Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel. The only issue we had was that the room seemed a little run down and dated. That's it. The staff were excellent in every way imaginable.

Poor service, in particular the receptionist: 1. Unable to answer our request to arrange airport transfer in advance despite our repeated follow-up attempts 2. Failure to provide an invoice at checkout 3. Failure to provide an email invoice to date (more than a week since checkout) as agreed 4. Inconsistency - one receptionist said I could get Marriott points at checkout but the other staff said I couldn't when checking out
