The best hotel in Torri, and perhaps on Lake Garda. Our third time here and certainly we'll be back again. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town and with gorgeous views from the rooms, the bar/restaurant and the pool. The staff are consistently brilliant and the food and drink is all reasonably priced. If you're driving, do be aware that the car parks are VERY tight so if you're not confident, may be best to park in the public car park and walk up.

Hotellet var ok. Ikke nok liggestole ved poolen. Folk ligger håndklæder og spærer liggestole ved poolen. Poolen var for lille til hotellets størrelse. Et stykke til stranden med mindre man vil bade i havnen. Internet var langsomt til tider om aftenen. Kunne desværre ikke tjekke ud tidligere uden at betale fuldt beløb. Parkering i kælder alt for småt meget lidt plads i deres parkerings kælder.

Wir sind total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Tolle Lage und in kürze zu Fuß der Gardasee erreichbar, aber eben weit genug weg, damit man den Lärm der Straße nicht hat. Schöne Zimmer, schön verbaut, nicht nur ein kleines Balkonabteil. Tolles Gelände mit Pool und auch schön durch einen Zaun gesichert. Insgesamt sehr kinderfreundlich, tolle Aussicht, tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Alles in allem waren wir sehr begeistert und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder. Ja, die Parklücken in den Tiefgaragen sind sehr eng, aber mit Hilfe kommt man da auch gut rein.

Good spatious and clean rooms. Small but perfekt pool and the views was spectacular. Decent breakfast and very service minded staff. Bar closes at 8 so not a partying place or a place for a mid night snack.

It is a very cozy hotel, with kind & nice staff. Fresh food, clean rooms. Awesome views and very good location ( close to shops, cafes , bus stop ). Parking is a bit tricky since it’s very tight & small. The pool is also small but very clean . We loved this place and highly recommend it.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ferieophold her med en dejlig rummelig lejlighed og udsigt til Gardasøen. Rengøring og faciliteter var fine og rene. Swimming pool var ikke så stor, men der var god plads alligevel og ikke noget med kamp om håndklæder og solvogne. Baren og morgen restaurant var også fint med god mad og drinks. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme fra start til slut. Byen med de mange restauranter og promenade var kun et par hundrede meter væk. Vi kan godt anbefale det og vil helt sikkert også vende tilbage en dag igen. Det eneste der var lidt udfordring var at få plads til bilen i parkeringskælderen, da pladsen var trang. Men man kunne holde ude på en offentlig parkeringsplads i nødstilfælde.

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen, aufgrund der positiven Erfahrung ein Jahr zuvor. Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick über den Gardasee, sowohl vom Zimmer mit Balkon, als auch vom höher gelegenen Frühstücksbereich. Die verschiedenen Unterkunftsgebäude sind am Hang verteilt, Garage unten, Zimmer auf verschiedenen Ebenenen, Früstück und Bar, Pool usw. weiter oben. Alles bequem zu erreichen mit verschiedenen Aufzügen oder über schön in die Anlage und Landschaft integrierten Wege und Treppen. Personal an Rezeption und Frühstücksbereich sehr gut deutsch sprechend und sehr nett und kompetent. Parkmöglichkeiten in zwei Tiefgaragen im Hang (manche Stellplätze sehr beengt) und eine Freifläche, sowie notfalls weiter entfernt ein Parkplatz.

Vi havde fem dejlige dage i Torri. Stemningen er virkelig rar og afslappende på hotellet, og det var meget hyggeligt at sidde og spise morgenmad i baren og kigge ud på søen. Personalet var søde mod vores unger, der havde en fest både i poolen og på den lille terrasse foran lejligheden. Kan kun anbefale dette sted. Byen er tæt på og i gåafstand, hvor der findes mange restauranter og iscaféer. Mandag var der marked i byen, som også var hyggeligt, selv om der var mange mennesker. Sengen i vores lejlighed var dog ved at være slidt. Man kunne tydeligt mærke fjedrene igennem, hvilket faktisk generede os om natten. Men stedet virker så magisk og dejligt, at vi overlevede en halvdårlig seng. Man kan låne topmadras på efterspørgsel, men det vidste vi først sidste dag. Parkeringsforholdene er meget trænge desværre. Vi kommer alligevel gerne igen til det hyggelige hotel.

This is my fourth time here! Couldn’t recommend it more. Torri is fantastic, quieter town but accessible to other bigger busier areas (Riva, Garda etc). It is only about 30-40 minute bus ride from train station at the bottom of the lake. Torri has lots of water-front restaurants, nice bars and local independent shops. Plenty ice cream! This hotel is perfect, 5 minute walking distance into Torri. Lovely clean spacious apartments. Pool and lounge areas are peaceful and have spectacular views of the lake. Very reasonably priced bar with very pleasant and attentive staff. Totally recommend

Clean, quiet and very courteous staff. Easy check in and out. Rooms clean and well supplied. Plenty of parking options but onsite parking requires plenty of driving dexterity as garages are tight. Easy walking access to waterfront and dining options.

Super lækker lejlighed lige ud til haven. Lækker pool, samt bar - flot standart. Meget velholdt, samt lækker daglig rengøring. Ligger højt, dette giver en mega flot udsigt !!! Tæt på stranden ved havnen, samt tæt på byen og en masse lækre restauranter mm. Ikke sidste besøg :-)

Beautiful location and views from the property. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and easy. The property was clean with great sized rooms and extra facilities. The area was beautiful and well kept with plenty of lake front restaurants to choose from and bus connections to Verona. The only unpleasant experience was that we felt a bit of hostility from local shops and residents despite our attempts to learn some words and consider ourselves quiet and respectful tourists.

L’hôtel est facile à trouver, la chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse était super aussi, nous regrettons de ne pas en avoir plus profité. Parking gratuit, ce qui était au top. Le seul détail qui nous a plombé le séjour c’est le bébé de la chambre d’à côté qui n’a pas arrêté de pleurer la nuit, mais ça l’hôtel n’y est pour rien.
L’hôtel est facile à trouver, la chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse était super aussi, nous regrettons de ne pas en avoir plus profité. Parking gratuit, ce qui était au top. This is our 2nd visit to Residence Ca’ Del Lago. We had a wonderful holiday and will stay there again. The hotel is looking down on Torri Del Benaco so giving us a lovely view of the town, Lake Garda and the castle & Harbour not to forget a view of the beautiful sunset every evening. The property has friendly and helpful staff who are multi lingual so there is never a problem with a language barrier. The hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable and there is everything you need in the room, utensil’s in the kitchen etc. Thank you for a fantastic holiday

Highly recommend. The pool is mostly quiet from young kids with spectacular views and all the staff were great. A down was the air con which was very poor in the room and we struggled to sleep and get cool. All the local restaurants have exactly the same menu which is a shame.

This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible.

Lovely stay at Torri Del Benaco. It was our first time visiting Lake Garda. The town is big enough to have several different dining options, plus there is a great restaurant with amazing staff right on the property. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the views and lounging by the pool with drinks and snacks. Our teen kids had a loft with two twin beds and we had a bedroom downstairs. I was sad to leave. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely fantastic! Rooms are great and have a small kitchen which was nice. We had a stunning view from the balcony. Pool and hot tub are lovely and there is lots of space in various outdoor locations of the hotel to enjoy the view from. The lady at the reception was a superstar, she was so friendly and helpful. Wish we would have had time to stay for longer. Big recommendation! We hope to be back!

We arrived on 28/8/24 and was a late arrival at 8pm, the key & entrance instructions were very clear and all went well but we were immediately very disappointed with our room, (room 8) The room was plenty big enough for the two of us but first thing the following morning we asked to be moved to another room as we had paid for a lake view, not the best view of the lake at all due to been on the ground floor (a garden room) at the corner of the hotel, the view of lake was obstructed by a huge tree trunk and trees to the side and in front of the patio, we frequently had other residents walking down the side path and across our designated patio area, making sitting out to enjoy the relaxation near on impossible. We stayed in room number 8 for 3 nights, then we were told we could look at another room (number 41) superb room & €260 extra to pay, which we paid purely for the privacy & the view we though we would get with the 1st room. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel, the staff are very helpful and attentive and try to make sure every guest leaves feeling they had a wonderful holiday. I would like to visit again but would make sure we are on the 1st floor with a balcony & lake view next time. Also a word of warning the mosquitoes were particularly bad this year, my husband was bitten in excess of 20 times and looking around the hotel lots of folk were bitten too, not the hotels fault just the time of year. Mosquito repellent, room sprays & anti histamines required.

L’hôtel est facile à trouver, la chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. La terrasse était super aussi, nous regrettons de ne pas en avoir plus profité. Parking gratuit, ce qui était au top. The best hotel in Torri, and perhaps on Lake Garda. Our third time here and certainly we'll be back again. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town and with gorgeous views from the rooms, the bar/restaurant and the pool. The staff are consistently brilliant and the food and drink is all reasonably priced. If you're driving, do be aware that the car parks are VERY tight so if you're not confident, may be best to park in the public car park and walk up.

Es ist immer eine Freude in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist herrlich am Hang von Tori de Benno. Verona und Venedig nah, der Gardasee vor der Tür, ein wunderbares Frühstück und die Verpflegung in dem kleinen Restaurant in der Bar ist auch liebevoll und hervorragend. Ein Pool und der Whirlpool sorgen für Abkühlung. Superfreundliches Personal rundet alles ab. Parkplätze gibt es genug und sogar eine Ladestation für Elektroautos.

Excellent stay at this beautiful property. As a group of four ladies we stayed in apartment 3 which had a double bedroom and large loving area which had a double and single sofa bed. Wonderful stay here, short walk to the lake to catch boats to other areas. Loads of restaurants within short walking distance. Hotel has stunning views of the lake and also has a wonderful pool and a beautiful bar/restaurant area with stunning views. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, it’s amazing and perfect location. They even arranged airport transfer from Verona airport for €90 each way for minivan. Thanks to the hotel for making our stay so soeacial 🙏🙏

Ligger perfect en lite bit upp på berget med fantastisk utsikt över Gardasjön. Rummet stort men en härlig balkong. Frukosten var OK , personalen var väldigt trevlig. Närheten till byn och dess restauranger är också ett stort plus. 7 minuters promenad.

Fabulous location close to harbour and restaurants. Stunning views. Delicious food. Lovely staff. Small pool which was most welcome. The slope up to the hotel my Mum of 85 struggled with. And a few stairs in the gardens down to the pool and up to the sun terrace,chad no handrail.That's the only negative for her.

Vi havde et virkelig dejligt familieophold i Torri. Hotellet lå hyggeligt i bakkerne, og lejlighederne lå som små huse forbundet med udendørs gange og stier til den lille pool og snackbaren. Her kan du bl. a. få is, gode pizzaer og iskold Aperol:-). Morgenmaden mod betaling var fin men ordinær og lidt dyr, måske skulle den bare have været inkluderet i opholdet. Kaffen var dog god. Vi havde en fin lille terrasse med et lille græsstykke, hvor vores unger på 4 år kunne lege i skyggen af træer og buske, og der var fin aircon og gode senge. Parkeringsforholdene var ret klaustrofobiske i en lille aflukket parkeringskælder under hotellet, da der var ret snævert med plads. Ellers fin direkte udgang fra kælderen op til hotellets reception. Byen har et aflukket lille centrum med en del restauranter og iscaféer langs Gardasøen, og den virker ikke for turistet. Vi kunne gå derned med små børn på et lille kvarter. Der ligger også en legetøjsbutik på den store hovedvej, hvis ungerne mangler badevinger til poolen. Der er virkelig varmt i sommerperioden, og området er kuperet, og vejen hjem er lidt hård, så man skal være klar på at gå en del i varmen. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Flott recort med store rom og fantastisk utsikt. Vi var der utenom sesong, så vi benyttet ikke basseng o.l. Baren var stengt Sentrum som ligger like nedenfor var koselig og det går en flott strandpromenade langs Gardasjøen.

Lovely stay at Torri Del Benaco. It was our first time visiting Lake Garda. The town is big enough to have several different dining options, plus there is a great restaurant with amazing staff right on the property. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the views and lounging by the pool with drinks and snacks. Our teen kids had a loft with two twin beds and we had a bedroom downstairs. I was sad to leave. Thanks for everything!

Wir hatten ein Studio mit Balkon und Seeblick - es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und der Blick traumhaft. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Torri del Benaco, wo einige gute Lokale auf einen Warten. Der Pool lädt zu einer kleinen Erholungspause und Abkühlung ein und in der Panorama Lounge gibt’s tolle Aperitifs (mit und ohne Alkohol).

Es ist immer eine Freude in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist herrlich am Hang von Tori de Benno. Verona und Venedig nah, der Gardasee vor der Tür, ein wunderbares Frühstück und die Verpflegung in dem kleinen Restaurant in der Bar ist auch liebevoll und hervorragend. Ein Pool und der Whirlpool sorgen für Abkühlung. Superfreundliches Personal rundet alles ab. Parkplätze gibt es genug und sogar eine Ladestation für Elektroautos.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bar, wo man optional frühstücken konnte, aber auch bis 20 Uhr abends durchgehend mit Getränken und Essen "versorgt" wurde. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker, der Ausblick sensationell und alles in allem das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!

Great hotel. Up the hill a little bit in Torri, so hard to find. Lots of different rooms and suites. Everyone was friendly and especially, Gaia, at the front desk. Pierre was a big help with the luggage and parking. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Many rooms have a great view of the lake. The bar/restaurant workers are great and food and drink was good. Five minute walk down to the lake and castle. Parking is really tight, but enough spaces available. I would stay here again!

Beautiful place, easy to find. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff were all lovely and very friendly. The whole setting, bar, pool area etc. were really nice spaces too. Highly recommended.
