They did not listen to our requests. Especially about their HEATED indoor pool. Expressed, upon booking, we were going to use it and was assured it was ok. They kept turning the heat off so every time we went to use it, it was cold. In the middle of winter. But they sat around in the sun in there with their coffee chatting. Also our room was only cleaned once while we were there. 7 days. Had to ask to have our towels changed and our rubbish mounted up in our room. Until we dealt with that ourselves. Will not be staying there again.

Dirty blood stained, yellow stains and well we arnt sure what else! The bricks around the poll fell hitting the car, the shower had mould and the floor is stained. The bench wasnt even wiped!!!!

We needed a place to stop for a night, truly though the smell of cigarette smoke and old rank body odor was overwhelming and ended up giving me a nose bleed from my smoke allergies. I tried sleeping with a mask on to quell some of the odor but it wasn’t effective - my husband ended up sleeping in the car as he was practically sick from the smells. I don’t think that they have a smoking policy so I am assuming that this was from some time ago and it’s just lingering but it made for a terrible nights sleep for my whole family and we left as soon as we could! If I had it to do over I wouldn’t stay again. The smell was repugnant. They need to clean and paint that whole room and dispose of the mattresses, carpets and anything else holding on to the smells from their past guests! Until that’s cleaned up take heed, the smells are absolutely disgusting.

We had a last minute trip and options were limited. This older style motel has had some improvements made and was clean and comfortable. It is on the highway which can mean a noisy night. Good linen provided. Bathroom has been refitted but workmanship a bit interesting but it all works.

This property advertised breakfast but I was advised that it was not available and no reason was given by a very rude person who booked me in. This does not matter now as I will not be staying at this motel again. The bathroom was very small and very inconvient. I was not convinced that I actually got the room I thought I was getting.

I personally don’t think the room was worth $125 via Expedia. The ‘pelmet structure’ for the fluorescent lighting was a little problematic when sitting up as overhangs Queen bed & you could bang your head! For a single night it is fine but owners need to remodel the rooms if they are anything like the one we stayed in? Wifi was ok but not strong. The TV was good with streaming channels. Bathroom was very cold & positive is that there was great pressure & hot! Air Con works in main room for heat thank goodness it was 4C in the morning.

For a single night it is fine but owners need to remodel the rooms if they are anything like the one we stayed in? Wifi was ok but not strong. The TV was good with streaming channels. Bathroom was very cold & positive is that there was great pressure & hot! Air Con works in main room for heat thank goodness it was 4C in the morning.
