작은 키친이 딸린 방으로 예약했는데 처음에 다른 방을 주셔서 얘기하였더니 바꿔주셨습니다. 리셉션은 매우 친절하고 유머러스 하십니다. 이틀동안 가든에서 와인도 마시고 정원도 감상했습니다. 정원이 정말 예쁩니다. 키친은 별로 청결하지 않아서 그게 약간 불만이었지만 잘 사용했습니다. 피렌체 관광지 방향으로 걷기도 괜찮고 버스 이용도 좋은 편입니다. 와이파이 표시가 된 신용카드로 버스 이용 가능합니다.

A break from the busy historic sites made our stay at the Cloris so wonderful. Gabriele was very helpful. His advice got us started on taking the public bus to offset the bit of extra distance from top sites. A kitchenette and a grocery store 5 minutes away was very convenient. The room was lovely. We stayed May 11 -20, 2025. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to decompress from busy sight seeing.

This is a lovely old home with a beautiful foyer and back garden. The "front desk" is only monitored in the morning so guests are pretty much on their own. The room was spacious. The windows are incredibly sound proof and I know this because we slept with the windows open our first night (not realizing we had air conditioning in the room) and the traffic noise was roaring in the morning. When I got up and shut the windows, it was remarkable the quiet! It was a bit of a walk to the Duomo and other historic spots but not too bad. We were in Florence in 35 degree heat - if the spring and fall, those walks would have been much more enjoyable. This felt like a residential neighborhood which we enjoyed but not too much action in the immediate area. All in all a lovely place to stay. ps - we had a car and were able to park in a safe lot around the corner from the hotel for 15 euros/night.

Je recommande un séjour au Relais Cortis. Personnel courtois, chambre spacieuse, cuisine, terrasse avec possibilité de réserver un espace de stationnement. On arrive à la Piazza del Duomo en 20 min. Si je reviens à Firenze c’est certain que j’y retourne.

Very clean and roomy. Comfy beds. Close to attractions. Nice service. Only thing I would say is its a bit far from the train station, so you may want to cab it. Would stay there again for sure.

First issue is mould in the bathroom, it’s simply not safe. The main issue was the a/c didn’t work I wasn’t able to sleep much at all. There’s no front desk at night so I messaged but after back and forth the building had switched to heaters due to the time of year and didn’t expect a warm week. The room actually heated instead of cooled. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The hotel manager simply told receptionist to ask me to write a complaint than speak to me. Forgetting the shower door was broken, in summary avoid this place.

The property is very secure. The staff very professional. I stay in the 1st floor and very time the closed the door was very loud. The room needs more detail cleaning like the sofa have stain and around the the toilet needs to be clean. The room was very specious and charming.

Found the room very big had so much room, and very clean . Staff were great. Walking distance to main centre about 20 minutes. Taxi ride to airport cost about £25. Definitely would stay here again .

Overall, 7/10. Check in was quick and very communicative with all the necessary info you will need. Bed was ok, pillows were a little soft. The biggest downsides where: a) the bathroom had a urine smell. When I inquired about this, I was told that since it was raining the pipes are a little old and don\'t always work. I was given a spray to help "freshen" things up. The spray did work, but I had to reapply twice a day. b) Shower is VERY tight. The entrance to the shower in my room was about half a foot away from the toilet - not the most pleasant experience. I enjoyed the service, but will not stay again. The city center is also fairly far away - about 20min by foot.

Stayed 3 nights while in Florence and absolutely loved Relais La Corte di Cloris. Staff were friendly and helpful, about a 15 minute walk from main city attractions. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The only downside was that our room was next to a rather busy street and we could hear traffic until around 23:00. Still managed to get some good sleep. Would definitely recommend!

The first time, we opened the room, it smelled musty. We saw ants crawling on the floor. We never get fresh towels. No water bottles or coffee replaced. The only good thing is the area is close by with tourists attractions

Our room was fantastic! It was large enough for each of us to unpack easily, and the bathroom was the largest we had during our 10 day trip. The shower was generously sized. Window had a nice view of the interior courtyard, and it was very quiet. I gave this a 4 and not a 5 because it is quite far from the touristy areas of Florence. If you don't mind that, then stay here!

Overall it was a good stay. The air conditioning did not work at all though, which led us to open windows which then led to dozens of mosquitos on the room because the windows do not have screens. Besides that the stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

This was a wonderful place for us! Very clean and well appointed room. The property was beautiful and our host very kind and helpful. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were great! It’s a little bit away from the central tourist area near the Duomo (30 minute walk and roughly 20 minutes on bus…. You can walk more directly than the bus route). But there’s a nice local market, a supermarket, good restaurants and stadium in close walking distance. Take in a soccer game! The only downside is it’s on a busy road and our room faced that, so we needed earplugs to sleep. The rooms facing the courtyard garden are probably much quieter. All in all a pleasant stay.

Overall really enjoyed my stay here. But if you aren’t used to walking this place is a good walk away from downtown (30 min or so) bus rides are best and downloading the app is easiest. But if you walk you get to see so much of the city doing so. Loved the little garden and extremely roomy space I stayed. The guy at the desk was very friendly and let me pay my city tax a day early so I could leave to catch my train the next early morning. Only gripes was the wifi seemed finicky and would be difficult to connect to, and the floor in my room was a little dirty. Also no screens on the windows and there are mosquitoes and they are mean.

Convenient location slightly away from center (about 20min walk). Internet is too weak and spotty at times. We had a room on the first floor facing the street that is quite busy. At time noisy, especially when vespas are passing by.

Room was beautiful. Desk was not staffed near enough. Phone call for assistance provided odd recording. Waited outside property 30 minutes at 8:00 PM till another guest arrived with code to let me in, by then I was so cold.

I’ll start with the good: the areas around the hotel were all walkable for us, which made it very easy for us to get to our tour locations on time. The kitchen was a huge help as we made our own meals often. The bad: Their air conditioning did not work despite us asking for a fix, they never followed up with us, they just said they would fix it and they never did. The area around the hotel is very noisy as it is a hustle and bustle area of Florence. They planned to charge us if we wanted our sheets, towels, or anything of that matter replaced in our four night stay (you would usually assume that hotels provide daily cleaning and swap out of towels, etc.). They also planned to charge us for the cleaning of the kitchen area, despite not asking us if we would be open to cleaning it for them (they just came in and cleaned it without consultation). There is also no front reception service for half the day, so it would make it very difficult to access them if, somehow, you were locked out of your room (thankfully we were not). Overall, this was an average stay and I do not think I would recommend. However, if you’re looking for a great location to get around the city easily and are ok with extra expenses, this might be your place. Enjoy your travels.

The property was located in a very convenient location. Good restaurant and shops were a walkable distance. It was easy for taxi drivers to drop you. It was very clean. Gabriel was kind and helpful with all my question last day my flight was delayed, and after I checked out he kept my luggages until the time to leave to the airport. He also carried my bag to the taxi. Thank you, Gabriel.

This was a nice gem of a hotel. Armando works the front desk he checked in and out and was awesome. They have a lovely courtyard in the back which my husband loved sitting in each morning listening to birds. It’s a little far to the train station but if you knew the public transportation it would be easy no problem. Everything was close to walk to. We took a taxi close 15-20€ they have a lot of one way streets. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean, linens good but could be better. However we still would recommend this. And give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Go enjoy!

This property is located in a great location. Its away from the tourist crowds and it gives you an authentic florence experience. The restaurants near this location were amazing and priced for locals. There is a supermarket nearby too. As far as the property itself it was really beautiful and clean. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Situé à une vingtaine de minute à pied du centre historique.Spacieux,confortable ,dans un immeuble bourgeois .Décoration romantique et chambre calme avec grande terrasse donnant sur jardin intérieur.Plus près d’un studio avec dressing séparé et cuisine bien équipée . La literie est bonne ,dommage la fuite sous lavabo gérée à l’aide d’un sceau…L’accueil est minimaliste mais reste à notre écoute.Le quartier manque de restauration mais un supermarché et 2 petits snacks situés à qq minutes à pied justifient l’utilisation de la cuisine y compris pour les petits dej non prévus par l’hôtel. La direction met à disposition boissons diverses payantes et café (gratuit) En conclusion entre un hôtel discret et un appartement bourgeois pour visiter facilement et à moindre coût Florence

Nos encantó encontrarnos con un lugar tan cómodo, en el que teníamos más espacio de lo que necesitábamos. Es a unas cuadras del centro histórico, por lo que en recepción nos ayudaban a llamar taxi. A dos cuadras un super mercado donde encontramos comida preparada que nos facilitó los desayunos y la cena. El lugar merece 9 de 10 👏el único inconveniente es que de donde sea q estés viajando, debes llegar antes de las 2pm porque a esa hora cierra la recepción.
