We had cockroaches in our room. Service was terrible. We booked it for 6 people and only got towels and blankets for 2. We asked multiple times and still never got it. Onsite laundry was broken. And the room was dirty.

The property is very old and the elevator was broken the whole stay , we had to carry 50lb of luggage up three flights of stairs , I send an email to the head office in they never respond on a partial refund or an accommodation for our stay . Therefore this was totally unacceptable. I still haven’t spoke to anyone yet and Expedia didn’t accommodate me as well in I’m a platinum member.

The elevator has not been operational for a long time. I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of steps. The trash cans were full of trash on all 3 floors. This was a bad experience!

Property is old. We found some cockroach. Kitchen sink was loose and kitchen smell like roaches. Other than that the room accommodated all 6 of us. Would be better if the coach was a full size pullout bed. The bathroom was nice looks like it was newly remodeled. Perfect place to stay location wise. Only a few mins walk to the beach. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but the property manager came by quickly to give them to us and made sure we had everything else we needed. We were in the 3rd floor so it didn’t really hear any loud music it sounds. Overall I would say the place was okay. I do would like to recommend the door have a peep hole so you can see who’s knocking on the door. Also, our room did not have a deadbolt. Would be nice if we can lock the door from the inside.

Property was definitely not clean, maybe one of the dirtiest ones we’ve ever stayed and we travel quiet a lot. Floor was so dirty that we couldn’t take the shoes off (we learned it the hard way by already walking barefoot). Location is perfect, the rest was okay. Except the cleanliness and AC that was super noisy.

The location is ideal, however the condition of the room and building are atrocious. I killed multiple roaches in the room. The bed was unstable, so I pull up the mattress to find the bed frame was broken and the mattress was disgustingly filthy and severely stained. The building has an unpleasant stench and the elevator is not any better. I definitely will not revisit. You get what you pay for.

- There were many many bugs in the room. I was horrified to notice this morning what I ve slept next to. The bugs were everywhere, some got into my stuff. - The shower was not draining properly. The water stayed stagnant after using it. It was disgusting to use after that. - The smell of tobacco was very strong. It iritated my respiratory system and I m still coughing because of that. After communicating these issues to the front desk, they started on the process of room changing. But after feeling that the rash I got today, kept worsening I preferred leaving the hotel for my health. And 3 weeks later, i m still waiting for a full refund.

I have so many videos of the filth in this place. The staff got 2 stars only be as they responded promptly but still did nothing to help my issues. I really deserve a full refund for the troubles and trauma. I will be posting pictures and videos of the dirt, stains, bugs in sinks, table, microwave and shower.

The property is in walking distance to the beach , restaurants and public transportation. It was clean. However, the rooms do not look as shown in the pictures. The bed almost broke down when you sit on it, it is quite dark in the room and the toilet had a padded seat which was quite disgusting in my opinion. Additionally, we had some problems with check in as we did not get the access code in time. All in all, a good place to stay for a few days in Miami but nothing special.

The hotel is in an excellent location. However, I had booked a room online with balcony. But when I arrived there was no balcony. The room looked nothing like the picture. There was no one at the front desk for the entire 4 day stay. So there was no service available. There were lots of roaches in the room. I stayed at room 308. And there was no one to speak to. There was absolutely one to assist with general concierge service you would expect at a hotel. Essentially in your own.

Stayed in one of the rooms at the front, I understand it’s on a busy street, but a couple new windows and a door would go a LONG way, can hear every bit of noise all hours of the day and night, got no sleep while here because of that. Place is in average condition, beds, tables and decorations are new and modern, but there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail on the structure its self. The elevator also didn’t work, so carry bags up three flights of stairs was not fun. If your someone who likes to part my until 3-4 am this might not be an issue, but if you want sleep, bring earplugs.

BEWARE: The pictures on Expedia are NOTHING like the actual room you will get. Not even close, it would be laughable if it wasn’t so horrible. The room was was “clean” in that the bed was made and there were towels, but the room itself seemed to be rotting and was disgusting to be in. Paint peeling everywhere, gunk all over the shower. The walls/doors are the most NOT soundproof I’ve honestly ever experienced. Every night, both my boyfriend and I were woken up multiple times throughout the night to drunk people stumbling around and yelling. This place is an absolute dump. It’s in a somewhat convenient location, but that is the singular position thing I have to say about it. Additionally, don’t plan on getting beach chairs. Their website claims to have a partnership with “Esteban’s Place”. The front desk lady gave us the address and we walked a mile down the beach to get there, and the people working said that they have no affiliation with Miami International by Lowkl and that there were multiple people before us claiming the same thing (who they also had to turn away). Don’t bother saving a few bucks coming here.

If you are looking to sleep at all, run from this accommodation. You are practically sleeping in the nightclub next door. For $300 a night there should be windows that close from the noise and bugs, shattered windows that don’t look like bullets hit them and an elevator that works. The only nice thing I can say is it’s within walking distance to the beach, but even that is a half mile away. There aren’t enough characters in this review body to explain how awful this is.

The hotel is pretty standard but the price is right. However there person less entry after hours wasn't great. Our door code didn't work and we had to stand in the hallway for 30 minutes until the guy came and got us in a room. But their team was responsive to our needs. Other than that it was fine.

I’m glad I came across this property. I stayed here twice and both times the staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to keep our luggage in their holding area while we walked around South Beach. We were extremely tired from our flight and requested an early check in. They said they will call us as soon as our room was available, and she did! She texted us our room key and code to enter. We was very happy! The room was nice, bed super comfy. There’s a really good market across the street with great snacks and I received an amazing pedicure across the street as well. I’m definitely returning, we had no complaints it was a smooth check in and check out process.

Great stay with helpful staff and perfect location We had a great experience at Miami International Apartments by Lowkl. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We booked two rooms—one with a kitchen and two queen beds, and another with one queen bed. Both were clean and had all the basic amenities. Room service was available when requested, and the kitchen made it easy to cook during our stay. The location is excellent, just a 2 to 5 minute walk from the beach. The only issue we noticed was that the hot water in the shower wasn’t very warm. It was fine during summer, but it might be a problem in winter. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Miami.

Room service was available when requested, and the kitchen made it easy to cook during our stay. The location is excellent, just a 2 to 5 minute walk from the beach. The only issue we noticed was that the hot water in the shower wasn’t very warm. It was fine during summer, but it might be a problem in winter. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Miami.

This hotel was very noisy, the door keypads were not working each time we had to call to get in. Bathroom was smelling terrible could sleep the whole night. The mattress was not good enough to hold two person. Over all not worth. It was hard to find as well

Disgusting. We were so disappointed from the moment we walked in. Bugs on the lamps and dead bugs in the bathroom on the floor. They only have staff for a few hrs and she was late to help us. I didn’t receive the code to the building so we had to enter through a random bar after walking around the hotel multiple times. So disappointed with the staff. There was a broom in the room they wanted us to clean because they don’t hire staff. The lobby and elevator also smelt really bad.

Although the room was small and didnt have all the best amenities, the location was amazing. It was so close to the beach and was close to great restaurants and bars. Loved my trip here and would definitely return to this hotel.

No dining downstairs!!! No communal kitchen or anything as stated in the actual website review.. it's just a room with a few dishes with no way to wash them...lol except the bathroom. The vending machine area was a pop machine that took your money. No one site management....save your money go somewhere else....not a true hostel just an. Very expensive room that reeks of weed. Reported and was told by management and Expedia....to bad.

Not sure what happened. I searched for 3 star hotels and somehow this one popped into the list. I also selected a different hotel...but it booked this one. And it was non-refundable. So i was stuck. It was a nice 1-star at best. It was clean and conveniently located. However, there is a club behind it that plays music until almost 4am. The bed seemed like it was about to break. So, I got no sleep. Things to note if you stay here: you are on 11th street and the free lounge chairs are 6-7 blocks away. It will cost you $22 for a chair at Pride Beach, unless you want to walk 6-8 blocks away. But the azteca restaurant across the street is amazing!!!!!!

My friend and i stayed at Lowkl a couple weeks ago, and i will definitely be staying there again the next time I’m in south beach! It was clean, employees were friendly, in the center of all the restaurants and bars, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach!! It was perfect! There wasn’t a lot to park in so you would have to find street parking, but that didn’t bother us since we Ubered to and from the airport, otherwise we didn’t have to use a car to get to anywhere else!

This is a fabulous place to stay! The hotel is close to the beach (one block away) and has a great restaurant in front. They provide you with towels but do not do a towel exchange. In place of super pricey rooms you must wash your own towels. However, the washer and dryer are super cheap. The staff is exceptional and some of the nicest people I met in Miami!

Very awkward entrance. Does not have parking. You have to pay $40 per parking. The code didn't work when we came. We had to ask the cleaning lady to help us out. We received a txt that we have take care of the trash and any dishes. We just came here because our flight got canceled. The room size is fine. But its very loud here. Also the AC unit makes a loud noise. I wouldn't stay again here. On the pictures it shows the beach as a view. All that is a brick wall from another building. If you are a guest here you shouldn't be cleaning or getting the trash out. We paid $30 for service. Not as the pictures.

I didn’t feel safe to stay there at all. The doors wouldn’t lock properly. The room was hot. The bathroom door was so small I had to turn sideways to enter. I was very disappointed and disgusted. I had to sleep in my car that night.

As someone who travels frequently and relies heavily on accurate listings, I was disappointed by my experience here. The location itself was excellent. The woman working in the office-was genuinely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I must've mistakenly booked a room that I swore advertised a pool and beach view, but it turns out that listing must have belonged to a different hotel. Because of that, we chose not to stay. Even if the listing had been correct, the condition of the property made the decision easy-the hotel was extremely dirty and in clear need of serious upkeep. What's most frustrating is that despite not staying, the hotel refused to issue a refund. They insisted that I "did not see what I saw" online, which is both dismissive and unprofessional. For a place in such rundown condition, keeping a guest's money under those circumstances is unacceptable. A reputable establishment would never operate that way. Mind you the woman and the desk told me I would only be charged for the first night if I decided not to stay. Nice location-but the property itself and the management's refusal to do right by their guests make this a place I cannot recommend. They ought to be ashamed of conducting business like that.
