缺乏兒童遊戲室，以遊戲電動機，不過整體住宿環境優良，離Outlet很近

Everything was perfect, except for the swimming pool which was cold . The reason the swimming pool is empty is simply due to the fact it is too cold

房間很乾淨，也很大。有許多的遊樂設施，尤其是還可以有SPA，全家都很喜歡。 服務人員也很有效率，停車的位置也夠大，除酒店外也可以去遊樂場玩。

This resort is quite good and very spacious. As a family of four, we had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The amenities were also impressive. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee(pods)—a pleasant surprise, as these are usually not free in many other hotels—were available throughout the stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and a large, airy dining hall. Since we stayed on a weekday, there weren’t many other guests, so we could easily pick what we thought was the best table, with a beautiful view of the fountain in the front yard. In the afternoon, we spent some enjoyable time at the pool in the backyard. My sons had a lot of fun playing with water and water guns. While it’s not comparable to a water park in terms of attractions, it is still a great feature to have. Later, we bought discounted tickets to the amusement park, but unfortunately, we had to return them due to heavy rain. The lady at the counter was very understanding and processed the refund without any questions, even though the reason for returning the tickets was obvious. The parking lot, like everything else here, is spacious and conveniently located on the L1 floor. It's free until the evening on the day of checkout, which is another plus. Overall, we had a great experience. I hope we can return one day.

飯店接待人員親切，住客可以入住時買優惠門票，早餐餐點豐富，飯店有三溫暖兩天都可以泡湯，住客隔天退房後可以停放車輛到下午五點

這應該是去麗寶樂園的首選住宿，夏天玩水超近，購物中心用餐逛街也都很方便

唯一不方便的是製冰機不是每一層樓都有

This is a great resort, with a nice outdoor pool, indoor playhouse, plus a water park and outlet mall in 5 mins walk distance!

房間有異味, 衣物櫃裡灰塵很重, 床頭還留有前房客綁頭橡皮筋, 吧檯桌面黏呼呼, 浴室牆面很多黴斑.

The room is clean when you are not looking. But when you look, there is a layer of dust on the area i think the cleaner just dont bother to clean. And no vacuum either.

4人房入住，因有一位7個月的寶寶，飯店準備了圍欄，澡盆，消毒鍋，娃娃床，真的好貼心，地板是不藏圬的木地板，整體乾淨，最主要有雙廁所真棒，日後到台中玩一定再次來入住福容

隔音不好，帶小嬰兒去，會吵到隔壁，真的很不好意思。親子房是不是要加強隔音呢？其他方面都不錯

跟團體客人住在同一層樓，晚上10點-12點整層樓跟夜市ㄧ樣熱鬧，大聲喧嘩還呼口號（什麼同濟會）！請服務人員處理也說會跟他們勸導！但是ㄧ點效果也沒有，團體課繼續大聲說話喝酒！總共打了3通電話給櫃台要求處理燥音，但沒改善只能自認倒楣！房價高處理機置差👎

早餐沒有歐式雜糧麵包，稍微可惜些，呵呵 其他都很棒了
