The breakfast was good however, they needed to have some type of meat such as sausage or bacon. They need a designated parking area for buses. We had to park in the back because there was a bus taking up several parking spaces.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel last night after a long and tiring day at work. Unfortunately, our stay was the worst experience. We found no comfort whatsoever; the pillows on the bed were terrible, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, when I went to the bathroom in the morning to take a quick shower, there was no shampoo or body wash. My wife called reception to request some shampoo and body wash, and we waited 15 minutes, but nothing arrived. I was extremely upset when we left the hotel; it was a truly frustrating experience. After my experience at this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. It had a high rating and was advertised as a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. It's a very, very bad hotel, and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.
