Décevant ! Nous n'avions pas reçu les codes pour le check in tardif. Personnel non accueillant, chambre sale non nettoyée, cuisine non fonctionnelle cuisinière d'un autre temps ; Cafards dans l'hôtel ! Seul l'emplacement vaut de séjourner dans cet établissement car très bien situé.

As someone who travels frequently and relies heavily on accurate listings, I was disappointed by my experience here. The location itself was excellent. The woman working in the office-was genuinely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I must've mistakenly booked a room that I swore advertised a pool and beach view, but it turns out that listing must have belonged to a different hotel. Because of that, we chose not to stay. Even if the listing had been correct, the condition of the property made the decision easy-the hotel was extremely dirty and in clear need of serious upkeep. What's most frustrating is that despite not staying, the hotel refused to issue a refund. They insisted that I "did not see what I saw" online, which is both dismissive and unprofessional. For a place in such rundown condition, keeping a guest's money under those circumstances is unacceptable. A reputable establishment would never operate that way. Mind you the woman and the desk told me I would only be charged for the first night if I decided not to stay. Nice location-but the property itself and the management's refusal to do right by their guests make this a place I cannot recommend. They ought to be ashamed of conducting business like that.
