooked us a delicious dinner one night, which we had on the terrace. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you !

There was plenty of space for 3 couples to spread out in the home, and in the outside sitting areas. We took advantage of the spacious kitchen, and it had all we needed to put together easy meals. We enjoyed being able to walk down the steps to the beach, and up the steps to the town. Cristina was a very helpful and accommodating host. She helped us with rides from the train station and we enjoyed the meal she prepared for us - there was so much delicious food! The van driver and tour of the Amalfi coast was excellent and we hightly recommend hiring a driver rather than driving as a tourist. Vico Equense is a few train stops from Sorrento, and we decided that we preferred Vico to Sorrento. The town was just the right size with enough restaurants and food places, and small enough that we could easily walk wherever we wanted to go. We thouroughly enjoyed our 6 days at Vico Equense.

It's at the bottom of a windy hill, so getting down is a bit tricky, but ok with small car or if being driven. Steep walk up to main road or down to beach, but to be expected on the Sorrento coast, just be aware if anyone has mobility issues. About a 15min walk to train station, great location. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again any time!

Our stay in Vico was better than we could have dreamed. Prior to our trip, Pierluigi and MariaCristina provided so much information on things to do in the area and responded extremely quickly to all of our questions! We travelled with three couples plus one teenager and this home was perfect for our needs. The patio overlooking the water was our favorite spot in the evenings and in the mornings. Every experience recommended by our hosts were top notch -- private boat trip to Capri, in-villa dinner prepared by Cristina (chef's kiss delicious), driver arranged for tour of Amalfi Coast, driver to Pompei, in-villa lemincello lesson and tasting and on our final night a pasta class at the beautiful Monticelli Mansion! Checking in and out was easy...home was very clean. We stayed during very hot weather and air con unit located in every bedroom. Location is so beautiful - be prepared for walking to the town of Vico (lots of great shops and restaurants!) or otherwise highly recommend the driver pre-arranged by Pierluigi...we hope to visit again! Our stay at the villa was exceptional. The breathtaking views, prime location, and easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants and activities all contributed to a memorable experience. While these aspects were all meaningful to us, what truly set our stay apart was Cristina.Cristina’s warmth, attentiveness, accessibility, and professionalism went far beyond our expectations. She made us feel welcome, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived.After reading glowing reviews about the in-home chef experience and cooking class, we decided to book both—and they ended up being the highlights of our entire trip. Cristina and her son Giuseppe prepared a phenomenal meal, and the pasta-making class was equally unforgettable. It was fun, informative, set in a beautiful environment, and together we created one of the best meals of our visit.Pierluigi and his team played a vital role in our experience. From the well-stocked villa to seamless services like transportation, excursion planning, and personalized recommendations, everything was handled with thought and care.Getting around Italy can be challenging. Cristina was a wonderful host. Our group requested a dinner during our visit. Cristina was our hostess and chef. The dinner was delicious. The apartment was clean and comfortable with outstanding sea views. We would stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Front Villa. The views were great. The Villa was clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the patio area in the afternoons. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in coordinating transportation. She even helped us with a pizza dinner delivered to the Villa. The town of Vico Equense and Beach are about a five-minute walk with grocery stores and many restaurants but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. I would highly recommend this Villa for your stay in this area.
We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Front Villa. The views were great. The Villa was clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the patio area in the afternoons. We loved our stay at this property in Vico Equense. There were seven of us, and the layout was perfect! Pierluigi and Cristina were incredibly helpful and responsive. Pierluigi arranged a fantastic boat tour of the coast for us, as well as transportation to and from Naples and Sorrento. Cristina was wonderful too—she prepared our first meal in Vico, which turned out to be our favorite meal in Italy. Don’t miss out on this—she is an amazing cook, and it was so welcoming to have a home-cooked, authentic Italian meal after a long day of travel. Cristina also drove a few of us to and from Vico and Sorrento. She was always so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the house, and we fell in love with the community—a quiet town with breathtaking views. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. I can't recommend this home enough!

Highly recommend this property! It was clean, bright, and the AC worked *very* well. We were a group of 8 women and had plenty of space, and we felt very safe at this home, as well as in Vico Equense. Our host, Pierluigi, was very helpful and had good communication - he helped us arrange car transportation to/from Rome and Naples airport, so it was easy to get to the villa. The views from the home are gorgeous - view of the sea from the patio, living room, and 2 of the bedrooms. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the lovely beach - you go down several dozen stone stairs, and it's a stone beach, so bring your walking sandals / water shoes. The beach is free, but you can rent chairs / umbrellas and it has a small cafe. Near the beach are several oceanside restaurants and the port - highly recommend the boat tour to nearby Positano and Amalfi (ask host!). Vico Equense is a very nice (not touristy) town - it is another 7-10 minute walk *up* several dozen stone stairs, with restaurants, shops, and gelato. You must do the private chef's dinner - Maria Cristina is a wonderful cook! We had a fantastic time eating on the patio at sunset.

We spent a week here in August ( we should have been a party of 8 but we were only 3 !) The house is lovely, spacious, cool , and well equipped with a beautiful terrace .We enjoyed an amazing boat trip to Positano & Capri captained by Giuseppe who was very nice & helpful and we did a trip to Pompeii by train from Vico station ( very easy)The house is positioned well, up the steps to Vico restaurants and shops ( a very good bakery just at the top of the steps for fresh bread & pastries) and down the steps to the beach and harbour area. ( A good work out !)The lovely Cristina checked us in & out and cooked us a delicious dinner one night, which we had on the terrace. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thank you !

This was the best part of our stay in Italy! The home was spacious and beautifully located to the train and steps away from the beach. Cristina made us dinner one night and it was honestly the best meal I had in Italy. It was truly a magical stay. I adored the small city and the people couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We will be back to their home again. It was a FIVE STAR STAY. 🏡

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful spot exactly as described. The villa was immaculate. There are a lot of steps to get to the beach or the town. Worth knowing if you have more frail members of the party. Cristina could not have been more helpful and her cooking is fantastic. Would definitely recommend her cooking for you!

Gorgeous view, unobstructed. Breath taking !We did not cook a meal there , as there is so many absolutely fabulous places to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed. Stocked & spacious.

We were even more impressed with the property once we arrived. We were two couples and a young adult daughter. She had her own private space, private entrance and bathroom. The couple’s each had their own rooms and bathrooms with the 4th bedroom used for our storage and laundry. They organized and cooked our dinner the first night right after we arrived and we ate out on the terrace to a beautiful sunset on the water. The hosts offered to get groceries for the house or take us to the supermarket so we could get some supplies. They organized our trips to and from Rome, an Amalfi coast van tour and even helped us order pizza for delivery one night. I have never had more responsive hosts. For us this was the perfect location as a base camp to experience Italy! I cannot recommend enough.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this great home. The host was fantastic and helped out with many small details and information for visitors to the area. We chose to have the host make a traditional meal for us in the home, it was fantastic! Will stay again.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. Cristina was FANTASTIC. She had great advice for things to do and was always quick to respond to our questions! She helped arrange a car for us on a few occasions, and our driver, Oleg, was also wonderful. FYI - If you have a hard time with walking/climbing steps the location may be a little tough. But still highly recommend.
