Quaint hotel. We really liked the space. It was a great location--very quiet but close to the park and the Prado Museum. Our room had bunk beds which made it perfect for our family of four. The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom had a really off-putting musty smell. It made me question the cleanliness. It might have just been the room we were in. Overall it was a good stay.

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación era muy amplia aunque de 4 noches que estuvimos 2 tuvimos olor a caño en el cuarto, trataron de arreglarlo y no quedó. El hotel muy amable pero al final ni lo solucionaron y no ofrecieron ningún rembolso por este inconveniente.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room were a great option for us. The place could be spruced up a bit and the bunk bed we had squeaked a lot. Also, the underside of the main bed does not look like it has seen a vacuum in quite a while. The location and cost we perfect for us!

An excellent hotel in a brilliant location next to Retiro park. The hotel staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast has a great buffet with several options including asking the staff for cooked options. The room was extremely clean and was always made up well by the staff with fresh coffee and water. The only downside was sometimes it was noisy, but this was mainly due to building work in the area which was not the fault of the hotel.

Too basic rooms even though the building itself is very nice. Spartan decoration and not the best beds. Air conditioning was NOT provided given that it’s not turned on until mid April bcs of hotel polices. But my stay was late March and some days are already warm, so I couldn’t have a good rest because the room was warm and opening windows imply the room gets lots of light.

Overall this is a good hotel and the staff is friendly. We chose a room with a bunk bed but It was impossible to climb the top bed. The ladder had very thin metal steps and that hurts your feet too much if you are an adult. We had to move the mattress to the floor. So if you rent one of these rooms, be aware it only works for kids

Siempre me ha gustado la cadena de estos hoteles ya que están muy cerca del parque del retiro, el personal super amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Y caminando llegas a todos lados. Lo único malo fue que nos tocó que están remodelando o construyendo y se escuchaba desde muy temprano o en la tarde. Pero, la verdad, me encanta este lugar!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with our stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. From the first second we entered Jose on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding especially with the help of Gabriel and Maria looking after us for our 5 days. Lovely friendly staff and nothing was too much for them. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Todo el personal muy amable y atento, aso como nos apoyo a la enterega anticipada de nuestra habitacion en la medida de sus posibilidades, lo cual fue muy bueno ya que nuestro vuelo habia llegado muy temprano. La ubicacion es excelente para moverse a los puntos de interes.

It's located in an unbeatable area of Madrid. Very accessible yet quiet. One block from the Prado Museum. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. We've stayed at other hotels in Madrid, but this one is definitely our favorite.

El hotel muy bien ubicado para turistas, atención al cliente muy buena, el cuarto limpio y confortable, con parking en la calle frente al hotel durante la noche y lo mejor el desayuno buffet atendido por Virginia fue excelente .

The staff were really friendly and helped with every question. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The listing states it has a restaurant but this is actually not true, there is an area for breakfast but they don't serve lunch or dinner. However a great little tapas restaurant is around the corner

My husband and I were extremely impressed with our stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza. From the first second we entered Jose on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding especially with the help of Gabriel and Maria looking after us for our 5 days. Lovely friendly staff and nothing was too much for them. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Para mi precio calidad este es el mejor hotel en Madrid. Es fácil, la atencion es fabulosa, la ubicación es perfecta. Y el desayuno es el mejor, sobretodo la atencion del personal de desayunos. No recuerdo el nombre de la señora que nos atendía pero su atencion es perfecta.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! The room w/terrace was very nice. The location of the hotel is ideal and in an upscale neighborhood. This provided a somewhat peaceful environment but just a few blocks walk to the busy streets of Madrid. Unfortunately, the hot summer days are too much for the hotels air conditioning and the rooms are quite warm (even at night). Thankfully, upon request, the staff provided a fan for our room and the heat was bearable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Only critique is the room furniture needs updating since its IKEA type that hasn’t held up to constant use by travelers.

Hotel has excellent location on the beach and conveniently located to the old town with many restaurants. Our Room was good size with comfortable bed and plenty of hangers and shelves for clothes. Bathroom was luxurious. Our room did not have coffee maker, however when we asked for one, it was delivered to our room promptly. The quality of the coffee maker could be better. Reception staff was very helpful and provided excellent service.

Madrid is an amazing place. We loved it. We didn’t have a lot of expectations of this hotel chain, booked it from the ratings. Yet it exceeded our expectations from the locations, 5 minutes from Retiro Park, Prado museums and public transportation to very kindhearted staffs. The room is spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The lobby has thoughtful designed elevator for heavy luggage, so no luggage needed to climb the stairs. The first one we ever seen since traveled for 9 months in Europe. The breakfast had so much delicious and high quality items offered with very reasonable priced. Overall, this hotel offered high quality with good prices. We would book it again the next time we would be in Madrid!

Sin duda se convirtió en nuestro hotel favorito en Madrid, no solo por ubicación y que todo esta muy bien. Lo que hace la diferencia es su personal, en nuestro caso nos atendieron Nico, Carlos, Cristina y Fabiola (de los que recordamos) pero el personal de restaurante, de limpieza TODOS te hacen sentir como en casa a humanos y a perros jaja Muchas gracias
