Instead of an upgrade the staff first wanted to put us in the pet-section, when we asked for a quiet room. Manager then put us in a room towards the Cicada market where there is live misic to 23,00. Low service level. (Room towards hillside means towards heavy traffic as well.) Breakfast great with wide spread. Poolarea closes early at 19.00. Why? Staff at pool bar very arrogant and gave us an angry look when we wanted 2 towels each. ( Torn towels!..) I recommend others to look further for another hotel. If you don’t mind having 53 decibel inside your room at night time…

Very clean and well maintained. Coffee and tea supplies were not replenished after 2-3 days. Also were unable to get a nightcap in the bar after an evening out with friends as it closed at 9:30 pm.

The Amari is in a perfect location while visiting Hau Hin. A lovely oasis with a huge swimming pool, great gym, comfortable rooms, and a more than sufficient breakfast buffet. There is a poolside restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially the ones behind the scenes, in housekeeping, the front door, and parking lot. A golf cart shuttle will whisk you down to a beachfront where there is a restaurant, but there is not much of a beach. Did not swim in bay. The hotel is very close to walk to the Tamarind and Cicada weekend night markets, yet far enough from the hustle of the main centre. There is a complimentary daily shuttle that you can sign up for at the front desk to visit the Blueport Mall or Market Village. Try the delectable Thai food at the mall’s food court! Getting around the area in a Grab is seamless. The Amari is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a sunshine holiday.

Fantastiv stay, we had a great time here. The staff are super nice, there are many sunbeds and umbrellas with the pool so you can both get sun and shadow easily. It was also very close to many massage parlors and the Tamarind Night Market which is amazing!

Room was good condition, but cool air compression didint work probelly. its was in 19 dergees, you try to put it for 22 degrees, didint work .. Staff was good, but in pool area not enough. Also prices in pool area were really high ( singha can 4,5 € !! ) Many times we go eat or drink somewhere else . Prices where higher than in really good restaurangs !! Also in pool area was not enough restseats. Many times i saw people coming to pool area, didint find free restseat and leave angry away . There is many places to put 15-20 more restseats

Nice hotel, but rooms could do with a couple of updates, looked clean until you looked a little closer, house keeping need to pay more attention to detail. Pillows were awful, they could definitely do with an upgrade, fridge was dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, I think the hotel manager should maybe check room cleanliness once in a while. That would be good practice. Breakfast was average.

The overall rating would have been EXCELLENT if it wasn’t for the fact that Wi-Fi connection signal in the room was weak and mostly unusable…this was only a problem in the room, as everywhere else in the hotel (i.e. lobby, swimming pool, restaurant, etc) Wi-Fi was perfect! The staff attempted to correct this problem but wasn’t able to. I was offered to change rooms, but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. The property is modern and very enjoyable. There are two nice pool areas. The main one in the nicely landscaped central courtyard; a second, smaller one beachside, with its own restaurant and bar. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and very varied with both western and Thai options. A great resort to relax for family and couples. Easy to reach central Hua Hin via Baht Bus, Tuk Tuk or Bolt taxi. Bonus, big weekend food market steps away!

We stayed here at Amari for 5 nights. Hotel was lovely clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was peaceful. Lots of beds. Great happy hours. Kwan was exceptional she looked after us very well bringing our drinks always with a smile. Will definitely be back.

Great welcome on arrival, the concierge team took care of our luggage for us. Reception staff were very helpful. Smart clean lobby area. Bally in the main bar was thoroughly helpful and kind with advice of points local interest. Restaurants were excellent. Food fresh and plentiful, lots of choice. Lovely suite, spotlessly clean beautiful view from balcony of pool and sea. Security guards are fantastic, they look after the hotel and guests so well. Cannot fo enough for you. The gardeners beautifully maintain the pool & gardens. Will return.

Woman at the desk when checking in was rude to my wife. The shower had hardly any water pressure and hardly no air conditioning. Breakfast had fruit flies everywhere. Also paid for beach view and never saw the beach.

客室は、洗面所の電圧が足りずドライヤーが使用出来ず。ゴミ箱が洗面所にないのも不便。早朝寝ている時に部屋の電気が全て切れた。ホテル全体かと思い、20分位待ったが復旧しないので、フロントに伝えエンジニアに来てもらい解決。チェックアウトの際も何もお詫びがなかった。上の人に伝わっていないのではないかと思う。フロントのスタッフも最低限の事だけの印象。デポジットの事はチェックインで話は聞いたが、アウトの時はなかった。朝食は、問題なく、種類も豊富。スバも利用したが素晴らしかった。他のホテルに宿泊してきたので、違いを感じました。

My go to hotel in Hua Hin for many years. I love the Deluxe pool view rooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is really close to both Tamarind and Cicada night markets. It isn’t a beach front resort but the beach is only a short walk away. The king bed is very comfortable and I love the rainfall shower. I didn’t have the breakfast in this occasion but I have many times in the past and there is plenty of choice. I highly recommend Amari Hua Hin as I think it offers exceptional value. I will return on my next visit to Hua Hin.

Excellent hotel in all regards… a little far out from the DT area but that isn’t a bad thing… most taxis are anywhere from 100-150baht to go most places in town… close to some excellent outdoor markets for meals…. Nice pool… not on the beach but a short walk isn’t bad…

Es stimmt hier wirklich alles: sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes modernes gut ausgestattet Thesz Zimmer. Ein sehr schöner Pool und leckeres Frühstück. Jeden Tag. Der Strand ist ein paar Meter entfernt, dafür kann man sich vom Shuttle jederzeit hinbringen und zurückholen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
