The Mimosa - 3 mi to DT Fayetteville and UofA

Very nice house and good location for our visit.

Home was super clean and well appointed. The goodies were a nice unexpected treat. Communication was almost instantaneous when we had questions.

Great house and easy to get to the stadium and square!

I stayed here for my niece's UofArk move in and rush. The house is about a 10-15 min drive to the University. Some parts of the neighborhood are run down but over all it was a cute modest neighborhood and it was very quiet and safe. The house itself was so clean, cute and so comfy and really did had everything we needed and I did fully cook several times during our stay. I also did laundry and had two college freshman girls staying with me off and on to shower and rest - which it was perfect for. The yard could use a some TLC but, it was so nice to have a little yard. Driveway fit 2 cars easily and you can park in the one car garage with ease. Went to one of the restaurants listed in the welcome packet and it was great. I would absolutely stay in this place again while visiting Fayetteville, it really did have everything we needed!
