We didn't use spa or pool but the property was very good and food choices were excellent. Staff helpful.

The breakfast was great. They have too few breakfast staff who can help guests, and they do need to be trained further on guest interaction etiquette. The car check is as irksome as it is ineffective. Real security means doing checks _before_ pulling into the hotel premises. Many other improvements can be imagined, but let's keep this short. Compared to other hotels in India it's very good, and superb if you enjoy an antiquated experience.

Stayed at Radisson Blu Nagpur recently my 4th visit in past 3 years. While the property itself is good, the food quality at the restaurant was only average and the service was below expectations. This may have been due to the busy wedding season, however when you’re paying premium prices for stay and dining, you do expect the hotel to be operating at its best. A bit disappointing overall.
